[ad_1] Celebrating 3 years of RevSportz. We complete three years on December 1. And what a journey it has been. From negotiating a personal ban, which could have impacted the company’s fortunes, to breaking new ground with coverage, RevSportz has come a long way. Having said that, some things have stayed intact. It will always remain a platform for journalists, and by journalists. Return on investment, yes, but passion for multi-sport coverage is as important. Giving young people opportunities will always be a mission, and we will do so with purpose. Much has already been written by other colleagues and I about the journey so far. Let me tell you a little about the path that lies ahead, or rather, where we expected to go. We are now a team of 45. Over the next two years, we estimate that we will be close to 75. More importantly, we will move to our new home, our state-of-the-art studio, and become India’s first 24/7 multi-sport digital news channel. We will be multi-lingual and keep expanding. And in doing so, attract fresh talent and groom them to be better journalists. It doesn’t need to be said that 2025 and 2026 are huge years for sport. While in 2025, we have the Champions Trophy, India’s tour of England and more in cricket, Olympic sport will see plenty of action in 2026 with India getting ready for the Asian Games and the Asian Para Games in Japan, not to forget the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. There is also the women’s World Cup, the men’s T20 World Cup, the FIFA World Cup and a lot more. For the Latest Sports News: Click Here RevSportz Trailblazer (PC: RevSportz) With such sporting action in the pipeline, it is essential that we start planning. We will have our reporters at every event and make sure that we cover each one mentioned above on ground. And it will not just be the select few who travel. Every reporter has been asked to choose a new sport and will start following it to develop the required expertise. Each needs to grow beyond their sport of choice and adapt and learn. It is not just about cricket and never will be. Covering the Para Asian Games, for example, is of huge importance, for it will tell us where we stand as a society in terms of becoming more sensitive towards men and women with disabilities. Add the many conclaves to this list, and you will have a fair idea of the scale. Trailblazers 2025 will be in Kolkata between March 6-8, 2025 and it will be India’s biggest sports conclave ever. With cricketers, Olympic and paralympic champions all under one roof, we will also be producing a white paper, which should help in charting the trajectory of Indian sport going forward. That we are on the right track is evident from the number of applications we have received in the last one month. As many as 287 applications have come in from men and women wanting to work with us in the last 25 days, and I wish I could have most of them join us. We are all living the RevSportz dream – one which aims to enrich Indian sport and, in doing so, makes the fraternity better and more resilient. There will be many firsts on the way, with the first of these planned for December 2024 itself. Keep supporting us and give us feedback, for it makes a huge difference. Sachin Sarjerao Khilari Shatters Asian Record with 16.32m Throw at Tokyo Paralympics
Tumblr media
Khilari, जो shot put के world champion हैं, ने पहली बार यह रिकॉर्ड Japan में हुए World Para-Athletics Championships में gold जीतते समय बनाया था। Sharad Kumar और Mariyappan Thangavelu ने men's high jump T63 में क्रमशः silver और bronze medals जीते, जबकि Ajeet Singh और Sundar Singh Gurjar ने javelin throw F46 final में दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान पर कब्जा किया।
