Reading Between the Lines Podcast is now available on YouTube with closed captioning!
All episodes are uploaded and live now! I’ve had quite a few people who are interested in the podcast, but are dealing with auditory processing issues or hearing impairment and still wanted to enjoy the discussions (the stories themselves are, of course, all readily available on AO3). It’s not a plain text transcription format, it’s still captions running at the speed of the episodes, but it’s a start!
I’ve been struggling with lack of available closed captioning with both Spotify and Apple Podcasts. YouTube has finally both solved that problem and opened up the podcast to a much wider audience.
Join us for stunning fan fiction, deep analytical and personal analysis and commentary on the series and fascinating and touching insights into each author’s personal journey with the show and their approach to the craft of writing.

Ah, my dude, I shouldn't laugh but I think you hit the holy trinity of anti-RWBY "critics" on your first go, that's rough. I watch a handful of reactors that tend to be quite positive about the show and Bumbleby.
I'd 100% recommend Xiao Long Media (hyping my fellow Brits), they're brilliant and practically embody Blake and Yang, they do a livestream analysis as well as reactions, they're definitely my favourites. There's OrganoidZero - they don't have a massive following on YouTube as I think they post on another platform first but they're really funny, love BB and tend to go through Twitter/Tumblr posts about the episode as well, theirs is post-episode rather than live reactions. Phoenix/Night - he's really analytical and thoughtful, same with ThatKaitoDan and You All Write, if you like analysis and thought videos. Otherwise, there's also Calxiyn who is super enthusiastic, she usually has some golden nuggets of insight and good reactions - though, is infinitely more enjoyable if you're a die-hard Neo stan 🤣 worth checking out, she's full of energy and great if you need a smile. Annndd... Rykage, cos... Again, fellow Brit, and quite funny.
Can't think of any more off the top of my head but all the above tend to be positive posters! If anyone can think of any others feel free to add to the list. Chances are that I'll end up following them as well!
