!!! SPOILERS BELOW !!!

i don't like to get into all the bts drama and stuff that is going on on set, but it is very apparent that it weaseled its way into the show. i was never a huge jj/kiara shipper, but i did sort of get it in the earlier seasons. after this season, i feel like there was no chemistry between them at all, which is very unfortunate. either way, i know that rudy/jj was going to be leaving the show, but it was really hard for me to feel super bad when this entire season he was just completely off the rails and doing dumb shit. don't get me wrong, i think he's an important character and he's fun, but it was so much to the point that i was genuinely pissed off of him at times and felt almost out of character.

groff was evil like crazy fucking evil. there were so many parallels between groff/jj and ward/rafe, which i really wish they would've explored them, but alas, we know how that ended....

also, whenever they said groff i only thought of my number one man jonathan groff (aka special agent holden ford aka jesse st james aka kristoff aka king george iii) and kept laughing. should've named jj jonathan after his legendary bohemian rhapsody performance.

ok so i actually didn't mind sarah being pregnant, i think it added some stakes to the show and a reason for her and rafe to make amends, which leads me to my next point...

the scene where rafe and sarah sort of "made up" was probably the best scene this entire season. i think it would be interesting to explore their relationship, especially with sarah pregnant.

i felt like rafe was a bit too soft the first half of the season, but once he figured out he got screwed over, i think he really returned to form lmao. i'm still surprised he didn't die, considering after he lost sofia he really didn't have anything going for him and drew is probably gonna pop tf off in the near future, which makes me curious as to how tf they're gonna get him in the next season.

i love pope so much and am a #1 pope defender. if that boy doesn't get to go to fucking medical school and do whatever his little heart desires, i will riot. am i mad at him for getting arrested and running away? yes. has he ever done anything wrong? ofc not that's my boy.

the one-shot of JJ in the courtroom was fucking awesome. im a big daredevil fan, so i love that shit lol. also loved a lot of the older music choices for this season.

overall, i think this season is on the same level or slightly better than season 3. the first half/the half in OBX was definitely stronger (as it was for season 3), but i think the more realistic ending was a bit better. regardless, i don't like that jj died, but i know that there wasn't really any choosing that. i think the final two seasons being like pt 1 and 2 (similar to stranger things) was an interesting call to say the least, but i truly don't know what they're going to do story wise without jj and likely without much rafe.

anon you’ve opened pandora’s box, this is gonna be a long one you will understand why i took so long to reply, but i genuinely enjoyed typying this whole thing also some things may not be historically accurate so don’t come for me, this is more about how i feel about it in general and this took an embarrassingly long time to redact so pardon me ksdglkjs i know this chunk of history about cars because of those rare occasions that i’ve decided to watch tv, i always watch the history channel and i didn’t think it could be interesting bc i don’t get the excitement about cars but history always is!!! the invention of the car is one of the most interesting inventions to me, ever, the chemistry involved in the making of the engine... fuck, it was ahead of its time obviously. but the history behind it so we could get to where we are today is amazing. besides all the competition it was kinda like a group project lmao it goes all the way back to great minds like da vinky (kdhgfdk) but if i’m not mistaken its birth was in germany by carl benz, well no, actually not him but it is attributed to him because of the patent and adding some groundbreaking components to it (to the engine), but prior to carl benz there’s many more dudes, like nikolaus otto that created the otto cycle engine (sounds familiar?) used on motorcycles, then, after benz, gottlieb daimler and wilhelm maybach improved otto’s design (there’s some good drama between daimler and otto btw) but eventually daimler design was better, like i said there was competition and ambition on who made it first, or better, but at the end of the day to me, it all ended up being mashed up into the engine that we know today. these two dudes daimler and wilhelm built the first four wheeled vehicle on their own bc ya know, before that, three wheels were a thing. they eventually partnered up with benz and they’ve got the attribution for creating the whole combustion thingy for the engine that runs on petrol i believe, like bro we’re talking about the late eighteen hundreds, it took several people to figure it out, trial and error for years and years until they got it, let’s say they intrinsically helped each other creating and improving the engine by a thousand with each try and the automobile was born? then ya know all of the fancy european brands were born, this juicy engine invention gossip spread to italy, france and idk, europe, mostly for racing cars imagine how fucking dangerous that was. OH, also, of course only rich people used them because it was ridiculously expensive to create, let alone afford, one single car, and the design was ugly lmao. at “fast” speeds one accident was fatal, that’s why eventually they made them lighter and lighter and each addition to the car, like air bags, seatbealts and idkkk stuff that goes inside the car is an attribution of different brilliant minds. but i’m stating the obvious. anyways the documentary went on about the other european brands and its own piece of drama for each company like mercedes-benz being associated and mercedes being the daughter’s name from the associate, i think rolls royce were associates too and one of them died idk i can’t remember. The creation of that combustion engine thing apparently was a big help for WWII planes and stuff. later on, germany had a hard time selling cars because the economy and you know the aftermath, so, how did they fix this? (well i don’t remember lmao), BUT, thanks to the industrial revolution and yea henry ford (we’ve moved on to north america) he made possible to mass produce cars so the middle class could afford them yay? and yea as expected, before henry ford there were some other greedy men but who cares!! that’s all i can remember i am not sure if these old news are new news to you, or if it was slightly interesting or hell, if you even made it to the end of this, thanks for coming to my ted talk xx

Ford comes from a universe where the from his universes Rick sabotages Bills plans and helps Ford build the portal, the citadel doesn’t like this and kills him but doesn’t kill Ford because the Pine’s are essential to the universe's survival against Bill Cipher. However the council doesn’t know how this change will affect the course of time in his dimension, so they keep an eye on him and encourage him to join the Pocket Morty trend. It goes against his principles and morals to pin children in a fighting pit together so he’s already against the council, but they insist and give him a rare Morty, Morticia Sanchez from Earth dimension Y-67.

Those are excellent choices! Tam Dao and Eau de Sens are on my to sample list, lol. The reason I have such a list is that I have, shall we say, a decently large collection and a ridiculous larger sample pile, lmao. I've tried or own everything I've listed previously (except the three vintage ones atm but one look at the note list) and at least sniffed everything else except Italian cypress bc I'm afraid I'll fall in expensive love. We're going to have to agree to disagree on aziraphale but yes, niche and indie perfumers are going to be where Crowley goes to find more interesting frags (that's also most of what I own lmao).

Tom Ford mostly deserves the hype imo and he does white florals extremely well. He's also a Cool Designer and we all know how Crowley feels about that shit.

Don’t you find it infuriating that no one has discussed properly Aziraphale’s and Crowley’s scents of choice?

Ok here we go:

In case of Aziraphale, I imagine him preferring some rounded, solid and stable scents, but not too brash or too heavy. Almost always they have some gentle quality about them. Also, his scents are probably not very changeable throughout the day (not those types that are complex or multi-layered). I’d think of some dry woods, amber or soft sandalwood as a base, with light herbal/green notes; but again, all of that not too strong or heavy. Maybe at times there could be soft oriental (especially floral) or floral/fresh/incense accent notes. So in general, I’d say his perfumes would be quite balanced and would have some solid but not heavy feel to them, with occasional gentle accent notes. And usually it’s those fragrances that are usually produced “for men”. (But I also can see him occasionally picking floral scents that have something like rose, jasmine or some powdery floral notes, most likely with solid bases; those would usually be more likely to be found in women’s section, though).

Now Crowley: I’d imagine his preferred scents would be darker and more complex in general than those of Aziraphale; at times even brash; those types that change throughout the day, revealing new notes and facets one after another up until the smell fades away completely. Probably they’d have unexpected but surprisingly fitting accents at times. I’m thinking of patchouli/vetiver/amber/musk bases, at times with dashes of slightly sweet spices/flowers on a more oriental side of the slectrum, like jasmine or orange blossoms. Maybe even incense (actually not quite sure about practicality of this one, would it have the same effect on him as holy water?). Sometimes something glittery even (but not too dominant) could be at the top, say citrus. The general rule for Crowley’s perfumes would be complex smells, with strong base and/or middle, with various brisk and sparkly details at the top (in a moderate amount). At times they could probably be described as heavy; mostly though, it’s that type of heavy that’s not overwhelming, but is actually rather warm and alluring in some way. And concerning “gender of perfumes”: have you seen Crowley? Scents that he prefers happen to be unisex most often, but he’s all over the fucking spectrum really catch him stealing Aziraphale’s Chanel 5 for Nanny or maybe not only for her even
