Not my best. Not great at likenesses at the best of times plus I'm knackered after being dragged into work unexpectedly. Anyway, let's talk about Hevy Devy!

Devin Townsend is a musical madman! I mean that as a complement. He's played in several bands in high school before working with Steve Vai. Facing a lot of rejections by the labels, he eventually started Strapping Young Lad to vent his frustrations. And it shows, all of their music is loud, heavy and incredibly angry. If that's your cup of tea, that's fine but it was a bit much for me. Didn't mind Detox though...

Personally, I preferred his more contemporary work. Since getting to a better place mentally, his music has reflected that. And some of it's just funny. He came up with an entire rock opera based on an alien conquerer travelling to Earth looking for our universe's Ultimate Cup of Coffee. And it's ridiculously good! Go listen to Ziltoid The Omniscient...  And yes, I could have drawn Ziltoid, but I've already done that. In colour...
