I was cleaning out my back room to put in new shelves when I came across up this color xerox in my archives of an illustration by my old friend The Pizz. I met Pizz in the 80s via Robert Williams. For a while Pizz was the guy that drew Rat Fink for Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, and notably added the bandage to Rat Fink's tail. Vinnie Signorelli, who played drums in the Foetus live band for several tours, was a massive fan of Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. Inspired by Vinnie's powerhouse drumming during a Foetus live show in Los Angeles, Pizz drew Vinnie as a fink monster. Vinnie Fink's hot rod is constructed out of drums. I got a color xerox of the illustration, and I assume Vinny has the original. Pizz and I also had a project called Garage Monsters, which released a couple of singles. Sadly The Pizz took his own life on August 30 2015. Before he left us he scrawled the word 'Ozymandias' on the mirror in the room.

Disney+ recently added Lie to Me* so I rewatched it all over again and oh my God the feelings it brought back !!!

I was obsessed with this show back in the days when I was 14, had a big crush on Tim Roth and was shipping Callian so hard !

Broke my heart when it suddendly ended and watching the finale again made me so sad once more, that show truly deserved a better (and actually just proper) ending and I'm not okay knowing that Cal and Gillian didn't get their happy ending :(
