I love that in this "What If" scenario Kamala's origin for being the sidekick for Power Princess who the Marvel character they use when they want to use Wonder Woman has the same origin story as Cassie Sandsmark.

Marvel Worlds project plan: Thunderbolts (Vol. 1)
Tumblr media
This series is not an assured project. It is a concept that can still be changed or scrapped.
Synopsis
When the Avengers are unavailable, the Force Works program activates the Thunderbolts team. The Mad Thinker unleashes the Squadron Supreme upon the world. It is up to the Thunderbolts to stop them all by any means necessary. The world can only hope the team of villains has what it takes.
Characters
Alexis Sauvage/Agent Guillotine - A French espionage agent recruited by the Force Works program to be the handler of the Thunderbolts.
Melissa Gold/Songbird - A young woman formerly known as the villain Screaming Mimi. She is reformed and has taken on the more heroic name of "Songbird." When asked to join the Thunderbolts, she accepts on the condition that she would be considered for parole. Agent Guillotine made her his second-in-command.
John Walker/U.S. Agent - A military veteran, right-wing conservative, and nationalist. He sees himself as better than Steve Rogers and a true American. After he was arrested for murder and imprisoned. He works with the Thunderbolts just for the chance to work for the American government again.
Jack Monroe/Nomad - A vigilante who once worked with Jack Flag. He was imprisoned for being an accomplice to the murder of a congressman. He is recruited into the Thunderbolts with the promise of access to a shooting range. He butts heads with U.S. Agent over politics.
Ghost - An Inhuman with phasing powers and a recurring enemy of Iron Man. He joins the Thunderbolts with the promise of money.
Rana Philips/Aberration - A U.S. soldier who took a Gamma serum that made her into a strong scaly humanoid like the Abomination. She joined the Thunderbolts with the promise of being cured and serves as the muscle of the team.
Norbert Ebersol/Techno - A technological genius who caused problems for Iron Man. He is recruited into the Thunderbolts with the promise of internet access.
Erin Cicero/Axon - A U.S. soldier who volunteered for a project to splice her DNA with a sample from the villain Zzzax. She became an energy vampire, absorbing the electricity from the human brain.
Julianne Erwin/Mad Thinker - An evil mastermind and former A.R.M.O.R. scientist. She opens a portal to an alternate reality, bringing the Squadron Supreme from their home reality. She controls them through chips implanted in the back of their necks.
Zhib-Ran/Hyperion - In his reality, he was an alien sent by his people to bring order to humanity. To accomplish this, he formed the Squadron Supreme. He can fly, has super strength, is nearly invulnerable, and can shoot lasers from his eyes. His weakness is gamma radiation.
Kylie Richmond/Nighthawk - She is the brains of the Squadron Supreme and a brilliant strategist. Due to a traumatic past, she had a negative view of humanity. She is seen as the toughest member to defeat because she plans for everything.
Zarda Shelton/Power Princess - The last member of her utopian society after it was invaded by U.S. forces. For years she secretly lived among them until she joined the Squadron Supreme. She joined holds a wrathful and hateful view toward humanity.
Wyatt McDonald/The Archer - A normal human who faced nothing but hardships in his life. He joined the Squadron Supreme to make the world fairer.
Julian Sanders/Speed Demon - A scientist who gave himself superspeed to get revenge on the Quicksilver of his reality. He joins the Squadron Supreme despite having no negative view towards society.
Other Information
I wanted to make something better than Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. I hope I can.
This version of Hyperion is inspired by Omni-Man from the Invincible franchise, rather than Superman from DC Comics, because I'm a fan of Invincible and not Superman.

In Squadron Supreme 3# (cover date November, 1985), Spectrum kills Nuke in self defense. Nuke was overwhelmed with grief and rage, blaming the Squadron for the cancer related deaths of his parents. The issue also introduced Nuke's little brother Scotty Gaines and President Gardner (created by Mark Gruenwald and Bob Hall). ("Showdown", Squadron Supreme 3#, Comic, Event)

Meet and Greet
Summary: Peter parker/Zarda basically zarda takes her boyfriend peter to meet the squadron and the other squadron members don’t know yet that Peter is the Spider-Man that New York has had for years
Peter had found himself enamored with Zarda and even if he’d been reluctant to date anyone with his current side job as Spiderman he had some strange feeling that she’d understand if he ever had to tell her. Not that he would, he scolds himself for thinking about telling a crush what’s going on.
Despite having just gotten out of a fight with Rhino he’s nervous about meeting up at his favourite coffee shop, he’d been nervous asking her out, absolutely terrified she’d look at him and wrinkle her nose in rejection.
They talk about the attack from Rhino and Peter tries to gauge her reaction to Spiderman without giving much of anything away. She reacts favourably and mentions that pretty much any of the heroes that new york has are good, she comments about the squadron and Peter’s heart sinks a little worried she’ll confess a crush on one of the members, thankfully all that seems to come of their conversation is her hero worship of Power Princess which makes Peter jokingly confess his awe of spiderman, they both joke about surprising the other with their favourite hero and Peter notices the unease on both their faces, he attributes his to having to as Power Princess as spiderman and trying not to give away his identity.
He doesn’t get the chance to ask her, she’s always around the Squadron and while they’re not rude to him they seem to ignore him as opposed to treating him like a hero, which Peter’s a little relieved at.
He debates telling Zarda the closer they get, he knows being with her for at least a few months signifies something, he’s almost slipped up, he’s almost given in and just come clean but then Zarda beats him to it and he realizes he’s dating Princess Power and he thinks how could he not have seen it, how could he have pushed all her almost slip ups to the side and then it clicks with him, he hadn’t; not really.
Both he and Zarda had been slipping up more and more, subconsciously trying to tell the other what was going on and all it resulted in was them ignoring the other’s signals and thinking how well they were doing.
”You sure this is a good idea?”
“They’ll have no idea it’s you Peter, you’re just Peter Parker to them, that’s all.”
“That’s what I’m worried about.” Zarda just laughs and pulls Peter in for a kiss. She doesn’t blindfold him, she knows he’d know where they are in a second, he knows New York like the back of his hand, and she’s always loved that about him.
Zarda isn’t nervous about him meeting her family, the Squadron had always seems pleased when she’d bring up Peter or the things he’d done for her and they’d always seemed pleased with it. She hadn’t spoken much about him, they hadn’t asked as many questions as she thought they would. When she'd asked why they didn’t most of them had just shrugged or given the answer that she was a good enough judge of character that they trusted her assessment of Peter.
Zarda’s clearly nervous for Nighthawk to question Peter, he’s been leering the entire time and watching how Peter was intersecting with the rest of the squad, he’d made no comments on the interactions Peter had with anyone else and when Peter offers his hand to shake Nighthawk smirks.
“Go easy on him Ray.”
“Course not Zar.” Peter swallows and debates exposing himself as Spiderman just to run up the wall to avoid Nighthawk’s gaze.
“So, Peter, how do you feel about Spiderman?”
“The New York hero?”
“Yeah, him?” Nighthawk grins and Zarda’s arm tightens on Peters.
“Well…”
