Top Carpet Manufacturers in India: Weaving Tradition and Innovation
Rug manufacturing is surely one of the esteemed arts from the country.Today, India is among the world's largest exporters of handmade rugs, its manufacturers marrying centuries-old craftsmanship with contemporary design to feed a global market.
Conventionally, rug-making has been associated with centers like Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Jaipur, and Kashmir. Each region has its typical style and weaving technique. For example, Kashmir is famous for its silk rugs of high quality, usually with flowing floral motifs, while Bhadohi is characterized by geometrical patterns in woolen rugs. These skills have been passed on from generation to generation, maintaining the heritage and authenticity of Indian rugs.
Blending in New Ideas in Rug Manufacturing
Even though Indian manufacturers give maximum importance to traditional ways of manufacturing rugs, innovation is found in order to be aligned with modern taste and global trends. This fusion of old and new is something that makes Indian rugs different in the international market. There is a rise in experiments with new materials, designs, and technologies for making rugs that are not only pleasing aesthetically but eco-friendly and durable.
Another significant innovation hitting the Indian rug industry is eco-friendly materials.handmade rugs india With people starting to become more aware of the deteriorating environment, most manufacturers have started going green either in natural dyes, organic wool, or recyclable materials for their production. This does not only reduce the environmental impact but also appeals to those consumers who want home decor that is sustainable.
From the design point of view, this has broken the mold of traditional patterns as Indian rug manufacturers include contemporary styles. Most modern Indian rugs boast an abstract design, minimalistic patterns, or a vivid color palette that appeals to the taste of a young, more design-conscious consumer. Meanwhile, there is an interesting trend that looks toward timelessness whereby traditional motifs are mixed with modern tastes. The result is timeless yet trendy rugs.
Top Indian Rug Manufacturers
A few Indian rug manufacturers have carved a niche for themselves among the top-rated names of the global market in terms of both quality and innovation. Companies such as Obeetee, Jaipur Rugs, and The Rug Republic are only a few to name that exude the blend of tradition with modernity.
Obeetee is amongst India's oldest and most reputed rug manufacturers, with its base in Mirzapur.Handmade Rugs Manufacturer Founded as early as 1920, it has had ample time to establish itself in the high-quality art of manufacturing rugs by hand. Very well known, Obeetee goes for traditional craftsmanship in weavings apart from including modern elements in its designing. The company is also at the vanguard in terms of sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and practices in production.
Innovation in Jaipur has become coupled with Jaipur Rugs, an Indian enterprise based out of Jaipur. Directly working with artisans in rural India, the company provides resources and support to skilled artisans who can create this art of beauty in handmade rugs. In addition, Jaipur Rugs is known for its contemporary designs and social impact initiatives that are undertaken to uplift and empower local communities.
Then there is the Panipat-based enterprise known as The Rug Republic, which is another major player in this field.Rugs manufacturers in india It specializes in modern, eco-friendly rugs manufactured from recycled materials. Innovative approaches to design and sustainability make The Rug Republic the favorite of consumers in search of stylish and environmentally conscious home décor options.
Conclusion
The success of rug manufacturing in India comes from the perfect balancing of tradition with innovation. While preserving ancient techniques, Indian rug manufacturers also use new materials, designs, and technologies to create products finding their place in the hearts of every consumer all over the world. As these manufacturers keep evolving, they are not only keeping the rich rug-making heritage of India alive but setting new standards for quality and creativity in the global market.

Pluto in Aquarius
I'll give you a dose But it will never come close To the rage built up inside of me Fist in the air, in the land of hypocrisy
✶November 19, 2024 to January 19, 2044✶
Aquarius/Uranus rules: rebellion, innovation, thinking outside the box, youth, young adults, community, contribution to the community, groups, breaking conventions, dreams, ideas, surprises, accomplishments, social networks, social causes, social problems, dissatisfaction, uniqueness, agitation, fighting for ideals, fighting for ideas, new, future, future plans, technology, artificial intelligence, online groups, internet, unpredictability, rebellion, innovation, revolt, radicalism, chaos, revolution, turbulence, dissatisfaction, future, astrology, astronomy, gender equity, outer space, UFOs, programming, camaraderie, visionary, questioning, recycling, social responsibility.
Maybe we will feel like a new chapter is beginning because it is, however I would like to say that it is not yet the definitive end of an Era, that will only happen when Pluto enters Pisces and then begins its cycle again with Aries (2068–2098). Only then will we have the beginning of a new Era for humanity. That’s why it’s important for us to pay close attention to how we handle the pending social issues of this Era, such as: global warming, water resources, non-renewable energy sources (oil), gender inequality, humanitarian crises, hyperconnection, artificial intelligence, fake news, deep fakes.
I believe with all my being, with all my intuition, that if we do not take care of our planet now, when we are about to feel the force of Pluto in Aquarius acting on the collective (Earth), future generations—my children, your children, our grandchildren—will suffer greatly from the scenario that Pluto in Taurus (2097–2129) will bring. This generation will certainly pay for all the irreversible damage we have caused to the Earth. This is my intuition and my premonition, and I believe in it with my life. We must take care of this planet while there is still time.
Aquarius is also the opposite (opposition) of Leo, so leonine figures, as well as leonine themes, will go through certain challenges—this is a time of change.
When Pluto was last in Aquarius (1777–1798)
Lenormand was alive;
Yes, the creator of the Lenormand tarot was alive when Pluto was last in Aquarius, with the gift of vision running through her veins. Pluto in Aquarius guided this incredible seer through the paths of divination. Moreover, Marie Anne was part of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Era.
French Revolution;
Declaration of the Rights of Woman and the Female Citizen by Olympe de Gouges;
Creation of the guillotine;
The “fall” of the monarchy;
The “fall” of absolutism;
Creation of the United States of America as an independent country;
The Enlightenment as the “predominant form” of thought.
Predictions
Return of Cicada 3301
This is a more personal prediction. I feel that with Uranus entering Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius, we will see a boom in all matters related to the internet. Pluto rules sects and secret groups, which is exactly what Cicada 3301 is.
More violent protests
Protests will become more violent due to Pluto’s influence, which acts as an “amplifier” (similar to Jupiter), but Pluto intensifies extreme emotions. Therefore, if the collective is very dissatisfied, this dissatisfaction will be tripled, and as a result, the protests will become more intense.
Advancement or colonization of Mars
Elon (Mars in Aquarius in the 8th house) and his team will certainly make great progress when it comes to advancing the colonization of Mars, as outer space is ruled by Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius. Thus, I believe that we, as humanity, will move forward toward space-related achievements.
Changes regarding misogyny in India (Parts of Asia)
There is still a dramatic scenario in 2024 occurring in parts of India and East Asia, where baby girls are abandoned or killed simply for being girls. Korean women still face a great deal of gender disparity in the workplace.
Behavioral shift in South Korea
South Korea still has a social landscape that does not favor gender equality.
New social network emerging
Yes, a new social network (or more) is on the horizon, as Uranus in Gemini (Air) and Pluto in Aquarius (Air) have joined forces to bring many innovations.
Social network ceasing to exist
Pluto speaks about death, and in this case, since it rules the internet, apps, and social networks, a certain social network has a high probability of ceasing to exist.
Change in beauty standards
Pluto in Aquarius will make a direct opposition to Leo, which, like Libra, dictates beauty standards and trends. The Aquarius-Leo axis deals with fashion, trends, individual tastes, and collective style.
Growth of astrology
Aquarius literally rules astrology, predictions, and our starry sky full of planets. With Pluto in Aquarius, the market is likely to see a boom in books, courses, and debates about astrology. Its importance will grow significantly.
Growth in the quality of electronic music
DJs, in particular, will be producing music and melodies that will “touch” the audience on a deeper level. As a result, we will have higher-quality music and new electronic hits emerging.
Hollywood will undergo a drastic transformation
Hollywood is literally one of the biggest symbols of Leo (with a strong influence from Neptune, as Neptune rules cinema and cinematic art). With Pluto in Aquarius making a direct opposition to this sign, we will see major transformations in aspects I can’t yet predict concerning Hollywood and its actors and actresses.
Aquarian figures gaining power and fame
Whether they have personal planets in Aquarius or simply embody this archetype.
Gigantic growth of AI
We will end Pluto in Aquarius with so many innovations and machines compared to what we have now. The question arises: could AI ever gain self-awareness? (...who knows?)
The masses will be more dissatisfied/questioning
We will be unconsciously reevaluating the rules imposed by society. As a result, feelings of dissatisfaction may arise at various times, leading to rebellion, strikes, and protests.
Greater contact with Space
Aquarius rules the starry sky, space, and everything strange to Earth. With Pluto in Aquarius, we will be more inclined to explore space, and we may even finally receive confirmations regarding extraterrestrial life.
Places most affected:
Argentina – Moon in Aquarius 27°03’
São Paulo – Sun in Aquarius 14°51’
China – Ascendant in Aquarius 5°56’
United States – Moon in Aquarius 26°58’
Brazil – Ascendant in Aquarius 28°10’
Cuba – Ascendant in Aquarius 17°30’
India – Midheaven in Aquarius 14°49’
South Korea – Sun in Leo 21°40’ (opposition to Pluto in Aquarius)
Los Angeles – Midheaven in Leo 1°26’ (opposition to Pluto in Aquarius)
Tokyo – Moon in Leo 6°06’ (opposition to Pluto in Aquarius)
India – Sun in Leo 21°07’ (opposition to Pluto in Aquarius)
Mexico City – Sun in Leo 3°11’ (opposition to Pluto in Aquarius)
To conclude, I want to make it very clear that I feel a significant event of large proportions will occur when Pluto in Aquarius, at its final degrees, opposes Uranus in Leo, starting around 2038 or 2039. This movement will greatly impact society.

““The girls are unable to say anything because they are always being policed. You can’t ask questions, you won’t get the evidence on a silver platter. But when you are going around, you hear things and see things,” Singh explains, sitting in a nondescript office, piles of cardboard files all over the floor, documenting the thousands of girls they have rescued over the years, approximately 4,000 at last count.
“Most of the time the girls are locked up and they are only allowed out when a customer comes in. To ensure they are not interacting with the customers, the brothel keepers are always banging on the door and take away the mobiles of the customers.”
As a result of an 11-month long operation, conducted before the pandemic, Guria India were able to rescue 136 underage victims of traffickers, resulting in 61 brothels being shut down.”
In the narrow alleyways of Meerganj, the notorious red light district in the city of Allahbad, a man dressed in a brown kurta with a rucksack walks past the dilapidated brothels shouting ‘lipsticks for sale, good prices.’
He barely warrants a glance, one of dozens of street sellers who stroll down the alley daily, hawking their wares, a common sight in the hustle and bustle of cities in India.
Word has got around that he’s selling good quality products like Max Factor and other brands the brothel girls recognise from billboards featuring their favourite Bollywood actresses. He’s cheaper than the other sellers and lets them pay in instalments.
A group of young girls flock to him, picking up bright lipsticks and face powders, to make them look older than they are, or perhaps not, depending on the client’s preferences.
But this is no ordinary seller. He is from Guria India, an organisation which rescues and rehabilitates women and underage girls trapped in the sex trade.
He has been working undercover, disguised as a cosmetics seller, gathering evidence of victims of traffickers who have been forced into sex work, many of whom are underage and often thousands of miles away from home.
“You are working on a razor’s edge. There are no second chances. One wrong move and you could be killed. It’s not like a movie where you get a retake,” says Ajeet Singh, Director of Guria India.
The nature of trafficking is changing and so activists are having to find new and innovative means to take them on.
Singh said he came up with the idea of posing as a make-up seller after he found that the brothel owners were always one step ahead of him.
“It was always very difficult to rescue the girls because someone would leak the information and the brothel keepers would move the girls. The girls were not a priority for the system, so the police were not helpful. We had to be proactive in getting the evidence.”
Using rudimentary equipment he bought from Delhi, including spy cams concealed in a pen and button, he began scouring the streets of the red light district for almost a year.
“Make-up is something very enticing for girls. If you go to India, you’ll see street sellers in every city so I knew I would blend in,” he said.
“The girls are unable to say anything because they are always being policed.
As a result of an 11-month long operation, conducted before the pandemic, Guria India were able to rescue 136 underage victims of traffickers, resulting in 61 brothels being shut down.
Social media ‘weapon of choice’ for traffickers
The sting, which was signed off by local people, used undercover filming to collect evidence against offenders. When enough had been gathered, ten members of the Guria India team joined police as they carried out dawn raids, using iron cutters to access properties where the victims were being held.
There are an estimated 1.2 million children under 18 working in brothels in India, many of whom have been victims of sex traffickers. Approximately 75 per cent of the cases Guria India dealt with involved under age victims ranging from just six months to 17.
The majority of these trafficked children are from lower castes and more than half of them are from families living below the poverty line.
While many of the girls sold to brothels are trafficked by relatives or family friends, in recent years, social media, with its low-risk and high rewards, has become the weapon of choice of traffickers, luring victims in with lucrative job offers or promises of marriage.
“The internet and exploitative romantic relationships are key factors for trafficking in recent times,” said children’s rights activist Bharti Ali.
“Often, the police don’t start their search in cases of adolescent girls immediately as they believe it to be a case of elopement. Many cases end up in girls being sold further by the boy/person they trusted or who promised them false marriage.
“When girls go missing, parents often try to search within their own community, her friends and relatives. This is when they lose critical time. When they suspect that she may have eloped, they may tend to not report at all to protect family honour … The girls too are unable to report as the traffickers keep a close watch on them.”
For victims of traffickers, their introduction into the world of prostitution is a brutal and violent one, in which they face beatings, gang rape and starvation. Some victims also reported having chilli powder placed on their genitalia and being subjected to electric shocks.
Among the girls they have rescued is Sarita, who was just 12-years-old when she was sold to a sex trafficker by her older brother and was transported 700 km away to work in a brothel.
“My mum was working in Mumbai and I lived with my sister. My brother was a drug addict. He told me he was taking me to see my mum but instead he sold me to a trafficker. I was locked in a room and beaten and raped by several men. I managed to find a phone and called my mum,” she said.
Sarita’s mother, along with the police and Guria India activists, were able to rescue her and relocate the family. However, the majority of victims are not so lucky. India remains a socially conservative society and victims of trafficking will often be ostracised by their families and community.
Rescuing victims of trafficking is only half the battle, while keeping them out of the hands of traffickers presents another challenge.
Rehabilitating victims back into a society which was already hostile to them in the first place is difficult and often the girls will end up falling back into the hands of traffickers.
In one case, 57 girls who were rescued by Guria were sent to a shelter home in Agra for rehabilitation, but were re-trafficked by the superintendent of the centre. Just this week, the superintendent was acquitted by the Supreme Court and Guria India is currently fighting the decision.
Despite the setbacks, Singh remains hopeful. “Although I don’t think we can eradicate child prostitution in my lifetime, I’m hopeful we can set the foundations to make the change,” he said.
And sometimes all it takes is a rucksack and a Max Factor lipstick.

The Ubiquitous Regency Shawl
Shawls, often with a paisley border were an integral part of Regency fashion. When one looks at portraits of women during the era, they often have a shawl draped over one shoulder or held in the crook of the elbow.
Throughout much of the 19th century, Kashmir shawls were at the forefront of elegant fashion in scarves and wraps. They were as luxuriously soft as they were warm.
Cashmere shawls go back to the 11th century when they were first made in India, in the Kingdom of Kasmir, and imported to the west by the East India Company. During the early 19th century they were being made in Paisley, Scotland – hence the name we know the pattern by today. Innovations of the hand loom, allowed for weavers to produce patterns in five colors instead of the traditional two and creating especially lovely patterns.

Staying alive for centuries, if not millennia, and enduring trauma that spans for generations is bound to transform even saints into rats. Day-to-day life in the middle-ages was batshit dystopian (especially in Europe). I'm of the belief that older nations (think england, france, china, india) are far more rat-like and cynical than their much younger counterparts who have witnessed far less war, strife, prejudice and just aren't as burnt out as them (with some major exceptions). Mega bonus points if the youngins received some form of parental care, even if it's not perfect (like zee, australia, alfred).
I love how you emphasize that "Arthur is not a good man". But in his defense, I think none of the oldies are good men. There are personifications that predate Arthur by many millennia (e.g. India, China). To them, Arthur looks like a teenager. They lost power to a pasty little rat completely drunk on power, and so a part of them knows their colonization wouldn't last, so they endure it with an air of haughty annoyance and impatience, I'd like to think. They're still working against Arthur, but there's no seething rage as one might expect. They master the stiff upper lip far, far better than Arthur. Which I imagine makes him envious. I know you don't talk about India or China, but I think their personal interactions with Arthur would be extremely fascinating, be it in the 19th century or present-day. sorry for the long rant, luv your blog
👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆
(I am so sorry i took a millenia to answer this but i always wnated to give a structured and thought out oppinion but never had the time in the last few months to sit down and think.
Having said that Im gonna answer as many older asks as i possibly can. Im sorry once again and your mind is a palace decorated with interesting and fascinating ideas)
So many have come before him. Too many died not having been recorded by the watchfull eye of history.
Arthur is not the oldest of the oldies. He is young compared to someone like China or Syria.
To start off with i think China is the most interesting Helltalia character there is. Just the years and cultures and dynasties and changing political systems and rise to power and fall and rise and again and again. The splitting and putting back together the regions. The innovation and influence. Ahvdnajxbnzksbx
So much creative liberty there and so much to learn and look into.
None of these nations, old or young are good or bad. They also are. In a way that a sparrow is bad for crop growth and good for locust population control.
"Arthur is not a good man" is not a general idea. They are Arthurs own words, about himself. He does not believe himself to be a good man. But then again, there are few nations who think of themselves as 'good' or 'righteous'. Years come and years pass. Now multiply that by a few thousant times. Good decisions lead to bad concequences and bad decisions lead to good ones. Good ideas are good until there are better ones pointing out the horrors of the past ideas. If you try to protect yourself and your family and damn another are you a bad person? Or are you a bad person if you damn your own family to save others? 'Good' is different for every nation. It just so happens that Arthur does not consider who he is to be righteous or benevolent. He has made decisions that damned his own soldiers for the sake of his own blood, his children. But he has sacrificed the lives of his progenies to advance himself and his empire. Its not the fact that he sacrificed his children or soldiers that he thinks make him bad, but he believes his hypocracy to be the thing that makes him "not a good man".
I think the older countries like China, Syria, ancient Rome and Egypt, Norte-Chico, Aksum (etc etc) didnt have what younger nations today got. At least not as frequently and directly. Alfred got a father willing to burn down villages and string up reverends to make sure his son didnt see the hangmans knot ever again. His brother and sister and their weird and tall french brother got to live a life as vomfotable as possible for them at that particular time growing up. They didnt see the world change. They were born into it already having shifted. That goes for other younger nationfolk. Some had harder lives than others but the world was connected and integrated to a certain degree when they were born. Loneliness is the main topic of the ancient nation personifications. If you asked a human in a town or village a few thousand years ago what the characteristics of his nation was he would respond with loneliness and reclusivity. So few knew eachother and fewer interacted regularly. A nation born is a nation doomed or abandoned by their parent nation if they had one. If by death or otherwise.
So what i think really set appart the oldies from the noobs are the inreactions they have with eachother. Old nations have learned and expect the sort of "stiff upper lip" you mentioned more than newer nations. If thats even possible. They grew up lonely, and and to a certain degree every nation is lonely, but the ancient world saw too much. So they stay even more lonely.
As ive mentioned, China is such an interesting character to me. He is very smart and he has lived through double the shit these old Europeans have. The oppium wars is something i studied recently and i kept thinking of how Yao would see all of this: "the gall of that young man to come to my shores and demand to do proper business while pointing a loaded gun to my head".
And after a few more decades he sees this European powerhouse get knocked down by none other than the mans very own bastard boy. As a human man, Yao finds comfort and amusment in that. The irony is rich and plentiful. The revenge tastes sweet.
But as a nation, that is extremly scary. The higherarchy is changing, so that means he has to change. And if he has to change that means old wounds will be reopen and new ones will take their place beside the old ones. And he does change. He adapts and tries to understand. Lots of new wounds are reddening his clothes. Lots of new wounds are reddening the clothes of others. In that change, there is loneliness. He keeps it to himself. Saving face is what he knows how to do. Just as most nations do.
Yao has long ago decided to drop the words good/bad from his personal lexicon. The concept of good is noble but not advantageous when it comes to their kind. Nations are purely bad in some situations, yet they are entirely good in others.
Anyyywayyyyy, im rambling too much at this point. I might do more hcs on China, but i think i should stop here for now. This isnt coherent or logical so lemme stop myself from further embarassment lol

Today is the fourth time I've spoken to the UN General Assembly as president. And it will be my last. After over 50 years of public service, I decided it's time for a new generation to take our nation forward. Because some things are more important than staying in power.
[Joe Biden]
+
“Even as we navigate so much change,” he said, “[w]e must never forget who we’re here to represent.”
“‘We the People,’” he said, the first words of the U.S. Constitution, and the words that inspired the opening words of the U.N. Charter, which begins: “We the peoples of the United Nations determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war….”
Biden noted that he “made the preservation of democracy the central cause of my presidency.” He recalled the difficulty of deciding to step away, concluding that “as much as I love the job, I love my country more.”
“My fellow leaders, let us never forget, some things are more important than staying in power. It’s your people…that matter the most. Never forget, we are here to serve the people, not the other way around. Because the future will be…won by those who unleash the full potential of their people to breathe free, to think freely, to innovate, to educate, to live and love openly without fear. That’s the soul of democracy. It does not belong to any one country.”
It lives in “the brave men and women who ended apartheid, brought down the Berlin Wall, fight today for freedom and justice and dignity,” he said. It’s in Venezuela, where millions voted for change; in Uganda, where LGBTQ activists demand safety and recognition of their humanity; in citizens from Ghana to India to South Korea peacefully choosing their leaders.
“Every age faces its challenges,” Biden said. “I saw it as a young man. I see it today. But we are stronger than we think. We’re stronger together than alone. And what the people call ‘impossible’ is just an illusion. [As] Nelson Mandela taught us…: ‘It always seems impossible until it’s done.’”

As the global trend of schoolification pushes educational systems toward standardization, which emphasizes “preparation for school rather than preparation for life,” innovative approaches that address the how’s, what’s, and why’s of education are critically needed. This prevailing shift, intensifying in the late 90s, often sidelines essential skills like creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking, that are crucial for equipping young learners to tackle global challenges. It also overlooks learners’ well-being and joy—a rising concern in educational circles.
A number of organizations and projects are working to combat the schoolification trend. UNESCO’s Happy Schools initiative hopes to tackle the problem by creating safe, developmentally appropriate, and joyful learning experiences that span multiple learning goals. The OECD’s Future of Education and Skills Project launched in 2019 focuses on how the science of learning can foster best practices for developing holistic education systems that balance academic skills with emotional, social, and practical competencies essential for the 21st century. Further, a number of countries are beginning to address curricular and pedagogical quality through policy initiatives, such as those in Ghana, Vietnam, Singapore, and India, to name a few.
As countries and organizations develop new ways to support U.N. Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, one program from the Global South emerges as a critical response to these issues. In this blog, we explore how methodologies like those developed by Education for Sharing (E4S) champion playful learning and prepare our youth not just for academic success but as proactive, informed global citizens.

DAY 5442
Jalsa, Mumbai Jan 8, 2023 Sun 11:30 PM
🪔 .. January 9 .. birthday of Saxena Saab - Anoop Ef .. wishes and happiness .. 🌿
No .. no work is a definite NO .. idling is a definite NO .. the laze, the take it easy, you are working to hard at this age, is all a deliberate attempt to dissuade me from work, to keep me in the misery of being idle and relaxed .. this is a plot , a conspiratorial plot .. to drive me to inertia and deflate the capacity of my routine ..
No ..
No it shall ot succeed .. I will to work .. and shall work to deflate the other such schemes that could be in the process of being initiated in such onerous forms ..
So .. desire expressed .. in a somewhat hidden modest challenge .. and now to execute the methodology ..
The modesty of the methodology shall be immodest and in a method that shall, in its modesty, express soon the outcome .. whatever that be ..
Some projects that were lined up, and were put into the holding bin of rejection shall be searched , dusted , and brought forward for another look and feel ..
I pray that they are still in a state to be accepted .. for without their approval .. nothing shall be in revival ..
Till then we live and survive with the blessings of the Ef and the well wishers at the GoS .. !
GoS .. the Gates of Sunday !!!
They come from different climes and regions - with wonder, with seen it all, with what the heck, with bewilderment and some who shall never know what this was all about .. but they come .. the young the old and the committed ..
and my folded hands to them ..
.. they shall never know what all the fuss was about .. and why they were subjected to this ordeal, when a slumber was more exciting .. and desired .. as was the candy floss ..
.. a good initiative by this lady .. an earning for her .. take and sell marking pens , because they will be required for the autograph hunters .. the INNOVATIVE India ..
and the pride of the country grows .. yes there are shortfalls too , but the growth is too and the data analysis justifies much of what is spoken and criticised ..
done and back to the grind of developing work ..
my love

Asif Ahmad: A Young Entrepreneur from Bihar
Bihar, the state I proudly call home, has long faced significant challenges in key areas such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure. Growing up in Bihar, I personally witnessed the struggles of talented individuals forced to leave their home state in search of better opportunities. This experience became the driving force behind my mission to transform Bihar into a thriving hub where every individual—no matter their background—can achieve their full potential without having to migrate for a better life. Over the years, I have focused on addressing some of Bihar’s most pressing issues: limited access to quality education, a shortage of healthcare services, and the need for sustainable infrastructure.
Education: A Cornerstone for Empowerment
Education has always been at the heart of my vision for Bihar. As a young person here, I saw the immense potential in our youth but recognized the stark gap in access to quality education. Many young people had to leave Bihar to pursue their academic goals, and this migration was a barrier to both personal growth and regional development. After returning to India from my studies abroad, I focused on strengthening local institutions like Madhubani Medical College and the Madhubani Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences. These institutions provide world-class education in Bihar, offering opportunities for local youth to thrive in their home state. By training students locally, particularly in healthcare, we aim to ensure that Bihar retains its brightest minds and creates a sustainable environment for them to contribute meaningfully to the state’s growth.
Healthcare: Making Healthcare Accessible and Affordable
Access to quality healthcare has been another critical issue I’ve worked to address. Growing up in rural Bihar, I saw firsthand how families struggled to access basic medical services. The nearest healthcare facilities were often far away, and the cost of treatment was prohibitive for many. The shortage of trained medical professionals was also a major barrier to care. In 2019, I became deeply involved with Madhubani Medical College, which offers an MBBS program and is attached to a 600-bed hospital providing affordable treatment. With consultation fees as low as Rs 30 and room charges just Rs 150 per day, the hospital aims to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone. But this initiative is about more than just addressing immediate needs; it’s about building a self-sustaining healthcare infrastructure that can serve future generations of Biharis.
Infrastructure: Building the Foundation for Growth
For Bihar to truly prosper, modernization of its infrastructure is essential. This includes building reliable roads, improving transportation networks, and upgrading utilities. As part of Astaus India Pvt Ltd, the company I co-founded, we are working on various infrastructure projects aimed at improving connectivity, boosting the local economy, and enhancing the quality of life for Bihar’s residents. From eco-friendly construction to sustainable urban planning, we are committed to creating modern infrastructure that supports long-term economic growth and ensures Bihar can compete with more developed regions.
Creating an Ecosystem of Opportunity
Beyond education, healthcare, and infrastructure, my broader vision for Bihar is to foster an environment of opportunity, particularly for its youth. By focusing on entrepreneurship, job creation, and economic empowerment, I want Bihar to become a state where young people don’t feel the need to leave for better opportunities. Supporting local entrepreneurs and small businesses is key to creating a thriving, self-sustaining economy. This will encourage innovation, generate employment, and help the state build an ecosystem that empowers its citizens.
A Broader Mission: Empowering India
While Bihar will always be at the center of my efforts, I also recognize that the challenges of education and healthcare are not unique to this state. That’s why I am also working on initiatives outside Bihar, such as the establishment of Kashmir Medical College, the first private medical college in the region. By addressing disparities in education and healthcare across India, my broader mission is to create an equitable system that benefits all citizens, regardless of where they live.
Looking Ahead: A Brighter Future for Bihar
Looking to the future, I envision a Bihar that thrives—a state where every individual has the opportunity to succeed, where youth can find fulfilling careers at home, and where accessible healthcare and modern infrastructure support the overall well-being of the population. I believe that with the right investments in sustainable development, a focus on innovation, and collaboration across all sectors, Bihar can become a leader in economic and social progress in India. The journey will take time, but with each step, we are laying the foundation for a more prosperous and equitable future. Bihar’s transformation is not just a dream; it is a vision I am committed to making a reality, one initiative at a time.

Ratan Tata: A True Legend and Inspiration to Us
Rest in Peace, Ratan Tata: “A true legend who built more than an empire”
Ratan Tata is a name that echoes success, integrity, and philanthropy in India’s business world. Born in 1937, Tata’s journey is a testament to visionary leadership and humility. He took over the Tata Group, a 150-year-old conglomerate, in 1991 and transformed it into a global brand that now operates in over 100 countries. His leadership didn’t only focus on business growth but also emphasized ethics, innovation, and social welfare.
Under his tenure, Tata Group’s revenue grew exponentially, and acquisitions of global companies like Jaguar Land Rover and Corus Steel marked India’s presence on the world map. Tata’s contributions didn’t end with the boardroom. His philanthropic initiatives, especially through the Tata Trusts, have impacted education, healthcare, and rural development. His guiding principle was that “business must have a purpose beyond profit,” a vision UBS Villas aligns with as we create homes that support communities and enrich lives.
One of Tata’s standout qualities is his ability to adapt to change while maintaining values. As businesses evolve in the digital age, Ratan Tata has invested in numerous startups like Paytm and Ola, proving that staying ahead of innovation is key to long-term success. At UBS Villas, we are inspired by this ethos — combining modernity with traditional values to craft homes that are future-ready.
Tata’s leadership extended beyond business to the realms of social impact. During his tenure, the Tata Group contributed billions of rupees to community initiatives. His philanthropic work focuses on improving the quality of life for millions of Indians, particularly in rural areas. Much like Tata’s commitment to societal upliftment, UBS Villas strives to contribute to the communities we serve, offering not just homes but opportunities for better living.
Another noteworthy aspect of Tata’s legacy is his emphasis on environmental sustainability. From supporting renewable energy initiatives to reducing the carbon footprint of his companies, Tata always had one eye on the future. UBS Villas shares this commitment by integrating sustainable practices into our projects, ensuring that our developments not only meet the needs of today but also contribute to a greener future.
In 2008, Tata Motors introduced the Tata Nano, the world’s most affordable car. It was a project driven by Tata’s desire to make safe, reliable transportation accessible to the masses. This sense of responsibility towards providing affordable yet high-quality products resonates deeply with UBS Villas. We aim to provide budget-friendly homes without compromising on quality, because we believe everyone deserves a home that reflects their aspirations.
Even after stepping down as chairman of the Tata Group in 2012, Ratan Tata’s influence remains pervasive in the business world. He continues to mentor young entrepreneurs and invest in promising startups. His wisdom and foresight continue to inspire new generations of leaders, just as we at UBS Villas strive to guide our clients in making life-changing investments in their future homes.
In summary, Ratan Tata is not just a business magnate; he’s a role model whose principles align with UBS Villas’ core values. His relentless pursuit of excellence, ethical business practices, and dedication to social welfare have inspired us to build homes that stand the test of time. As we move forward with our mission to create exceptional living spaces, we draw inspiration from Tata’s journey of perseverance, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to making the world a better place.
At UBS Villas, we believe that much like Ratan Tata, who left an indelible mark on the world, we too can shape the future by creating homes that resonate with quality, sustainability, and community welfare. Join us as we build the homes of tomorrow, inspired by the legendary Ratan Tata.
