      Ninny knew. Fair-folk-types came in all shapes and sizes-- trolls, pixies, leprechauns, harpies, the list went on-- but she could always tell if someone was of her own. Perhaps it was the twinkle in the girl’s eyes, perhaps it was a smell that only fae-blooded children could identify, perhaps it was because she was on the shores of Moominvalley, a haven for haphazard fairy-tale creatures, but Ninny knew. 

        Perhaps it was the smell, because this girl was noticeably like Ninny’s precious Too-Ticky; the scent of the ocean hung on her like a shawl. 

       “Hello,” She whispered, pressing a tiny hand over a growing, sweet smile, “My name is Ninny. It is nice to meet you. Welcome to Moominvalley.”

Ireland, land of magic and mystery, with some of the richest mythology in the world and the most fantastical creatures was certainly a place of interest for Stephen Strange, although they weren't just myths and stories for him anymore since the circumstances, on his search for healing, changed his perspective of reality forever and lead him to become the Sorcerer Supreme.

So there he was, walking by the seashore on a beach of this mystic country, searching an special place.

The day was really cold and a layer of fog covered the land so he didn't expect to find with anyone. How big was his surprise when he saw through the mist a little child playing alone, and even bigger when that child approached to him and made a question so peculiar.

Strange wasn't sure what could make the girl ask something like that, he was sure of using a spell to hide his sorcerer robes. So he looked at her with a surprised look on his face for a few seconds, then he gave her a little smile.

"Oh no, nothing like that, but I'm indeed lost, so..." Then he took out a piece of paper from a pocket of his coat. "Do you know by chance where this place is?" He said showing her a picture of what he was looking for.

The six-year-old had been walking up and down the beach, waiting for her dad and Ben to return from their errands, stopping to investigate the shells and small objects that the tide brought in or that lay buried just below the sand, sometimes jumping in and out of the waves as they crashed on the shore.

It was quiet today, seeing as it was misty, foggy, and just a little bit too cold for most people to go out and spend a day at the seaside. Saoirse didn’t mind it, though. She liked the sea no matter what time of year it was.

Feeling a certain spark in the air, a pull of energy,  the little girl looked up from where she was drawing in the sand with a piece of driftwood and turned, looking behind her to see a lone man further off in the distance. Seeing as how he was the only new presence on the beach, she stood, walking up to him curiously and looking up into his face… that is, as best she could as he was really quite tall.

“Why aren’t you with the other fairies?” she asked as if the sentence was perfectly natural. “Are you lost?”

Morgan~!!! Oh my goodness, hello! It’s so nice to hear from you, and it’s so lovely to see you back on the dash!

Alright, well, I’ve got quite a few ideas! I know we began plotting some stuff out with Dipper ( @mystery-pining ), Ben ( @remembermeinyourstories ), Christopher Robin ( @sillyoldboy ), and Saorise ( @withafairy )… I think… so I’d be more than down for keeping/expanding upon those relationships and threads if you were still interested. I’ve also added a Mabel ( @sugar–pine ), but I feel like she may be a little bit too much for Prince… though, maybe not. I’d also be curious to see how he’d interact with Wirt ( @peregrinorumpoetica ) and my newest kid, Frisk ( @mercy-heart ).

On the other side of the age spectrum, I’d love to see him interact with Andromeda, a fellow being of the stars ( @galaxia-andromeda ), though she’s on hiatus right now (but I’m slowly getting inspiration back and some plotting might help with that!) and Ford ( @wayward–pines ), just because maybe Prince would be reminded of his Aviator a little, and Ford would definitely be interested in this curious little child and would be more than happy to take him under his wing.

Hi there, old friend!

You explicitly mentioned your Sherlock muses (I really gotta go back to that blog and/or merge it with this one somehow... I miss my kids...) even though I’d be completely up for interacting with all of your muses, regardless of fandom, so I’ll just stick to those for now!

Weirdly, the first interaction that popped into my head was for your John and a modern au for my Sonny Crockett ( @mellowoutpal ) from Miami Vice since, for that au, he would have served two terms (and was wounded, though not as badly as John was) in Afghanistan. Maybe the two of them could get to be friends there and reconnect later on and see where their lives have taken them? To rope your Sherlock into this, maybe he has business in Florida again (after Mrs. Hudson’s husband of course) and Sonny maybe is the detective who finds out what they’re up to, maybe even having to arrest them before recognizing John. Either way, I could definitely see that having the potential for some interesting interaction! (Similarly, Mary and her past with AGRA in LA could be roped into this too, hmm...)

Regarding Mycroft, I’m not sure what to do about his main verse seeing as how I don’t have many London-based muses who are active and I shudder to think what would happen to take him out of England, but his foster care AU intrigues me, as does his MCU verse. Maybe we could do something with either my Peter or my Gwen ( @slingusawebyourethespiderman ) or maybe my Irish kids, Ben ( @remembermeinyourstories ) and Saoirse ( @withafairy ), though I don’t quite know how that would pan out.

I could also see all your Sherlock canons interacting with my (under construction!) Martin Crieff ( @pilot-in-the-attic ) from Cabin Pressure. I remember there being a couple of crossover aus (including one where people cast Martin as “the other one” before Eurus came along) and I just think that would be really funny. But, since he’s under construction, that might take a while... and, speaking of under-construction muses, I’ve got an Aziraphale ( @azira-fell ) and a Crowley ( @anthony-j-crawly ) we could do something with, too. And, because I almost forgot, my desperately-in-need-of-a-blog-revamp Tintin ( @the-boy-reporter ) could work with anybody too!

About Gabriela and Violet, since Violet moves around a lot and Gabriela was mostly raised in America, I could see them maybe running into some of my kid muses (especially Dipper ( @mystery-pining ) and Wirt (@peregrinorumpoetica ) as they’re both pretty intellectual though dealing with some pretty serious stuff, or Ben and Saoirse, who are closer geographically).

I also love Rachel’s backstory, as it’s very moving, and, again, I’d have to point to maybe Sonny, as boy oh boy does this guy know a thing or two about coming to terms with himself in the American South. If Rachel could use a word of advice, an older!Sonny might be just the guy.
