Felt like doing a redraw of something from last year that I’ve made into a joke

I’m actual lore this does happen but I found what I did last year really funny and I love drawing their lore :)

a family from one of my clangen clans! this one is legacyclan, aka mothclan! deerbranch ( a long furred dark cream and grey calico she-cat) she is a compassionate molly and an excellent speaker. she is the main caretaker of kits. when she and flowerweb had their kits together, her mate went missing under mysterious circumstances. deerbranch, however, never gave up on flowerweb, believing that starclan will guide her mate home. flowerweb (a long furred light brown smoke she-cat, trans) deerbranch's mate. she is a loving molly who excels at hunting. a moon after antlerkit, willowkit, and olivekit were born, she was abducted by twolegs. she was taken to a twoleg nest that contained numerous other cats from out of the clans. during a storm, a lightning bolt struck the nest, and the containers burst open. the cats scrambled to escape, and flowerweb made her escape with Mac, who decided that clan life was not for them when flowerweb asked if they wanted to join mothclan. DB + FW kits: antlerbranch (a long furred ginger ticked tabby molly) apprenticed to blackpebble, antlerbranch honors her ma by taking her suffix. flowerweb was still lost when she earned her name. antlerbranch was a sick kit for most of her kithood, pulling through just in time to be named an apprentice. she was named a warrior earlier than most, and was honored for her carefulness and her efficiency. she died in kitbirth, but her kits, coniferkit, russetkit, and sparrowkit were born healthy. willowstorm (a short furred ticked tabby molly) apprenticed to greenhope, willowstorm was named for her integrity. she is the only one of her siblings to have a mate, breezefade. flowerweb was still gone by the point she earned her name olivenight (a long furred grey and white tom) apprenticed to umberstar, he was the only who found his mom while on a patrol. olivenight was named for his creativity, and flowerweb was present for his ceremony.

I’ve had Willowstorm’s story just kicking about for the last few years. Decided I needed some writing and comic practice and reworked most of the story’s plot points - I’m currently writing the first draft! These battle cats better be prepared cos, honey, you got a big storm coming

My thoughts on Wildstar

Well, this is just a start. It won’t finish here by any means. I love Wildstar, It’s been my home I can’t wait to share my journey in this game with you all. So stay tuned.

Hello there! Thank you for sending in -- and well done you for being brave and sticking to your goals! I know a lot of people get shy commenting online, which is totally fine, but I like to think that I’m hopefully not too scary.

For the ask: explain the plot of a fanfiction that I haven’t written but daydream about.

(This one’s cheating because I have actually plotted it out and started work on it some time back, so it’s technically a WIP, but I do still think about it from time to time and it’s far from finished, so I’ll say it counts enough!)

It’s a cat heist! I’ve wanted to write one for years because it’s a genre I personally really enjoy in general (I have a soft spot for Leverage and Now You See Me), and also it’s a genuine real challenge for me to write (and stick the landing) and I’ll be stoked if I can pull it off decently. 

This one specifically is about Willowstorm of Riverclan’s first ever time as captain of a raiding party -- and, coincidentally (cough cough), the most ambitious and off-the-wall raid in all of Riverclan history.

Warriors of StarClan Au

So it's a little creepy to me that kits in StarClan don't age. It's kind of cruel and weird for them to stay babies forever. So I came up with this concept while having insomnia last night.

When a kit goes to StarClan they do stay kits for as long as they choose. This gives them the opportunity to wait for family or simply stay kits for a bit longer. They would be mentored by multiple cats, normally close family or friends.

- During The Great Battle Brokenstar is faced with warriors Badgerfang, Marigold(kit)shade and Mint(kit)cloud.

-Brokenstar also meets his sisters Hope(kit)light and Wish(kit)cloud who tell him he's a disappointment.

- When Tiger(claw)star dies he meets Night(kit)feather and Mist(kit)heart who ask him why he did it and if it was worth it.

-Dandelion(kit)pelt and Juniper(kit)shine mentoring Flickerkit, their nephew.

-Gorsepaw is named Gorsefire

-When Ferncloud dies she learns that her kits where mentored by her deceased siblings, Tulip(kit)flower and Elder(kit)song.

-Shrewpaw is named Shrewleap, Larchkit is Larchflight and Hollykit becomes Hollystripe.

-When Bluestar dies she finally meets Mosskit, now Mossflower. She was mentored by Moonflower, Snowfur and Thrushpelt.

-Swiftpaw is named Swifttail after is half-brother and mentor

-Snowkit becomes a sort of half medicine cat and is mentored under Cloud spots, the first ThunderClan medicine cat. He communicates though tail flicks and paw gestures. Eventually he would be named Snowthorn after Brakenfur and is very close with his sister Mistle(kit)blaze.

-Hollyleaf is a protective older sister to Dandelionkit and Juniperkit

-Feathertail acts like a mother to Breezepelts unnamed siblings

-Badgerfang is a cool older brother to all the kits who join StarClan

-When they are older Patch(kit)stream, Petal(kit)fall and Larch(kit)song visit their mother at the border of The Dark Forest. It's the one and only meeting they have.

-Crookedstar is shocked and overjoyed when he meets his mate and kits in StarClan. Willowkit and Minnowkit choose to age at this point ad Crookedstar gets the chance to watch his daughters grow up. Willowkit becomes Willowstorm and Minnowkit becomes Minnowheart.

Some facts about my og story and some in universe details. (I don’t got a good idea for a name yet)

It does take heavy inspiration from Warrior cats in the sense that the main characters are really intelligent cats that have their own society and have their own form of fantasy elements such as cats with powers.

But that’s were the similarities end , because these cats live more in a fantastical world then Warriors takes place in

Cats and other species replace humans and are Anthropomorphic, they can walk on their back legs if they have them and have more humanish qualities. You know Dnd style worlds, their world is simialr in terms of technology and magic as they developed this themselves without aid of humans.

The cats are not just normal breeds either, I’m gonna say fuck normal science in this world as well these ‘modern’ cat breeds are evolved from Big Cats such as Lions and Panthers. Even smaller wild car species slowly evolved into these more modern cats

And even then many cats can show signs of having a specific ancestry such as many spotted cats having connections to leopards and such but the majority are various wild cat species evolving into this more unique and diverse species. The equivalent of a domestic cat if you well

These ancient types of Big/Wild cats are called Titians, More species such as reptilian species have this as well that they evolved from too

Titian’s are pretty seen as legends due to their massive size compared to modern felines and centuries of stories of their origins. How certain big cats came to and what made them different from other species.

While cat species are the main focus of the main story as the protagonist is one, as the story goes on your introduced to other species like Snakes that have their own societies as well. Many species do interact and depending on their type of animal have their own way to fight and move around but still have anthropological aspects( I am taking more inspo from Kung Fu Panda on this, because I like the idea of different animal species having their own way to fight and move around)

These cats are capable of magic and science, and different types of magic as well, some having unquie types of magic that they inherited or learned such as music magic. But not every cat is capable of it or as the ability to harness it.( This can be for a number of reason depending on one’s situation)

There are many kingdoms with these cats that exist in hundreds of regions each vary in population or ancestry such as having more thickfurred cats in snowy kingdoms

Good Versus Evil is still a big thing but I have a lot of plans for this concept as whole

Cat names have some structure simialr to warrior cats and human last names, example being that these cats family share a common suffix but have a different prefixes

Ex: Father having the suffix “storm” but had the prefix Web, their kid would inherit the suffix but would get a different prefix like “Willowstorm”

The First Trial

Evalynn moves through the swamps with a determined smile plastered across her face.  She went climbing up one of the many trees near the body of water that held the orange stone she needed to get her hands on. Peering down into the dark waters with her tail curling around the branch she was crouching on she gave a soft excited squeal. This was going to be fun, she smiled to herself, she always enjoyed searching for things and her home showed it with the many trinkets, statues, shiny rocks and coins among other treasures that littered the surrounding area. But the treasure wasn’t the fun part, although she enjoyed seeing the pretty colours all mixed together the real fun part was obtaining them.  So many things in so many places, it was always an adventure to get a new item and she always got one more story to go along with how she obtained whatever the item was.

She shifts her weight on the branch; it was reaching out over the water, a perfect spot really.  Narrowing her eyes to scan the water’s surface her lips tugged into a wider smile, no time like the present. Her tail loosened its grip on the branch and swung out behind her as she moved to get ready.  She had made sure the branch was strong enough to keep her weight beforehand, no use trying to make a cool dive and instead floundering into the water when your diving board snapped under you.  Rolling her shoulders before spreading her arms out she pushed off the branch and was soon falling through the air in what she would consider a -perfect- swan dive, and really, who was there to argue with her?  Her body straightened as she fell, finger tips leading her body downward as she pushed forth her will, energy swirling around her. Normally she used this trick for a pair of golden dove wings, it certainly helped slow falling, but she didn’t want to slow fall right now, if anything she wanted to go faster.  The energy started to form along her bottom half and as her finger tips broke the surface of the water a long stormy blue finned tail, much like a mercreature formed in completion, it looked pretty cool in her personal opinion, what’s the use of having powers if you don’t make them cool looking?

And just like that she was in the water.  She had streamlined her body so there, sadly for anyone that may have been watching, wasn’t a very big splash.  She doesn’t slow her decent in the least, her makeshift construct tail pushing her through the water quickly, helped along by the gravity of her dive. Her eyes open once in the water, third eyelid keeping the murky water from stinging as she dove deeper.  Once she hit the waterbed she peered around for that special stone, making sure not to kick up the dirt and sand on the bottom as she searched.  

And… there!

Her hand darted out to grasp the orange stone, clenching it tightly in her fingers as she shifted her body upwards and kicked off to return to the surface the powerful constructed tail making short work of the ascent back up and soon her head broke the surface and she gasped in a breath before laughing to herself, giving a cheerful yip as she admired the stone in her possession before moving to the bank and pushing herself up, the mertail melting away as soon as she was out of the water.  Moving to stand she tucked the stone away safely in one of her many secure pockets and bounded off through the swamp to show Ryska.

I never got around to closing my ocs stories but my main man Jackalpaw ended up as Jackalstripe and then Jackalstar and instead of being obviously evil like all other evil clan leaders I've ever seen he was just really corrupt and his entire leadership lasted like 8 years because he just wouldn't die no matter how hard everyone else tried but he eventually culled Willowstorm's grandkids so the old lady straight up broke his skinny little neck in front of the entire clan
