when are asks returning PLEASE?

sooner or later :’DD, I’ve just been very very burned out with both social interaction and art recently, they’ll probably be back when I get back into school since summer has really REALLY left me in the gutters,,, I’ll answer yalls silly asks someday! I don’t delete asks really for any reason unless they go against my rules so I’ll answer them eventually when I get my motivation to do stuff back!

#Yes this includes the silly ones #Yeaaaaaaaa #my motivation for everything just has not been living it recently #I’ll try to get to some eventually but I’ve been in the gutters mental health wise so after I feel a bit better and school starts up again #I’ll have a lot more motivation to do stuff #Summer is also like. My recharge from EVERYTHING period including online interactions in some cases so it can get a bit nerve wracking for #Me To answer so many asks a day!#Not to say that I’m discouraging any asks and such though :DD! okay but once AGAIN: the Bennet sisters are not actually a united front, nor do they share a close bond. It’s shocking how divided and splintered they are (symptom of the house they grew up in.)

Actually kind of tired of seeing people qualify shows as QL or queer coming-of-age instead of BL when they’re perceived to depict any aspect of the gay experience beyond two guys just falling in love.

#1. BL is a gay romance genre. Is it gay and about love and influenced by the gay Asian media boom? Then it’s BL—happy ending or not #2. Some people are too married to the definitions of the romance genre as defined by the romance book marketing industry…#but I think we ought to recognize how staunch dedication to market demands can hamper art and exploration #3. The word a lot of people are looking for with their happy endings and formulas is actually “romantic comedy” not BL.#4. Works can also fit into more than one genre!!! It can be murder mystery plot-driven and still be BL!!!#5. QL would be a useful term if we were dealing with issues of gender in the main romance but few shows are giving us that #6. Yes I know the origin story of the term BL but many of the novels and manga were more transgressive than acknowledged…#And the live action series have included queer issues since the start…#And it’s only one branch of BLs that ever promised happy endings #7. Genres are inherently unruly and the impetus to gatekeep them is silly at best and at worst detrimental to one's growth...#Instead of excluding certain kinds of gay love from BL just get better at describing the tones and plot structures and themes of shows...#BL drama #kbl #thai bl #korean bl #taiwan bl #japanese bl #Litbc #<- this is about this show and so many others!!!

#Alejandro comes out of the pinball (with his panda) only to find his whole team missing #Yes I'm still thinking about Noah being weirdly good at dancing/rhythm games #BUT ALSO Harold too. might sound weird to say as a person with a couple ocs who have Big Horrible Event(s) in their backstories or as a person who has like 3 ocs total bc he sucks at writing and as a person who hopes their ocs arent too Boring with [the thing im about to mention] but the thing about writing [characters] and [people] is that like.

any little thing a person experiences can take up their whole existence... its actually something "fun" to experience as i meet new ppl and do more things. My friend had something happen that she'll be talking about forever. I had several things happen last year that ill never stop talking about, some of which other ppl think werent that bad actually. In the same way I'll forever remember about the way my sister accidentally insulted me almost 10 years ago, it's really interesting and Fun to find and assign smaller things like that to characters...its really Real. some people's dealbreakers are other people's solvable problems etc etc
