Shocking that when you focus on quality and give the story to actual writers they can successfully cement a character, give you her entire backstory, make you fall in love with her and make you cry when they kill her off, all in a span of 30mins.

they said this is the cheapest marvel series ever produced. see, this is what happens when you focus on storytelling instead of unnecessary stuff no one cares about. i loved this episode so much. please, give me more low-budget marvel shows that care about the plot, the characters, and their target audience. i don't need another rdj blockbuster marvel movie. you can have that. give me meaningful stories with a low budget, made by people who truly believe in what they're creating.

nick has a “best vocals” award because in real life he was the one who came up with the tune + the original lyrics for what was supposed to be a silly inside joke between them but ended up meaning so much to mother and son that even under so many layers of wanda’s chaos magic, agatha still managed to remember the melody (she was humming it in the squad car in the first episode), along with one good memory about her child: that he had a lovely voice and that the ballad was THEIR song UGH this show is GENIUS

Spoilers for episode 6, but I’m really glad they revealed Billy wasn’t some master manipulator this whole time. I feel like it would have really undercut his character. The bonds he was forming with group seemed genuine. He seemed to hold himself to a higher moral code. I don’t think he would do something like that. At least, the Billy we saw before the events of last the episode. Now Billy seems to be walking on a more morally grey line.
