I was doing some Zen this year - hence the pumpkin based on the animation "Zen - Grogu and Dust Bunnies"🧘

And also being a week late... so yeah 🎃

Zen - Grogu and the Dust Bunnies 🌸

Grogu liked little things. Tiny things. Bitty things. And beings. Tiny little bitty beings that you could play games with were great. He knew the Mandalorian didn't really understand. Din was tall. Not super tall like some beings, but much, much, much taller than Grogu. Things were built for people sized like Din. Nothing was built for people sized like Grogu.

So when Grogu met little, tiny, bitty beings he felt like Din. Tall and strong and able to help them with whatever they needed help with. It felt really nice. To be useful and looked up to. Literally looked up to. He understood that most days he was the little guy, but he really tried to savor and enjoy the times that he was the big guy.

The dust bunnies made him feel like this. Tall. Useful. Inspiring. It was great. Plus, they had given him a flower. For them that must have been a really hard undertaking. They had to find it. Pick it. Move it. And then finally, give it to him. For Din this would have been a ridiculously simple thing, but Grogu could appreciate what it meant that the dust bunnies had done it for him.

He hoped there was something that he could do for them in return. Maybe they needed help growing more flowers, or finding more dust, or even just floating in one spot. Whatever it was he was the perfect size to help them out.

Grogu loved the flower that the dust bunnies gave him. He knew it was a big deal, even if it was just a small thing. The dust bunnies were small too and they had managed to keep him entertained and full of wonder just by how they moved.

He wondered if he could move like that. Just bounce up and down and hop back and forth. He thought he could. It didn't look hard. It actually looked like a lot of fun. But would the Mandalorian see it that way?

Din liked to do things in a pretty straight forward way. Pick a location to go to and go straight to it. Don't dawdle. Don't dither. definitely don't stop to play with random critters you come across. But then maybe it was time for Din Djarin to learn a new way and do something different. Like hop. Or bounce. Or even skip?

Well, maybe not skip, but just pausing to smell a flower would be a nice change of pace.
