It’s a repeat rinse cycle with both main leads and what I mean by that is they fight a lot…..a lot lot, make up, then fight all over again without learning anything. If that’s not your thing then you’ll definitely hate this drama. I really enjoyed the chemistry between the two and the overall storyline it can get a bit overdramatic at times. It’s by no means perfect, but it’s an enjoyable watch if you fast forward with remote. It’s one of those it’s so bad, but why can’t I stop watching drama.

Haven't seen any posts about it, but possibly my favorite scene in yesterday's episodes of Wonderland of Love is the one with Consort Xiao's reflection on how being a Royal consort changes a woman.

She recognises something of herself in Cui Lin, and regrets the ways in which her position has changed her, and will change Cui Lin if she continues down the path she's started to walk down.

Her visible exhaustion, regret for the things she's had to do to survive, the violence to one's self and ideals that being responsible for a country brings - she embodies the conflict at this point between Cui Lin and Li Ni.

Li Ni is very aware of the future of this path, the challenges of a future that Cui Lin possibly doesn't yet see, or if she does, is confident she can withstand, if not overcome.

And all this in a couple of quiet minutes mid-episode.
