Am I insane or does "Loyal To My Hate" by :wumpscut: sample from "1x1x1" by Cloud Cult at 1:34

It sure sounds the same to me, just pitch shifted and a little sped up, but I googled for 1x1x1 and loyal to my hate and couldn't so much as turn up a single webpage that mentions them both together.

So either I'm crazy or I'm the first person on the internet to identify the sample.

EDIT: Hold on, Loyal To My Hate came out before 1x1x1, didn't it. Either 1x1x1 is sampling Loyal To My Hate (seems doubtful, since the bit in 1x1x1 is longer?), Cloud Cult used that same bit in another earlier song that Loyal To My Hate DID sample from, or they BOTH got it from somewhere else.

But am I right that those bits sound too similar to be coincidence or
