the empty shell being a pearl oyster is that too on the nose? too obvious? i don't care i have to draw it like this. also i think it's very important to draw the parallels between this song and the giver (i'm VERY GLAD i chose to draw what i drew for the giver), you know... something about a person is empty because they're too giving vs a person is empty but they've received so much they've created a gift out of it.

I got in the queue only a few seconds after it opened (stupid verification code) and there's already this many people in queue ahead of me. 😭😭😭 I suppose it's better than the presale, when I was a few mins late and had 23k people ahead of me.
I'm happy that Zhou Shen is so popular overseas, but damn. Last night a friend wished me luck getting tickets and I had replied all nonchalant that it should be fine, it's not like he's Taylor Swift. 🤡 Well. 😭 Praying he adds more shows.
