Lamb vs TOWW (COTL) (Both Platonic)
4/8. Thats halfway.
Hm... I'll see what I can do, yeah. Sharing may have worked better but we'll see.
Yandere! Platonic! The Lamb vs TOWW
(Bishop! Darling)
Pairing: Platonic - Rivalry
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Manipulation, Overprotective behavior, Isolation, Cults, Violence, Blood, Jealousy implied, Forced companionship.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I feel in this situation, you'd have to be one of two things.
You'd have to either be a Bishop or a Follower.
Yet Bishop would make the most sense.
As then you'd be a sibling of Narinder and The Lamb, as your sibling's pawn, would naturally take a liking to you.
But there's also the option of being a Follower.
Maybe even one who was a Bishop.
Either way, this rivalry seems a little strange as the power is imbalanced.
For this concept I'll make you a Bishop.
It would probably also be an alternate version of a concept I've already done. (Which I'll link here)
I imagine you wouldn't like either of them.
Narinder was your brother.
While he loved you, he began to resent you for siding with your other siblings.
Narinder was close to you when you were both Bishops, before he was sealed away.
He adores you, his beloved sibling.
You could have been older or younger, either way you two often visited each other's domains.
Narinder visited you the most, however.
He was always the most protective of you.
Although you both felt betrayed later on.
Due to Narinder defying natural order, you felt betrayed he was stealing your Followers from you and expected support.
Meanwhile, Narinder felt betrayed that you sided with Shamura instead of him.
As a result, you were brutally injured just like your other siblings, leading to Narinder being locked away and you guarding a chain.
You despise him, The One Who Waits....
That was the title Narinder went by once locked away.
There's times you catch yourself missing your protective brother, he and his deep purr brought you comfort.
Yet whenever you caught yourself thinking like that, you'd just touch your bloody wound to remind yourself of what he's done.
You'd never heal from his scars.
He didn't hurt you as severely as your siblings, yet it was enough to remind you of your fight.
Narinder, even now, probably still loves you.
He's always been obsessively attentive to you and your flock.
He regrets hurting you, but you had to learn you made the wrong choice siding with Shamura.
He should've mattered more to you.
Now, many years later, you're reminded of Narinder through the Red Crown.
Lambs were meant to be sacrificed to prevent the return of your brother.
You were there when the last one was executed, their large eyes looking at you with such despair.
You never enjoyed watching them die.
It was pointless to attempt to stop it.
Yet you wished you did when that Red Crown was at your doorstep.
This could end one of two ways.
You're slain, or Narinder orders you to not be killed.
If you simply surrendered your crown to this Lamb, you could live.
Although, there's a good chance you're slain like the rest.
The Lamb does not view you in any special way until you're reformed.
If you are slain, Narinder laments the loss quite a bit.
Narinder admits you were too proud or scared of your siblings for your own good.
Said emotions are what made you falter years ago, and it appears you still never learned your lesson.
So maybe it was for the best... one more punishment towards your disobedience....
If you were spared by The Lamb, Narinder is amused yet grateful.
The exiled Bishop muses that The Lamb must be fond of his sweet sibling if they spared you.
It's good you surrendered your crown and unlocked your chain...
Narinder for now allows The Lamb to care for you.
Soon Narinder will have no need of The Lamb anyways once he's free... then he can look after you like before....
If you surrender, it gives The Lamb time to cultivate a friendship with you.
Upon learning your story and attempting to heal your wound, The Lamb begins to wonder if they should really be following TOWW.
If this was after you were slain, they'd have to befriend you slowly after pulling you out of Purgatory.
Eventually, Narinder and The Lamb will fight, stripping the former Bishop of his powers.
The Lamb becomes a God and now looks over you both.
You and Narinder barely talk, and depending on how you're converted, you may struggle to speak with The Lamb too.
You have good reasons to hate them both and their former partnership.
Yet both of them appear to selfishly care for you.
Narinder wants to make amends, to show he still loves you, his dearest sibling.
Meanwhile The Lamb tends to separate you, wanting to protect you from Narinder.
A platonic rivalry would definitely have the dynamic of Narinder wanting to be closer but The Lamb protecting you.
You and your siblings certainly struggle to trust Narinder again.
You not trusting him hurts Narinder.
He's powerless now, he won't hurt you again!
Please just come back to him.
The Lamb, however, keeps dragging your attention back to them.
They distract you from the issues between you and your brother.
They want you fully dedicated to them.
Essentially, The Lamb steals the sibling and friend role from Narinder.
Which leaves the cat baffled.
It would mostly be manipulation from both sides.
Narinder keeps reminding you of times you two got along years ago.
He pulls you close, purrs against you, admits he regrets what he did and misses you...
The Lamb, in response, starts encouraging you to stay beside them.
They make you a disciple, they give you gifts, they remind you that they helped you when Narinder hurt you.
They pull you close into their wool, bleating gently to soothe you.
They give you everything, as if trying to heal your wounds and heart.
Truth is, you just wish to relax.
You're tired of them both acting like snakes, hissing in your ear temptations.
Out of care or not, you don't like either of them.
Narinder can't get rid of The Lamb, but The Lamb could get rid of him.
The only reason The Lamb doesn't is because you still care for Narinder somewhat.
Yet the longer this rivalry goes on...
The Lamb may just lock Narinder in a prison or get rid of him entirely to keep you to themselves...
After all, who will you trust more?
The sibling who harmed you...
Or The Lamb who wishes to protect you from such pain happening ever again in this new life they gave you.

So...new idea...yandere Narinder...
A year or two ago, I introduced the idea that the Lamb had a black cat lover before Narinder, who helped them try to smuggle some children to safety. And recently I saw someone's idea that the Lamb had a kid, so...
Before their capture, a simple Lamb was entrusted with finding a way to smuggle their younger siblings out of the land of the Old Faith. In their quest, they met a black cat who knew of smuggling routes and was willing to help for a price.
His information was good. The lamb was entrusted with another group and the cat was willing to help again.
It was a Han and Leia type of romance. The cat started helping for free, drawn to a higher cause, and the two bonded. Their wedding was a simple affair, but they were happy, despite the stress and danger- after all, the lamb was a target and had put a target on their love's back by marrying him, especially when their child came into the world.
One day, the lamb was called away to arrange another group. Their husband and child stayed at home, preparing supplies.
When they got home, it was a smoldering ruin.
The lamb was left alone. They could still smuggle the children out, but the numbers grew lower and lower, with more paths blocked, and grief making them sloppy, until the lamb was the last lamb in the land of the Old Faith.
The Lamb agreed to kill the bishops for their love, for their child, for their people and those who died simply for helping. Once they were done, they would be reunited.
Except Narinder grew attached.
Over the years, he grew more and more attached to the Lamb who refused his cruel teachings to lead with kindness but fought with such ferocity. Who said he couldn't keep them afterward? It wasn't like they had anyone important.
His obsession spiked when the Lamb asked an artist for a portrait for a black cat and a small cat-lamb child. When the artist asked if it was the One Who Waits, if they were married, the Lamb said yes.
(The Lamb awkwardly shrugged. The idea gave their role more legitimacy.)
When the time came, the Lamb gave up the crown and willingly accepted death, ready for the embrace of their love and baby-
Except, they woke up in the temple.
Narinder proposed after that and was shocked when the lamb refused. There was only one they would ever marry, and it wasn't him.
Which is fine!
They're both immortal.
He just has to wait them and their sobbing for their dead husband out.

First page of my horror comic.
Sometimes your usurper and brand new death god goes a little crazy and you have to run away for a little bit to cool down cause who knows, he might eat you or something.
The time Lambert suggested marriage to the newly fallen god and his cataclysmic anxiety sent him running through the winters night to try and escape a new form of subjugation.

I think it’s time for the cult of the lamb stuff too begin (do the first one)
Male Black Cat!Follower Reader Being the “sibling” of the Bishops of The Old Faith
TW: [Unhealthy Relationship, beatings, drugging, forced sibling relationship, gaslighting]
Relationship type: Platonic but unhealthy
Since your birth after the banishment of The One Who Waits, your life had been filled with luxury. Being in the likeness of the bishop of death had its perks. for a few examples; you were widely respected among the old faith, you got special exemptions for certain rituals such as fight pits and Flesh sacrifices, higher positions in the old faith, and at some points, you were even given offerings. But there WERE downsides, the attention you had gotten from the four bishops was a bit unnerving. they seemed crazed since the day they met you! All four bishops treated you like their own blood..? And even though your name was [Y/N], they kept calling you Narinder....you always asked why you were given the nickname you were but Heket or Shamura would always tell you that that there would be a time and place for that. But it wasn’t now….
As you've gotten older, you were given a gold skull necklace, a charm that gave you everlasting life as long as you wore it. but with your age and more knowledge, you had also noticed a pattern of behaviors in the bishops you've now accepted as your "siblings."
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Leshy:
- god d*mn. This gremlin
- he uses his domain, Darkwood, to trap you in for extended of time, forcing you to cuddle him and to hear you eventually purr.
- is he delusional? ….kind off
- he knows you aren’t Narinder, but you were the closest thing to him
- and GODS- he was so angry for what his brother did to him
- this boi is fluffy!
- when giving hugs and just hanging out in general, the density and softness of his fur(?) makes the Camilia flower fields his domain is known for feel like brittle hay in comparison!
-he essentially uses you as a tiny feline teddy bear
- speaking of Camilia flowers, since they are used for healing, Leshy might withhold them from you in order for you to depend on him even more.
- leaving you ill and consequently suffering for sometimes days before giving you Camilia flowers and bed rest
- only because his siblings begged him to give you some mercy
“Who’s tough now, huh!? Who’s the one with the power now, Narinder!? ME-“
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Heket:
-WOULD SHANK SOMEONE!
- anyways- she IS VERY protective but she has good intentions/reasoning for that
- to her, you are so weak and kind of pathetic but that would be ok to her
- as long as you stay with either her or her siblings
- in case you ever got any ideas of running off in order to escape, she would periodically use the mushrooms around her grounds of Anura to brainwash you into being subdued and making you docile
- despite her crown helping her talk to some extent, Heket still expects you to help her get her point across when she can’t voice them
- she (along with Kallamar) tries to dilude herself with the thought that you are indeed Narinder returned from banishment and trying to repent for his actions, no matter how futile that would be
-but that wasn’t the truth and she knew it. She knew you were an innocent follower that was given a name and title that didn’t belong to you
-she almost pities you
“Just eat…….the mushrooms….Narinder…..you’ll feel…better..soon.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kallamar:
-He wholeheartedly believes you’re just Narinder without your crown…therefore…powerless…
- and he absolutely takes advantage of that delusion
- on the beaches bordering anchor deep, he’d be found throwing you around and shrieking about everything “you” did to your “siblings”!
- you took his handsome ears, Heket’s ability to speak-her voice, Leshy’s eyes, SHAMURA’S MIND-
-he’d curse you with everything’s he had, just wanted to hurt you for things that you would never think of doing
- but eventually he’d calm down and see you in a curled up ball on the ground, crying and bleeding in pain, the pain of the attacks and illness taking over you as you writhed
- he’d gasp, rushing to you and picking you up and holding you close
-he’d shake and tear up as he runs to his siblings for Mushrooms, to ease the pain, and Camilia flowers, you heal you
-he’d immediately be scolded and forbid from seeing you period
- this severed communication between you two would lead to him taking it easy, thankfully
- after he was allowed to be around you again, he’d just take you to the docks
-you two would catch fish together and feast on your catches. Talking about Kallamar’s old happy memories with Narinder as if you shared the same happiness and were there
“I’m sorry, brother…you’ve just caused us so much pain…I-…I still love you though
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Shamura:
-Two words.
-MANIPULATION and DELUSIONAL
-they were the closest to Narinder back before his banishment, so they would be the one to spend most time with you
- you be using the silk found around to make thread and making clothing for Shamura’s followers when the spider bishop themself would come up behind you, pick you up, and take you back to her temple
-they’d warn and advise you against spending unnecessary time around followers
-They wouldn’t want you to get that much power getting to your head…
-“you wouldnt want to be sent away again, do you?”
-Shamura would also gaslight you into thing that you’re crazy for thinking they were anything but loving to you
“What? We love you!- We’re your siblings, you’re acting like we’re some sort of captors and you’re a prisoner! You were a prisoner when we sent you to the underworld! But you’re back now! Just let us be a family again, damn it!”
-similar with Heket, if you tried to escape Silk Cradle, Shamura would fly into a rage and chase after you, grabbing you, and secure you in a spider silk cocoon that was in a safe area of their temple before calming down
-you could try to struggle and scream but “your eldest sister” would just hug you close and sing to you
“Narinder..Dear brother..please stop fighting. You’ll only hurt yourself more…”

I just have to ask this, we've seen Nari get upset when someone flirts with The Lamb but what would happen if someone flirted with Nari in front of The Lamb? Would they be upset? Jealous/possesive? Yandere Lamb?!?!?
Tumblr media
Word spread quickly in the cult that Narinder was one of the Lamb's closest so few have tried to flirt with him since. The rest are soon discouraged by how dismissive he is to the followers in general, so Lamb doesn't seem too bothered when it happens.

Genuine question for y'all, deep analysis of something I find funny
Main thing; Thoughts about Narilamb, small tw for mention of abuser and manipulation
Does someone of you like, have an AU where your Lamb is evil just because they want?
Like, no "Oh the bishops are my servants I shall torture them for their damage, so I'm evil for torturing them for a trauma", or even, "Oh the bishops are my followers I will take revenge, so I'm evil for taking my revenge", like, literally "I had acknowledge that they are evil and they had harmed me before, but it's not for that I'm acting evil towards them, I just do it because I want, I can, and I will always."
Like, Lamb is meant to be the representation of human choices, thus givingus the fandom to not depict him as a babygirl who can come at anytime give you a hug and make things better with it, but to actually give him serious, horrible traits that the humans find cuestionable such as being manipulative, abusive or even having an unalligned moral.
Or even so, a Narinder that is genuinely good, and feels remorse, giving him actual feelings and life?
Yet again, like, not "I'm searching redemption for The Lamb's command", not "I'm searching redemption for a bigger purpose someone had given for me", an actual "I'm redeeming myself for the actions I've commited are wrong, so I'm doing it for myself, acknowlegding that this will make me better."
I feel that the fandom gives always Narilamb an focus of "Lamb will be something like yandere they/them or she/her bastard who comes to have a crush on a tsundere idiot who actually feels the same"
But, there are many more things to do, after all, likewise said before and even by the same developers, The Lamb's name is just "The Lamb", they have no name. And, aswell, Lamb has a zero personality, during the game, you craft their identity, their love stories, their problems and even headcannons
Even so, quoting some of my moots examples, give Narinder an actual new life with new roles and nothing to be with Lamb (@saiwasneverhere), focus the opportunity to develop "what is it to be the only god?" or Narinder a whole new identity post-Purgatory (@rosmerie-starr/@rosmerie-sleeps), giving Narinder new marks and stories to tell with their Lamb too (@really-burnt-toast), etcetera etcetera.
This is what makes the lambsonas thing a concept I love a lot: I've seen from Lambs that speak japanese (Sai I'm seeing you) to Lambs that have a pentagram for eye (@bialejaja) and many other things that makes them unique.
Hope this gives y'all nightmares 👹 /jk

Okay but imagine The Bishops Of The Old Faith having a darling and sharing them... That's my concept idea, thank you! :D
This'll probably be short due to the amount of characters but I'd love to experiment with this :) Idk if you wanted Narinder or not, but I included some sections with him.
Yandere! Bishops of The Old Faith General Concept/Idea
Pairing: Romantic/Platonic - Harem
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Cults/Religious themes, Overprotective/Possessive behavior, Isolation, Disturbing descriptions, Blood, Sacrifices, Violence, Forced companionship/relationship.
Tumblr media
For this concept I imagine maybe you're some sort of companion/messenger for the Bishops.
Leshy is the youngest, the chaotic and egotistical ruler of Darkwood.
Heket is the sister of the Bishops, the cruel Bishop of Anura and a deity of famine.
Kallamar is the cowardly ruler of Anchordeep, always submissive to his fellow Bishops... he is a deity of pestilence.
Shamura is the wise yet surprisingly sympathetic ruler of Silk Cradle and deity of war.
Lastly there's Narinder, The One Who Waits, a sadistic/cruel deity of death who betrayed his siblings long ago... he resides in the afterlife but originally had a temple of his own.
Despite this... I HC Narinder was once loving towards his siblings and followers.
The Bishops of The Old Faith are powerful beings due to their crowns.
They are some of the last surviving gods in these realms.
You are a servant of The Old Faith, am enchanted mortal who serves the Bishops.
You have been given a prolonged lifespan... but are still vulnerable to death by other means.
As a servant, you have grown a bond with the Bishops.
Leshy often looks forward to your presence in Darkwood, welcoming you into his temple and growing gardens of flowers for you to enjoy.
As egotistical as he is, the young Bishop adores yours presence.
Heket often orders followers offer food to her so she can prepare feasts for her beloved friend and servant in Anura.
She warms up to you, as you are well loved servant of her siblings.
Kallamar shows giddy excitement when you visit Anchordeep, often supplying you medicine with Leshy's help if you need it.
Kallamar even enjoys creating trinkets from crystals to give you.
Shamura welcomes you to Silk Cradle with a fanged grin, soothing your mind with wise tales as you sit in a silk hammock.
They do hope their siblings have treated you well...
Narinder often invites you to his temple to help tend to the dead and wish them off to the afterlife.
Narinder is the one who has blessed you with a long lifespan... but he wishes he could make you fully immortal to all wounds.
Each Bishop loves you deeply, sharing you amongst themselves as you roam the regions.
Their bond with you often causes fights.
The typical sort of siblings fights... right up until Narinder's betrayal, at least.
For the most part they work together to care for their dear servant.
Followers who do not respect you are harshly punished by their Bishops.
You are a key figure in their faith, worshipped as the loyal servant of The Old Faith.
Even when Narinder betrays his siblings with differing beliefs, he tries to drag you into his prison to keep you away.
The other Bishops, his siblings, disagreed with such a thought.
Now your time with them is different.
The remaining Bishops are more cautious and overprotective of you.
While Narinder, now known as The One Who Waits, pines for you within his prison.
Leshy holds you close in the gardens of Darkwood, unable to see you due to his gouged eyes.
Heket keeps you fed, but conversation becomes harder for her.
Kallamar is now even more fearful than ever, hearing dulled due to Narinder's torment... he never wishes to let you go and begs you to stay with many crystal gifts.
Shamura is now less sane, yet still wise... always speaking in riddles and keeping you wrapped away in Silk Cradle for long periods of time.
The remaining Bishops keep you under close watch, protective yet thankful Narinder never got his claws on you.
Meanwhile Narinder plots his escape... planning to have his revenge for being imprisoned.
As lamb after lamb is slaughtered... growing fear makes the Bishops' obsession worse.
Your freedoms are restricted the longer things go on...
Soon your only relief may be Narinder's release at the hands of The Lamb.
Only then will your ties with Leshy, Heket, Kallamar, and Shamura will be lifted...
In exchange for possibly an even worse beast... changed from his previous self due to years of imprisonment.

13, 25, 46
13. Is your lamb petite? Curvy? Fucking jacked?
I usually have my lambs petite and look rather delicate- it's easier to underestimate them that way. But, my new Five of the New Faith AU gives me room for diversity!
As I believe I've mentioned, Capri is the biggest and broadest of the lambs. He has to wear layers to make it look like he's bundled up, giving the illusion he's smaller.
Mary and Aries are both thick and curvy. They were the ones to make the habit part of the uniform to hide the body shape (Aries was devastated by this because he likes people looking at his hips).
25. Do they wear something other than the canon cloak?
Forced Back Lambert wears sweaters and jeans.
The Five all wear something like a habit under the cloak to hide their different body shapes.
Meri wears an outfit that looks like bridal robes.
46. What is your lamb’s favorite season?
Lambert loves spring. Meri likes summer.
Padme is fond of winter, as well as Capri. Sabe and Mary both like summer. Aries is a summer guy.

Honestly, I'm just excited to see the Kallamar and Shamura co-dependant toxic sibling relationship they've got going on, I gotta know just how nasty it got at its different stages and how it likely ended up affecting how they raised their other siblings. I love platonic toxic stuff like this, I would ponder if it could count as Shamura being a bit yandere at some point during it but idk if you're comfortable with that sort of comparison and I don't know much about their relationship besides what you have told. I need the DETAILS, the DRAMA
OOOH yeah, their relationship is juicy and hella toxic in my HC. I'm not going to lie, it's bad, but I wouldn't go so far as being yandere. Travis is 100% yandere. Let's see if I can explain. Long post on my silly headcanon ahead! You have been warned!
Young Shamura god of war, ruthless and merciless. An extremist that has the mission to reshape the Pantheon as they see in their vision, over the blood and bones of other gods. This lil squidling god still didn't unlock the power of his crown and that's perfect because, to Shamura, that is a white canvas, something they can shape the way they want, also the lil shit can heal? A big plus! So they bring said lil shit on the battlefield and train him the way they think is right, following their doctrines and ofc it's really bad. I mean Young Shamura displayed the same empathy of a floor tile, only Kall's influence changed that as I mentioned in a previous post I think. Imagine the Trade meme with Shamura: I receive: The ability to love and care You receive: Trauma and life-long fear But as the squid grows up they realise he does have a personality, he is not a blank slate and he wants to do his own thing, he loves art, music, dancing, and all those meaningless things that won't matter in a war. Also, he wants to go and slay gods (and slay in general💅🏻) his own way! AND THAT'S BAD! Because after so many years fighting together, Kallamar is not just a brother-in-arms but the only family they have! The realisation struck: he was their beloved little brother! Shock ensues. But Shamura doesn't know how to deal with it outside tactics, strategies and warfare so to protect his little brother, they treat him like a war asset with everything that it entails. (I let your imagination run wild here.) Things will happen that will finally make Kall snap and unlock the power of the blue crown, turning him from health to pestilence. From there things will go smoother. Shamura will accept that he has his own personality/cult/followers, but that doesn't mean they like it. They most definitely won't like it when Kall starts dating disciples and mortals. Good luck with that one, Shamura, it's gonna be fun! Of course, this is in the span of centuries while the god slaying and war rages on, not exactly the easiest of times. How will that affect the way they raise the siblings?
As Narinder enters the game, Shamura will find the cat easier to deal with and they focus on raising him, trying not to repeat the same mistakes they made with Kallamar. When Narinder joined, Kallamar would always follow them in their training, terrified that Shamura would use the same extreme methods on the kitten. He is pleasantly surprised to see that while being hard on the kid, they are not nasty and they show care! Yay! (in the meanwhile, it will dawn on him - not true ofc - that he doesn't matter to Shamura anymore and that Narinder has replaced him. The fact he had to endure the bad Shamura for so long and when finally they were good Shamura, they didn't give a damn about him anymore hurts a lot.) Then Kall is responsible for raising both Heket and Leshy singlehandedly. Shamura had very little part in training Heket (she arrived as the war was ending) and none at all in Leshy (who had never seen war at all in his life), so the joys of being a big brother/dad are all on him. But that meant he would do everything possible to not be like Shamura! He could do better, right? Wrong! The backlash of this is that he is way too soft and understanding, to the extent that the young ones don't take him seriously at all, so they grow up basically bullying the shit out of him.
I CANNOT GIVE YOU MORE DETAILS! Cause I'm gonna write them in the fic 😈 Drama&Angst guaranteed. I hope that's a good enough answer!💙 Thank you!
