First feeling of Autumn

Wandering through the dark August forest, illuminated by the last rays of the setting sun, I feel the approach of Autumn, her velvety breath in the dead leaves and dried herbs, her whisper in the singing of cicadas... The leaves become bright, like candles that she lights one at a time in the dark. The berries are filled with the viscous juice of ground blood. The shadows become tangible, like the movements of the silk of her dress. And I, like a restless ghost, wander through this forest, echoing the new moods of crimson-yellow shades with the fire of a candle, I collect its colorful herbs, and my garment repeat these curves and colors of the forest.
