Well, it's normal for all wrestlers to be injured to some extent,

...but, now that I think about it, that's an unhealthy thing for me to be saying lol

I wouldn't necessarily say that "my condition is bad" or anything like that, but I don't want anyone to get blamed for my long term absence.

Latest Rumors On CM Punk Returning To WWE at Survivor Series

There have been some rumors going around the English-language wrestling media claiming that Desperado is a freelancer and that he isn't signed currently to New Japan. Desperado has directly said that these rumors are false.

The first tweet reads:

"Foreign Media reports that El Desperado is not currently signed to New Japan Pro Wrestling

Since the GCW offer was through New Japan Pro Wrestling, I'm not sure about the credibility of this."

Desperado replies: "Ahh, this is a lie."

The day before this, Desperado's friend Sato Hikaru called out puroresuflow on twitter for claiming that Desperado is a freelancer. The account deleted the tweet after being publicly called out for spreading false information.

Sato Hikaru is fighting Desperado at an upcoming independent show, which he references in his tweet.

"This is a big lie. If this was true, it wouldn't have been so difficult to arrange his participation in the Kawasaki baseball stadium show. If he was a freelancer I could've just messaged him directly on Line.

I guess there are underhanded fans who lie about having "secret information that only they know" just for attention everywhere, regardless of the country. I saw this tweet in passing and it made me mad."

On the same day, Desperado made a tweet to clarify things too.

"8/25 Kawasaki

There are many "ex-New Japan wrestlers" who are currently freelancers but

I'm going to the ring against Sato Hikaru as "a wrestler belonging to New Japan Pro Wrestling"

I'm excited just thinking about stepping onto that stage!

It's a fight that I truly couldn't have even imagined happening before this summer!

I wonder what will happen lol

I'm not involved with the ticket sales so please ask Sato about them"

So I heard talks that WWE might potentially pick CM Punk back up in the future (and those rumors have only increased since Survivor Series is gonna be held in Chicago this year)...

I'm naturally skeptical of this, and otherwise wouldn't really care, but I swear to God that if this ends up being true, it'll just ironically the funniest thing ever to me, cause I guarantee that in some way, somehow, this decision is eventually gonna blow up in their faces. Sure, mostly everyone might've made amends since the last decade, but that doesn't guarantee that it'll be good decision making down the line. And we already just had that huge AEW Scandal a few months ago!

Like, it's funny how history just repeats itself, doesn't it?
