“Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind it, it doesn’t matter.” Mark Twain
Aaron sat alone in his office as he did many nights. For once he seemed to have finally filled out all of the forms that usually kept him from getting out at a reasonable hour, but there was a single form that held him up. His emergency contact form. Ever since Hailey, that form had remained empty seeing as the people he would want to contact in an emergency are usually right next to him.
His life had been flipped upside down for the last year. The one secret he had kept from everyone on his team, including Dave. His girlfriend, a young, hard-working lawyer from Virginia that was twenty years his junior. He was not able to bring himself to put his pen to the page though. Even though she had practically moved in to his apartment already, Aaron had a difficult time to tell anyone about her.
Jack loved her, and loved when she was around almost as much as Hotch did. The age gap between them was severe, but she was unlike any other woman her age he had met. She was wise beyond her years, and was one of the youngest practicing attorneys in the history of the state. It was a complete accident that they had even met and began talking.
Hotch sighed as he closed the file and placed it in a secure spot on his desk to take care of tomorrow. Packing up his briefcase, he gathered his effects and began to make his way home. Once he left the building, Aaron decided to phone his girlfriend while starting up his car.
“Hey darling. I’m on my way home. Holding down the fort?” He asked, letting a smile grace his face as he heard Jack in the background.
“Of course, honey. We’re just finishing up dinner prep while Jack is doing his homework. Here you go. He won’t stop asking for you,” a commotion came. There was some shuffling before he heard a new voice. He kept making turns and completing his drive home.
“Daddy!” Jack yelled excitedly from the other end of the line. Aaron chuckled as he heard his son.
“Hey buddy. You behaving for her right?” He asked, and made sure to keep his eyes on the road.
“Yeah. She’s helping me do my multiplication tables.” His son answered.
“That’s awesome, bud. I’m going to be home in about twenty minutes, okay? Can you pass me back?” Jack made sure to tell his dad that he loved hm before doing what he requested and passed the phone back to his dad’s girlfriend.
“Did you hear what I told Jack, darling?”
“I did. We’ll see you when you get here. We’re having spaghetti tonight so you may want to change as soon as you get home.” She teased to which Aaron let out a laugh.
“Did you get that recipe from Dave?” He asked, turning down a road that would take him straight home.
“What can I say? I love and trust that man’s cooking when you bring home leftovers, with a recipe sheet so you can make it again. Drive safe, dear. We’ll be here when our get home.” Aaron exchanged his own goodbyes with her. He was only five minutes from home now, and he may or may not have sped those last few miles just to get home faster.
The man flung himself out of the car as soon as he arrived at his apartment complex. Taking the stairs two at a time, Aaron joyously placed his key in the slot and stepped inside. Disarming the alarm, he set down his briefcase and unclipped his firearm on his hip before he was being attacked by a set of small arms from behind.
“Daddy’s home!” Jack exclaimed, hugging his father close. He chuckled as he turned in his son’s arms and picked him up for his own hug.
“Hey buddy.” Aaron greeted looking to where a chuckle was coming from. His girlfriend was wiping her hands on a towel while leaning against the threshold of the kitchen. She was wearing his apron, which was just making Aaron love coming home to her more. With his son on his hip, Hotch made his way to wrap her up in his arms and give her a welcoming kiss.
“Ew.” Jack groaned, trying to push himself away from the display of affection. The two adults began to break apart as they laughed at his innocence that only a child could muster.
“Did you finish your multiplication tables, sir?” She teased, tickling his stomach lightly. The boy giggled but nodded his head in conformation. “Well go get it so we can go over it.”
He took off with the speed of a star and left his dad and his girlfriend alone. Aaron turned fully to face his lover that was just a step away from the door. With a smile on his face, he drew her in closer and captured her lips in a much deeper kiss than before. Her arms came to rest on his broad shoulders as she relaxed with his hands around her waist. They pulled away for some much needed oxygen with grins on both of their faces.
“Welcome home, darling.” She whispered, pressing another kiss to his lips.
“Mmm, it definitely is very welcoming.” Aaron teased, bringing her in closer as she chuckled. Her head rested on his shoulder and they swayed slightly without a sound in the air.
“My emergency contact form came across my desk again.” He finally whispered after a few minutes. She pulled away just a little so that she could see his face.
“Oh?” It was all she could say. That emergency form had been a sore spot for him throughout the years. After Hailey, Aaron did not even put his girlfriend’s name down in his personal address book as he never wanted someone to use her against him again.
“Do you want to put someone down?” She asked, scratching her nails gently through the cropped hair at the base of his head.
“I want to you to be my contact. I’m just…” a sigh broke up his words.
“You’re afraid of me being a target?” Aaron nodded with his eyes downcast. Placing her hand on his cheek, she brought him back up to face her.
“It’ll be alright. You can put me down. Besides, I’m a high-profile lawyer. I’m already a target.” A chuckle tore itself from their throats at the joke, but it was quickly brought down by the weight of the subject.
“What’s the other reason, Aaron?” Another question that the man was reluctant to answer.
“I’m not sure what my team will think about our relationship.” He admitted.
“Because I’m young enough to be your daughter?” She blurted out, causing Aaron to look up in alarm.
“Never phrase it like that again please.” Hotch let out a sharp breath. However, she just laughed at his unease.
“Sorry, too good to pass up. But whenever you want to tell them, I’m sure it’ll be fine. Plus, Dave’s been married and divorced three times. I don’t think anyone is going to have room to talk.” Teasing once more, the couple was broken apart by the little boy in the house running for their feet.
“I did my tables.” Jack declared proudly. They each went off to do their own thing; Aaron and Jack were reviewing the math practice sheet, and she went off to finish up dinner. Dinner was a lovely affair, and the little family ate happily. The cloud of darkness was lifted from earlier, and all that was left was joy and laughter.
The next morning, Aaron unloaded his briefcase as soon as he stepped into his office and a note slipped out. Picking it up off the floor, and returning to his desk, he could only smile as he read it. On the note was his girlfriend’s full name, phone number, address, and any relevant information he needed. Plus, a non informational tidbit on the bottom.
Here you go. I expect to have one of Dave’s recipes straight from the man himself when you tell them. Have a great day, dear. Love you.
Aaron smiled to himself, got out his pen, and began to fill out his emergency contact file.
“Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships.” Stephen R. Covey

When you jumped in front of a speeding car to save a cat on the road, you had absolutely no clue that the cat was not, in fact, a cat.
This not-cat was a species of flerken, and it’s name was Goose. Flerkens were extremely dangerous alien creatures. At least, that’s what the Goddess of Galaxies, Carol Danvers, told you.
Trust me, meeting an intergalactic space goddess with a pet killing-machine (that looked awfully like a cat) was about as chaotic and unbelievable as you would imagine it to be.
“H-holy fuck!” you yelled, jumping in your seat, as a glowing woman materialised before your very eyes, in your shithole of an office.
“I do not believe I am holy, even though I am a Goddess.” The woman stated, watching with curious eyes as you tittered over your split coffee. Lifting your laptop and muttering curses, then sifting through the messed up paperwork.
“You’re a what?” You asked distractedly, still panicking over the mess that is your desk. “My boss is actually going to murder me. Or maybe I’ll murder myself first. I am literally- Yeah, okay, how the fuck did you appear like that? And aren’t gods supposed to be like, really huge? You look kinda…… human.”
“I am a goddess.” Carol reiterated with slight annoyance. A literal extraterrestrial being was in front of your eyes, and the only thing you cared about was your damn coffee?
“We are beings you could only ever fathom from the depths of your imagination, powerful beyond measure. Which is also why we can shapeshift to look like regular human beings, so we won’t scare the shit outta you. Which seems to have still happened.”
You let out a dry bark of laughter. Carol wasn’t sure if you thought she was funny or you were about to burst into tears.
“So, why did you decide to visit me, ever-powerful, omnipresent, all-mighty being?” You asked, half-sarcastically, half simply given up on life itself. The report you had been working on for nearly an hour had been ruined by the fiasco earlier.
You dropped into your chair, kicking your feet up onto your desk. Loosening your black tie with a weary sigh, you looked at the Goddess’ eyes and continued. “I’m a nobody. I’m an overworked and underpaid attorney. I run on caffeine. I don’t know why or how you’re here, but I really–”
“You saved us. The Gods and Goddesses.” Carol interrupts, firm and unyielding. “We owe you, alright? You get one wish.”
“One wish, to get whatever it is you desire. Anything. Anything at all.”
Your story was absolutely one of zero to hero. From an ‘underpaid and overworked attorney’, to having the fucking gods of the multiverse indebted to you, it seemed like a rather unorthodox situation.
“So… what do you want?” Carol had asked you.
“Uhm, I don’t need anything,” you mumbled, fiddling with your loosened tie. “Like, it’s totally chill between us even if I saved your cat.”
Great. Real cool, Y/N. The middle school boys could never compare to your level of failed attempts at being cool.
“Goose is not a cat, alright?” Carol commented, offended. You mutter an apology.
“So, what do you want?” she continued impatiently. “Humans thrive off greed. You mortals always want something. What is it, money? A fancy car? A boyfr– okay, not to be stereotypical, but you’re definitely not straight. So, women on your mind?”
You splutter at her outright but nevertheless true allegation. Carol gives you this blank stare that makes you feel stupid.
“Well, I guess, as a woman, there’s something I do want,” you speak up after a while. Carol raises her eyebrows in interest. “Something I have wanted to try, you know.”
Leaning closer to whisper your deepest desire in the goddess’ ear, Carol’s eyebrows disappear into her hairline. Her impressed, intrigued, embarrassed, and taken aback emotions all morphed into one expression, almost steals a laugh from your lips.
“You want me to grant you a cock.”
The Goddess of Lust sits in her throne, a picturesque image of perfection, the statement falling from her lips with such ease. There’s a lilt to her voice you can’t decipher. You just nod, looking unfalteringly at the goddess, as if it was the most normal request in the world.
The Goddess was slightly perturbed by your lack of, well, awe. There you were, standing in her grand palace, unfazed by the multi-million dollar chandeliers and gold-framed pictures, unfazed by her.
Natasha was just about the most exquisite sight people would kill to lay their eyes upon. Soft curls framed her delicately sculpted face like curtains to a stage, magnificent deep eyes and a more than well-endowed body to complement her pretty face. Her rose-gold dress of satins and sequins dripped with money. There was the thrall she exuded, of seduction so strong that had men and women falling to their knees.
Natasha was the Goddess of Lust for sakes, and the only thing you cared about was redeeming your wish?
She would’ve been annoyed, if not for how unfairly charming you were, standing with your hands in your pockets, a charming gentlemanly smile on your face.
“What kind of cock do you want?” Natasha resorts to ask, a playful smirk on her features. “I’ve seen some interesting ones over the years, intergalactic sex is far crazier than you would imagine. Ooh, do you want tentacles to-”
“Uh, no thanks.” You say hurriedly, a hand going out of your pocket to rub at your nose. It’s the first sign of discomfort or embarrassment Natasha’s seen from you. She grins.
“Just a regular human one?” She clarifies, pouting at you slightly.
“That’d be great, yeah.” You respond, back to smiling brightly. Natasha frowns. She knows that there’s something under that stupid gentlemanly facade you’re putting on. She’s craving to get a taste of it.
“What size?” The Goddess asks bluntly, like a Starbucks barista asking for your order on a Monday morning.
“A regular size would be fine, I suppose.” You respond in kind, nodding to yourself assuredly. Natasha winks at you. “Ah, a regular size, I see.”
Before you can decipher that cryptic response, the Goddess stands up, a pillar of superiority and authority. She snaps her fingers, and you’re being pushed back into a fancy chair. Where did the chair come from, anyway?
You forgo the answer to that question as the Goddess begins what you would assume to be the procedure. “Sit tight.”
A surge of pain presses against your crotch area, and you almost keel forward in shock, but the pain goes as quickly as it comes.
“Wait….. that’s it?” You ask, almost disbelievingly. Natasha nods proudly.
You look down, hands resting on your belt buckle.
You look up at the Goddess, and she only smirks.
You pull down your pants in swift fashion, letting out a quiet ‘whoa’ at the bulge in your boxers. It definitely feels bigger than would be regular, but then again you don’t have much knowledge of a man’s cock per se.
“Thank you,” You say, pleased with the results. Trying something new in the bedroom would definitely bring more life to your desolate days.
All too quick for the Goddess’ liking, you’re putting your clothes back on and getting ready to leave. “Thanks for your help,” You say calmly, turning to walk down the long passageway.
God, you just wanted to watch her fall apart.
As you walk, you feel Natasha’ eyes burning holes through your back. Oh, the tension was palpable, building with each step you took. It was getting harder to walk, with Natasha’s thrall like a heavyweight on your shoulders, willing you not to leave.
As you stand before the tall doors, you come to a standstill. Natasha waits in her throne with bated breath, so many words fighting to fall from the tip of her stubborn lips.
Your hand pushes down on the door handle, and that’s the last thing you can do before Natasha snaps her fingers again, and the tension is broken like a snapped coil. Suddenly, you’re pressed against her, looking into her dilated pupils.
“You’re so annoying, you know? I’ve been so fucking horny, looking at you this whole time, and you were about to get up leave?” Natasha asks, her tongue coming out to dart at her pink lips. Her hands have grasped your forearms, but your hands are cinched around her waist, disabling movement.
“No,” you breathe, head moving down to trail open-mouthed kisses along the column of her poised neck. “I was waiting for you.” The Goddess throws her head back under your fleeting touch.
“Fuckin’ tease,” she mumbles, and you smirk against her skin. You’re rough with her, too, knowing that she isn’t made of glass, sucking purple marks into the pale skin of her neck, shoving your knee between her legs to spread them wider.
“Too much clothes,” Natasha breathes, and then with a burst of magic you’re stripped bare of any article of clothing. Her hands fly to your cock instantaneously, wrapping her delicate fingers around your semi-hard member.
You grunt against her skin, struggling to find a better position to properly have her. Since she’s sitting in the throne and you’re bent over above her, you can barely have her the way you want. Due to your lack of magical power, you resort to doing things the hard way.
Your hands slide under Goddess’ dress, going under her thighs, and then manhandling her up. Natasha’s whines of disapproval turn on deaf ears as you sit yourself in the grand chair, plopping her onto your lap. You don’t miss the way her thighs are already slightly damp.
“Need you inside now, fuck,” Natasha growls into your skin, climbing onto your cock as your hands squeeze at her thighs. You proceed to rip the fabric off her skin, deciding that there’s too much clothing restricting you from getting your hands on her.
And boy, was that a sight you’d never forget.
“Oh!” The Goddess cries, when you lean forward to wrap your lips around her hardened bud. Your hands don’t rest for a moment, squeezing everywhere – hips, thighs, breasts, ass — whatever you can get your hands on. She’s fucking exquisite.
The stimulation seems to work wonders for Natasha’s pleasure, as she engulfs your cock in her warmth with fervour.
You gasp lowly, a throaty sound escaping your lips. Her hips and ass go up and down, working her cunt around the girth of your cock, wet and warm and slick. You can barely keep up with how desperate she is, and the fact that you have this wonder of a woman falling apart at your hands makes your heart soar.
Matching the rhythm of short upward thrusts with Natasha’s riding makes her moan out loud, a pretty melodious sound that imprints itself into your brain all at once. You wanna hear it a hundreds of times more.
Natasha gets more messy with her riding, as you suck hickeys, light ones and fierce ones, into her collarbone and her neck and breasts. You can’t resist the urge to slap her on the ass as she rides you like it’s the last day she’d be on this universe.
“Ah!” The Goddess moans, and you grip her thighs and push her down hilt deep, and her eyes roll into the back of her head. You feel her cum around your cock, so needy and desperate and mindless, and that triggers your own climax.
Natasha hadn’t even begun to open her eyes again before she ends up on the floor and you hovering above her, your hands fervently spreading her cunt open. You duck your head down, licking a long stripe up her puffy clit.
The Goddess writhes, unintelligible moans falling from her lips as you proceed to give her the best fucking cunnilingus of her life.
You’re more than determined to make this an unforgettable experience for the Goddess who probably had sex every other day.
Natasha doesn’t know what the fuck you’re doing with your tongue, but you’re ravenous and your carnal desire makes her even wetter than before.
She’s slept with plenty of people, human or not, but none of them had ever been this uncouth about her pussy. Oh, it nearly drove her mad, but she was already seeing stars.
Before the Goddess registers what’s happening, your hardened cock slides into her cunt with a flippant ease once again. Natasha lets out a filthy moan as she feels it throb inside her, clenching around you hard.
You slap her thigh in retaliation, but feeling the sudden strike of pain only turns her on further. “Gonna fill you up so good,” you pant. “You won’t be able to walk tomorrow.”
Natasha takes it as a promise, when you spread her thighs and line your cock up with her pussy. The Goddess of Lust doesn’t think she’s ever wanted anyone this bad.
You enter her roughly, your previously calm exterior completely faded away. You fuck her deeper with each thrust, opening the Goddess up. Pounding into the woman’s cunt like a woman starved, you hear her beg and cry with each thrust.
“Oh, please! More! More!” The Goddes cries, nearly screaming your name every time your blunt head pushes against her cervix. You only get spurred on further, going at a pace so painfully fast you don’t know if you’ll be able to walk tomorrow.
You swallow at the sight of this Goddess, completely breathtaking in her state of unravelling.
“My divine Goddess,” You say, leaning down to press a kiss against the bulge of your cock at her lower stomach.
Those words in itself have Natasha uncoiling before you, your name falling from her lips like a sacred mantra. Her walls are wrapped around your cock so tight, her nails digging into your back so hard it nearly draws blood.
“My divine Goddess,” you repeat, eyes glazed over, reaching your own climax inside her. Natasha lets out a filthy moan, feeling each throb of your cock in her as walls of cum pulse inside her, again and again.
God, it feels so good, everything everywhere all at once, your world becoming Natasha, Natasha, Natasha.
You think you could stay like this forever.
A long bath and a trip to the Goddess’ bedroom later, you’re laying on her expensive silk sheets, hair smelling like rosemilk or whatever that shampoo had been called.
You honestly don’t know how this gorgeous woman’s been charmed by your awkward humour and the coffee stain on your work shirt, but you’re definitely not complaining as she nuzzles into your neck, humming in satisfaction.
“You sure that’s the first time you’ve ever had a cock?”

Hide and Seek
"16... 17... 18... 19... 20! Ready or not, here I come, silly girl!"
Carmen kept crouched as low as possible in her hiding spot behind the blinds behind the couch. She tried to move as little as possible both to keep the blinds from moving and to keep the crinkling of her bulky disposable diaper from giving her position away. Carmen, a beautiful, 28-year-old partner in a boutique law firm, needed to remain hidden for the next 30 minutes. She didn't think she could handle the consequences if she didn't.
Carmen's home life hadn't always been like this--filled with diapers, onesies, and children's games. Just six months ago, her life was like a dream. She was married to an amazing man, Andrew. Both she and Andrew worked good paying, professional jobs. They didn't have kids to drain away their money and time. Plus, with more than a little help from their parents, they had both avoided student debt. With a surplus of money and time, Carmen had the best of everything. She had the best food, the best clothes, the best cars, the best vacations, and, importantly, the best sex.
All of that had changed when they hired Kelly. The 19-year-old, beautiful blonde, working her way through community college had dropped into Carmen's life like a bomb.
Both Andrew and Carmen hated cleaning the house, preferring to spend their time enjoying themselves. So, they hired Kelly, who was more than willing to be their live-in maid, cleaning their house in exchange for room, board, and generous pay.
At first, Carmen loved the arrangement. Everyday when she came home from work, the house was immaculate. Kelly herself was always bubbly and happy, overall a joy to be around. Further, neither Carmen or Andrew noticed the lose of one of their spare bedrooms, a small amount of food, or their money.
Carmen began to become more uncomfortable with the situation as time went on though. Andrew typically worked from home, meaning he spent the day around the attractive young co-ed. Carmen started to notice that after a few weeks of this relationship, Kelly and Andrew were getting more and more familiar. What started with a few giggles at inside jokes, quickly progressed to an uncomfortable familiarity. Carmen noticed that Kelly was quickly becoming more and more physically close with her husband, lightly touching his arm or lower back while often positioning herself physically between the attorney and her husband. They whispered in each other's ears when Kelly was around, and would occasionally try to do things outside of the house together.
Eventually, Carmen had enough. One evening, after Kelly had gone to her room, Carmen confronted Andrew, ordering him to either set more appropriate boundaries with Kelly or fire the woman with a generous severance package. Andrew agreed to set better boundaries, and, for all of a day, everything seemed fine.
However, two mornings after Carmen's confrontation over Kelly with her husband, the 28-year-old lawyer, who had never wet the bed in her life, woke up in soaking wet sheets. Kelly, as the live-in housekeeper was all too eager that morning to clean up after her employers embarrassing accident. Despite the immediate shame, Carmen brushed that accident off as the result of her stress caused by work and her recent conflict with Andrew.
But, her accidents didn't end there. Two mornings later, Carmen woke up tucked between sheets soaked in her own urine again. Once again, Kelly diligently cleaned up Carmen's mess without complaint. However, when Carmen went to get ready to sleep the next night, a pack of GoodNites was laid on her side of the bed.
"Andrew, what the fuck is this?!" Carmen said as she burst into the bathroom where her husband was sitting on the toilet.
"Um, GoodNites?" He responded nonchalantly.
Carmen nearly exploded.
"I know that! What are they doing on my bed?!"
"Leaving you a subtle hint that you don't seem to be getting!" Andrew responded with more than a hint of condescension in his tone. "I was talking to Kelly today, and she's tired of changing *your* wet sheets. And, to be fair to her, I'm also tired of waking up soaked in your pee. She suggested you wear some protection to bed until this phase passes. It seemed like a good idea to me."
Kelly fumed, "Oh, you were *talking* to that little bitch, and she suggested I wear a diaper to bed? No way. I don't have a bedwetting problem. It's just been a couple of nights!"
"Whatever you say, babe. But, if this keeps happening, you're not going to have a choice. Your 'not-a-bedwetting-problem' is already doing a number on our mattress. I've seen the damage when Kelly changes the sheets. If this keeps happening, you're going to wear GoodNites to bed. We aren't buying a new mattress," Andrew lectured his wife.
Carmen huffed and threw the GoodNites across the room. She was an adult. She wouldn't be caught dead wearing a fucking pull-up to bed. Or so she thought.
Three days and two accidents later, Carmen blushed as she walked in her room and found the GoodNites on her side of the bed again. Andrew was already in the master bathroom, getting ready for bed. This time, she chose to take the subtle hint. Before her husband made it out of the bathroom, she quickly undressed, slipped on the bedwetting pants, and threw on her baggiest pajamas. She then quickly hid the open pack of pull-ups in her underwear drawer.
Andrew walked out of the bathroom, walked up to Carmen, gave her a kiss accompanied by his customary ass-grab. Carmen blushed as she felt her underwear crinkle under his hand.
"Good girl!" Andrew said before giving Carmen a playful spank and crawling into bed.
Things continued to get worse from that point forward. Carmen began waking up wet every morning, and it wasn't long before she started having small accidents during the day, ruining her work clothes. Each time, she would call Andrew to have him bring her clean panties and bottoms. Each time, he, to Carmen's embarrassment, sent Kelly to drop off the clothes. After her third accident, Andrew suggested, and Carmen agreed, that she should start wearing extra protection during the day.
Shortly after her daytime accidents started, her wetting problem became more extreme. Every morning, Carmen woke up to wet sheets despite wearing GoodNites. Similarly, Carmen had to have her housekeeper bring her new clothes more than a handful of times because she had leaked through her protective panties at work.
It was the Saturday after Carmen's second week of leaking incidents that Andrew called a 'family meeting.' Carmen entered her living room to find Andrew and Kelly sitting on the couch facing a kitchen chair, set up in the middle of the room.
"Sit down, baby, we need to talk," Andrew said, gesturing for Carmen to sit in the chair.
Carmen sat down nervously, her wet pull-up squishing as her weight hit the hard seat.
"Talk about what? And why is SHE here?" Carmen's distaste for Kelly having only grown since her little 'accidents' has began.
Andrew proceeded to explain his and Kelly's growing concerns with Carmen's toilet-troubles. He discussed how he and Kelly had been speaking at length about the problem and both agreed that it seemed to be as a result of stress. From there, Andrew laid out the plan Kelly had devised to help her work through it, and indicated that agreed with it.
Carmen would take a leave of absence from work and as much stress as possible would be removed from her life. Carmen would no longer be responsible for making any of her own decisions or taking care of herself. Andrew and Kelly, whose role would be expanded from just a housekeeper to that of Carmen's nanny, would be wholly reasonable for everything in Carmen's life. They would feed her, bath her, entertain her, dress her, and, worst of all, diaper her. Carmen would effectively be reduced to a toddler, living a state-of-existence where she wouldn't have to worry about anything, even when to use the potty.
Carmen immediately raged against her husband and housekeeper's proposal. She threw a massive tantrum, screaming, breaking, and throwing things. Having had enough, Andrew pulled Carmen over his lap and gave her the first, of what has become many, spankings. It only ended when Carmen's pull-up ended up leaking all over his lap. Sobbing, defeated, embarrassed, and covered in her own urine, Carmen gave in.
From there, things deteriorated quickly. Carmen quickly found her life filled with baby food, bottle feedings, baby toys, and diaper changes. The woman who she had been afraid was stealing her husband was now the person primarily responsible for wiping Carmen's ass. Andrew quickly found he wasn't attracted to Carmen in her new infantilized state, and Kelly convinced him that it would be more appropriate anyways for them to convert one of their many bedrooms into a nursery and have Carmen sleep in there.
Carmen found herself tucked into her crib after a bath and a bedtime story by Kelly every night at 7:30 pm. Carmen wasn't certain what happened after she was locked in her childish prison for the night, but, from the increase in physical affection between Andrew and Kelly, she suspected that Kelly had moved into the master bedroom full time.
Worst of all, Carmen's accidents didn't get better. Instead, they got worse. Within weeks of being forced into diapers full time, Carmen was having legitimate messy accidents. She couldn't figure out why, but she had her suspicions that, somehow, Kelly was behind it.
That brought her to today. Angry after yet another messy accident, Carmen had finally confronted her Nanny about her role in her accidents. Smiling, Kelly had admitted she'd been slipping laxatives, muscle relaxers, and diuretics into Carmen's food for months. However, Kelly rightfully pointed out that even if Carmen told Andrew about Kelly's transgressions, after months of seeing his wife reduced to the status of an overgrown toddler, Andrew would never believe Carmen.
Carmen knew the beautiful, young woman was right. Continuing her tantrum, Carmen screamed out in frustration that that wasn't fair. In response, Kelly offered the babyfied woman a deal. If Carmen could hide from her Nanny in a game of hide and seek for 30 minutes, Kelly would tell Andrew everything; however, if Kelly found Carmen, Carmen had to go to Andrew and ask him to make Kelly her Mommy, permanently sealing her fate as an overgrown infant.
Confident she could win, Carmen took the deal. That confidence disappeared as soon as Kelly finished counting.
Crouched behind the couch, Carmen had accidentally placed herself in the perfect position to release a huge mess into her pants, and her body recognized it. Only moments after Kelly's announcement that she was coming to find Carmen, Carmen's ass let out a trumpeting fart.
"Oh, what was that?" Kelly asked, walking into the living room, following the tell-tale sound of her charge on the verge of a messy accident. "Is baby Carmy about to make stinkies?"
Carmen squeezed her eyes shut and focused all of her energy on keeping her pants clean. Maybe, if she stayed quiet enough, Kelly would think the sound was something else and go look elsewhere in the house. Carmen wasn't that lucky.
Moments after her Nanny entered the room, Carmen involuntarily released a torrent of shit into her diaper. Not only was her accident loud, but the smell was horrible.
"I know that sound!" Kelly said, sniffing the air, "and that smell! Pee-yew! Baby Carmy made a stinky!"
Behind the couch, Carmen turned bright red as she continued to hope against all odds that her hiding spot was good enough to keep her hidden despite her body's betrayal. Carmen couldn't live the rest of her life with Kelly as her Mommy.
Carmen heard her Nanny and tormentor sniff the air again.
"Now where could baby Carmy be?" Kelly sniffed a third time like a hound on the trail of game, getting closer.
"I know! Babies love to hide behind furniture when they make stinkies!"
Carmen screamed in frustration as she looked up and saw Kelly's face peeking over the back of the couch, grinning triumphantly.
"Found you, you little stinker! And with 29 minutes to spare!"
Carmen cried as Kelly helped extricate her from the back of the couch. This couldn't be happening! She couldn't have lost! Not in such a humiliating way!
But, as she stood there in front of her Nanny, her messy diaper drooping between her legs, Carmen knew the truth. She wasn't and never would be a big girl again. She was and always would be a loser.
"Alright, baby, you lost! Time to pay up! Go find your Daddy!"
Kelly followed Carmen as she toddled to Andrew's office and opened the door.
Andrew smiled at seeing his wife being led around by his lover.
"Hey you two, how can I help you?" He asked.
"Baby Carmy has something to tell you! It's very exciting!" Kelly said, pushing Carmen forward.
Carmen had no choice. She had lost. There was no where left for her to hide. Steeling herself, she opened her mouth.
"Daddy, could you pwease make Nanny my Mommy?"
Andrew's eyes lit up at the question. He rose from his desk, embraced his diaper clad wife, and kissed her on the forehead.
"Nothing would make me happier, Little One!"
All Carmen could do was cry as her husband then walked up to her young rival and passionately kissed her after asking her to marry him. Unfortunately for Carmen, Andrew and Kelly would forever describe her tears as tears of joy, rather than the tears of despair they truly were.

romantic shenanigans ensue when you start working for an infamous law firm and most definitely doesn't have to do with my recent hyper fixation on law at the moment.
𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠…
detective!shikanoin heizou as the number one detective at fontaine legal firm. as well as the pursuit of justice, he's also on the pursuit of you!
forensic scientist!albedo who's disillusioned from the thrilling profession of delving into the ground zero of crime scenes. though, with a case such as you, he might be wrong.
police officer!xiao who takes his job too seriously and instead of trying to arrest childe, he should be arresting you for stealing his heart ;)
prosecutor!cyno who's presence in the court is as vicious as his horrible puns. though—you can't deny that the tension between the both of you rival that viciousness.
pre-law!gorou with a strangely strong sense of smell and hearing, he possesses a not so strange sense of justice (and you!)
rival attorney!alhaitham who can't seem to stop meeting your path—or rather, crashing into it. with the (admittedly one-sided) feud stemming all the way from freshman year of university, it eventually led to the two of you unfortunately falling (in love?) into the same case.
interrogator!kaeya who's personality alone could be enough to pin this whole fiasco on him one bad day and simultaneously believe he's an angel on earth the next. somehow, his talents as an interrogation officer is the only thing about him that stays consistent, and perhaps something else...
mob boss!childe that can't stop finding different ways to drive you crazy. from remaining to do things that make the case worse against him to his endless teasing, the fact that he's actually innocent is the most daunting factor of working with him.
delinquent!arataki itto who is clearly innocent of his involvement in diluc's case. what kind of incriminating evidence does an anonymous tip have that made everybody believe he almost assassinated him?
and defendant!diluc, the man of the hour and whose car accident acts as the center that three cases revolve around. why does one have the motive to kill the wealthy wine tycoon, and most importantly, who was responsible?
𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠…
klee, who despite her strange nonchalance towards explosives and having alarmingly close access to ingredients to make them, is quite the adorable young girl that loves you, her big brother albedo, and the two of you together very much!
hr!kuki shinobu who is absolutely done with heizou's fontaine legal firm's antics. she does have the qualifications to work as an attorney rather than at human resources, but she wouldn't want to work with itto more than she already has to—and he doesn't even work there!
attorney!yanfei as one of the few sane people working at fontaine legal firm. though she rarely get's involved in the daily chaos of her workplace, her fiery spirit in the courtroom knows no bounds!
part-time barista!kaveh that was (begrudgingly) ordered by alhaitham to get a job so he could stop pathetically drowning in student loan debt and his latest architectural project. horrible with drinks and customer interactions outside of his usual field, it's safe to say he'd rather be in crippling debt.
hu tao serving as the proprietor of wangsheng funeral parlor and as a partner in crime to itto and heizou, much to everybody's annoyances. queen of "it was getting a little chummy around here," she is a reliable source of information.
and perhaps more?
IMPORTANT...
i'll attempt to have a taglist! hopefully, it doesn't end up as a whole-ass nightmare, but how it works is that i will reblog the start page every time i update the routes with the taglist in tow and hope for the best! if you want to be added, you can message me or send an ask! though, just to be safe, you can turn on notifs!
there's a lot of possible routes cuz i'm lowkey a sadist, four "bad endings," ten "good endings," a neutral ending, and maybe a few secret endings (who's gonna get them first?? 👀)
there isn't a set schedule for the time being! where i live in, i'm busy with preparing for a standardized test (staar will be the death of me). please be patient with me!!

𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬… heavily inspired by law dramas and tears of themis (so i wouldn't have to do too much research lmao), definitely not realistic MAJOR CHARACTER DEATH DEPENDING ON WHAT ROUTE YOU TAKE LATER ON

I heard that the limit on the arbitration policy is $1,000.
First, if you have Disney services, now would be a great time to drop them and let them know how you feel about this decision.
Second, that's a very low price for a wergild. If a customer were to accidentally hit a Disney employee in the parking lot, resulting in a disabling injury, would the Disney company really only be willing to accept $1,000 in compensation? Car accidents happen all the time.
This binding arbitration shit is getting out of hand. I will never work for a company's legal department that's involved in this sort of thing. I don't want to be in the same building when John Wick shows up because some dipshit only gave him $5 after running over his dog.
Some companies, such as Samsung, will let you send an opt-out notice within a limited time window. Keep an eye out for this. Establishing a regular pattern of opt-outs probably won't work as an angle, but at least their lawyers won't be able to say, "but you agreed to all those other clauses without trouble."
So here's what I'm thinking about for a reform.
Binding arbitration needs to be a separate agreement, and the corporation needs to make a payment to the customer representing the legitimate reduction in their legal burden achieved by binding arbitration. This reduction can be estimated by legal inaurance. This should also be the case for binding arbitration for employment.
This unbundling will enable greater consumer and employee choice. If binding arbitration is legitimately good for both consumers and employees and not just for corporations, then they will opt-in even if it isn't a condition of service and employment.
Knowing the legal insurance rate could also provide valuable information about the company.

Hi, I started playing Ace Attorney because of you (which thanks, I have been having a blast!), and I just finished Rise of the Ashes. I was wondering if you had any thoughts/head cannons on anything relating to that episode, especially the Skye sisters!
Any AA headcanons you been sitting on? Doesn't have to be anything new, just something you think you might be able to toss out a couple paragraphs for
oh man rise from the ashes.... extremely extremely fucking good case im glad you enjoyed it!
a headcanon i have is that ema was in the car accident that killed her parents... we don't have an exact number on how old she was when their parents died, but she and lana are ~13 years apart. it seems like lana took custody of ema immediately after their parent's death so assuming lana was bare minimum 18 when their parents died, this meant ema was at her youngest 5. i like to think she was slightly older - maybe 7 or so. anyway i imagine her parents were taking her to or from somewhere. i don't have any particularly strong reasoning for this headcanon it just feels right to me. i don't think ema feels like it was her fault in any way but i think she does have survivor's guilt and more important than that being Right There when she died gives her a sense of how easy it is for people to die moreso than it would have if they had just not come home one day
anyway after rfta ema gets sent to live with one of lana's friends who is a coroner in europe - i like to think that this was actually one of lana's exes but ema doesn't know that. i think part of lana's reason for sending ema abroad was to try and keep her away from the shitstorm going on in the LA justice system... she knows ema wants to be in forensics but i think after everything lana went through ema ending up in the stew like she did is kind of her nightmare. for obvious reasons. so i think after lana gets out of prison and ema is A Detective and also Miserable this is really really hard on lana. like she fundamentally feels like she failed ema and is heartbroken this is how stuff has ended up for her baby sister
but then its like this is also kind of a nightmare for ema, who just wanted lana to be proud of her when she can't be proud of herself, and so she kind of ends up mistaking lana's feelings of failure for judgement of how ema's life turned out. like despite ema knowing how much of lana's career accomplishments were because of gant's influence i think she still can't help but compare herself to the image she has in her head of lana as this cool hypercompetent professional, star detective And star prosecutor all before the age of 30. nevermind that she burned out hot and fast after that getting involved in multiple felonies! lana spent so long working herself to the bone to try and protect ema from the world and all she did was make sure that her young, impressionable sister grew up idolizing the kind of relationship to your career that ruins your life
its good stuff. theyre really messy.

“Congratulations, caller! You’ve won a new paint job and detail for your car!”
I had been listening to Sharky In The Morning on The Pulse 93.6 FM for months just to get to this moment. Sharky (not his real name) had promised that one lucky listener would get a fully-paid-for paint job for their car. A little weird of a radio show prize, to be sure, but it was something that I desperately needed.
You see, most of my cars are decrepit shit boxes. There’s dings. There’s rust. There’s accident damage. There’s holes. And getting some body work and a nice paint job would go a long way to returning my car to respectability, and perhaps even myself to employment. I went over to the radio station at the first opportunity, banging and clanging the entire way.
When I got there, I found out a cruel truth of the new era of media: radio stations don’t actually exist. Their address was a server closet in the middle of a cornfield. “Sharky” was a radio DJ from out of province, who did at least seven different cities’ morning zoo programs under different names. Despite myself, I felt cheated on. I thought we had a relationship, me and Sharky In The Morning, but clearly he didn’t feel the same way. Eyes burning with tears, I peeled out of the field and onto the highway, making sure to dispense a short, but angry, one-tire-fire strip of smouldering tire rubber behind as I did so.
A few weeks later, the package from the radio station arrived. I headed to the bodyshop and was summarily rejected. “They said a paint job, man, this is an entire overhaul,” explained the minimum-wage artisan hired to spray my car with something resembling an environmentally-friendly colour. This argument was not unexpected. I came prepared.
“I think you’ll find that if you look in my trunk, you’ll reconsider.”
Inside my trunk was my own shark. My shark of an attorney, Max. He was toting quite the package himself. Of writs, that is. Max was already grinning as the trunk lid flipped open, although he probably cheated and looked through a rust hole. My friend wasted no time in explaining both the body shop’s and the radio station’s respective responsibilities within the bounds of the contest, and how his own professional responsibility extended to hurting as many people involved with this ill-planned legal machination for as long as it took to make someone come out and Bondo up my crapcan before applying a new shade of Plymouth factory baby shit brown.
“With bass boat flake,” I added, hopefully.
Max barely acknowledged my interjection, and opened his briefcase. Inside that case was nothing except for a series of intricately-detailed, meticulously accurate finger puppets representing myself, his attorney, “Sharky,” and the body shop service writer, which he then proceeded to demonstrate the facts of the case using. I was particularly impressed at how accurate the representation of the service writer was, considering neither of us had ever met him before today.
I didn’t get my bass boat flake, and to be honest, the quality of the paint job, although airtight, was a little crappy. Max told me that there was no legal precedent for water-based paint being ruined by the bodyshop owner’s tears, but we could always try to enter another contest.

911 Spoilers Season 3: You’ve been warned. 😅 Buddie Rewatch
Episode 5: Rage
Rage room; Eddie being snarky and comments, “I thought the point was to smash things, not each other.”Bobby sends Eddie and Lena to get the saws and jaws. Lena saws thru the barrel and Eddie goes in right after with the jaws.
Bucks Arbitration; Bobby is the first to be questioned.Bobby specifies that Buck was never terminated, but the attorney argues that technically Buck was not terminated he was experiencing a defacto firing and that Buck is being treated differently from everyone else.
Chimney discusses his rebar accident and how he came back to work a month after an accident. Chim also admits to being back to work with in a months’ time after being stabbed.
Hen acknowledges that each person is different and every injury is different. There is no right amount of time for someone to get back to work. Hen having to justify medication she use to sell when she was a pharmaceutical rep.
Eddie states that he agrees with the chain of command and that if Bobby says Buck is not ready that he is not ready. The attorney than mentioning how Eddie still went to work when Shannon died.
Also mentions how Bobby was suspended and his alcoholism.
As the arbitration goes forward, Buck looks more and more uncomfortable, barely able to make eye contact with the 118. Everyone else seems to be getting angrier and stares at Buck.  After the arbitration, the 118 takes the elevator down. They all have their arms crossed and look upset. Buck is on the other side, looking remorseful. The 118 closes the elevator door. Buck wants to approach them and talk to them but is left alone.
Chicken Protestors; Tensions are still high. Everyone seems to be processing. Bobby has very little patience.
Eddie drops off Chris at a party/sleepover. Eddie being overly concerned but happy for his son to enjoy himself. Random man approaches Eddie and criticizes him for taking a handicap spot. Eddie tries to explain that his son has CP. The man is nasty and Eddie takes his comment as an insult. Eddie loses his patience.
The scene cuts to Eddie and Lena walking out of a jail. Eddie thanking Lena for bailing him out. Lena vocalizing that she was surprised to receive that call because she didn’t think they were that close.
Eddie going on about how he couldn’t call his abuela or the 118. He also isn’t allowed to talk to Buck. Lena letting him know that she didn’t mind bailing him out but is concerned as to the reason why he was jailed in the first place.
Buck was offered millions to settle. Buck is upset that they didn’t offer him his job back.  The attorney telling him that they may not want him back. That he could never work again. Buck goes in about how being a firefighter is his identity and that he didn’t want the attorney to put his friends thru the ringer.
Buck being offered Millions showcases how unfair Bobby was being. I understand where Bobby was coming from, he views Buck like a son and wants him to be safe. But the reality is that he was treating Buck differently and keeping him away from a job that Buck made his identity.
Lena takes Eddie to a street fight. They are sitting next to each other on a trunk of a car, both drinking. Eddie is partially distracted on his phone checking on Christopher.
Lena is telling Eddie that he is too pent up, that he needs an outlet for his anger. Eddie jokes about Lena being his therapist and she banters back, just the chick that bailed him out of jail. Lena than being called out to fight, taking Eddie by surprise. Lena absolutely kicking ass. Eddie proudly watching.
The 118 goes to the grocery store. Eddie and Lena discuss how the man he punched dropped the charges. Chim and Hen discuss how this trip is to distract from the Buck situation.
They bump into Buck at the grocery store. The 118 is caught off guard because Buck lives far away from this particular grocery store. Buck admits to being there in the hopes that he ran into them. Buck attempts to apologize. Eddie is the first to speak up. He’s angry and loud and obviously hurt by Bucks actions.
Buck trying to justify why he disclosed all that information to his lawyer. Buck is confused as to why Eddie is so pissed off at him.
To be fair this lawsuit really targeted Bobby out of everyone. The rest of the team did catch a few strays.
Eddie shouts, “Because you are exhausting. We all have our own problems but you don’t see us whining about it. No somehow, we just manage to suck it up. Why can’t you.”
Lena is standing in the background with her arms crossed, looking like Eddies back up. Everyone in silent and Eddie is stern and loud. The camera pans to Buck, who looks sad and remorseful.
There is a car accident/road rage incident in the background happening as Eddie is shouting. No one is paying attention to that.
“No, but he filed a stupid lawsuit, and now I can’t even talk to you because of it. You know how much Christopher misses you? How could you? You’re not around.”
Buck is making the sudden realization about how much his lawsuit affected the people he cares about.  Buck vocalizes how he didn’t realize he was hurting them in that way and offering to visit Christopher and how the lawsuit doesn’t prevent that.
Eddie continuing to go off,” No, it prevents me from reaching out to you.  I couldn’t even call you to bail me out of jail.” Eddie taking it down a notch when he realized he disclosed to much and shocked faces all-around.
Buck being upset with Eddie for not seeing his side. Eddie becoming angry again and states, “Because that is all you see.” The road rage happening outside finally gets everyone’s attention and they run out of the grocery store.
We all talk about this moment in the grocery store as the divorce moment and that’s the best way to describe it.  Eddie is finally able to vocalize his anger. Eddie is upset because he felt like he lost his best friend. Yes, he’s upset on Christopher’s behalf, but this moment was personal to Eddie. A moment we should have seen Bobby lashing out at Buck, we instead get to see the unintended victims of this entire law suit. Buck really did not think passed the fact that he wanted his job back. Didn’t think of the people he’d hurt and push to the side.
The 118 watches the two vehicles in a road rage turn into an emergency that they must tend to. Buck stands in the middle contemplating everything.
Rage room: Bobby planned an event at the rage room. They need to let out their pent-up anger. Chim and Lena are hanging out together surprised that Hen showed up. Buck makes an appearance and thanks Bobby for inviting him. Bobby quickly tells Buck that he’s been reinstated to active duty. He also discloses how Buck could have been transferred out of the 118, but that he isn’t.
Montage of the 118 smashing things as Eddie narrates about different kinds of anger and being out of control. Lena and Buck finally interact. Lena happily handing Buck a sledge hammer. Buck being eager to use that sledge hammer to break shit. They proceed to destroy a piece of concrete Buck asks, “Where is Eddie?” Lena responds with, “He said he had other plans.”
Cut to Eddie Street fighting. It’s a pretty gruesome fight. Eddie letting all his rage out on this poor man, so much so that someone has to pull him off.

Brenan R Hill, Florida inmate K42074, born 1989, incarceration intake February 2024, at age 34, sentenced to life
Murder
Brenan Hill, 34, of Palm Coast, shot his girlfriend, Savannah La-Rynn Gonzalez, 24, on March 26, 2021. She died as a result of complications from the wound on Nov. 9, 2022.
A jury found Hill guilty of second-degree murder with a firearm, aggravated battery with a firearm causing serious injury, and shooting within or into a vehicle.
Circuit Judge Terence Perkins noted that the original charge was attempted second-degree murder because Gonzalez had initially survived the severe brain injury from the gunshot.
Perkins sentenced him to 25 years concurrent on the charge of aggravated battery with a firearm causing serious injury. He sentenced Hill to a concurrent 15 years on the charge of shooting within or into a vehicle.
Hill changed his story about his girlfriend’s shooting several times, authorities have said.
Hill drove his wounded girlfriend to the hospital on March 26, 2021, after she was shot in the head inside his car. He initially said a man looking to buy marijuana walked up to his car, which was parked in an alleyway by the Microtel Inn & Suites in Palm Coast, and shot Gonzalez, reports show.
Later, he gave a different story, stating he and his girlfriend had driven to the Graham Swamp West Trailhead parking lot and were attempting to book a hotel room when a man approached the car and shot his girlfriend, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office stated.
Hill later told detectives that he and his girlfriend had been arguing. He said he pulled the gun out of his waistband when it went off. During the trial, Hill came up with another version of how his gun went off accidentally, according to the State Attorney's Office.
The sheriff's office obtained security video showing Hill exit his vehicle at a grocery store before taking his girlfriend to the hospital, according to the State Attorney's Office. Deputies later found the murder weapon buried under some brush where Hill had exited his vehicle, according to the State Attorney's Office.
Hill took the stand at his sentencing and maintained that the shooting had been an accident. He said he would trade places with Gonzalez if he could, so that her family could have her back.
Hill testified that he rushed Gonzalez to the hospital to get her help after the shooting.
Under cross examination by Assistant State Attorney Melissa Clark, Hill admitted to calling Gonzalez names and threatening her, but denied threatening to kill her.
Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly issued a statement after the sentencing commending the work of his detectives and the prosecutors and expressing hope that the slain woman's family can take some comfort in the life sentence.

What to do if you're hit by a car while riding your bike
A little PSA because I write about personal injury law firms all day every day for the most part, and I don't see this discussed a lot on good old Tumblr.
I am not a lawyer, btw, I just write this for my job, so don't come to me about legal advice. This is only the stuff that has been burned into my head through hours of researching and writing.
Before you even get on, WEAR A DAMN HELMET. In some jurisdictions, it is the law. In every jurisdiction, it can save your life. You should also wear closed-toed shoes with a good grip and put lights on your bike.
When you have been hit, get to a safe place and then stay still. Don't move any more than necessary. Cars are enormous and they can easily break your spine. You may not immediately know that you're injured because of adrenaline, but the more you move, the more you may hurt yourself. Get out of the way of oncoming traffic and then stay put as much as you can.
Call 911. Again, you may not feel hurt, but you still need to go to the hospital. I cannot stress enough how important it is to go to the hospital RIGHT AWAY. Not only does this ensure you don't have a head or spinal cord injury, but it also documents the accident for insurance purposes.
Never ever ever ever EVER admit fault. Do not apologize to the driver. Don't apologize to the police or EMS for inconveniencing them. Don't say you were in the wrong place. Don't tell the insurance company you probably did something wrong. If the driver or police or anyone tries to bully you, tell them that there will be an investigation that will prove fault.
If the idiot driver did not drive off, get their contact and insurance information. You will need this if you are going to file an insurance claim against them. If they did drive off, then they're in hella trouble and the police will track them down because that is a felony if there's a serious injury.
Take pictures of the accident scene. You should be staying still as much as possible, so if there are any onlookers, ask them to take your phone and take pictures of the scene and your injuries. Make sure they get exterior shots of the car and of your bike. This will help bolster your claim, and you may even get the bike reimbursed for property damages.
Get contact information for eyewitnesses. Ask them to give you their name and phone number, as they can be used as eyewitness testimony. I get that this can be uncomfortable, but explain that you might want to file a claim and people will want to talk to them. Be pushy if you have to.
File a police report. Yes we all hate police, I get it. But file a police report anyway. The more documentation you can have, the better for insurance purposes. Insurance companies may also demand this.
Go to the hospital!! Please please please. I know you're scared of bills if you're in America, but please think about that later. There are ways to get medical bills forgiven or paid for through insurance. Your health and safety come first. And you will need proof that you were injured in the accident, which is what medical reports are for.
Ask the hospital to provide all of your medical records related to the accident. If you work with a personal injury attorney (which you should!!) you can sign a release that lets them do this for you, but get your own copies anyway. Insurance companies may do really scummy shit where they claim your injury was due to a pre-existing condition, so you need this evidence to show that no, your broken arm wasn't broken before the bike accident. (Yes, they really will pull that.)
If you have car insurance, inform your insurance company that you were in a bike accident. It's not always the case, but they might be able to help you depending on your specific policy, especially if the motorist was uninsured.
File a claim against the driver. That's why you need to get the driver's insurance information. Look them up and submit a claim.
Don't speak to anyone else. Don't post on social media, don't tell your family and friends. All this can and will be used against you. After you submit your claim, don't talk to the driver, don't talk to the insurance company, don't do any of that.
CALL AN ATTORNEY!!!
"Blah blah Topazadine personal injury lawyers are scummy and-"
Shut. Most personal injury firms work on a contingency fee basis, meaning that you don't owe them anything if they don't get you at least some settlement. If they don't think you have a claim, they won't work with you. They lose money by taking on frivolous lawsuits. They won't do that.
And why would I lie to you about this? I don't get anything from telling you to call an attorney. I may write articles for one or two personal injury law firms, but there's thousands of them out there, and your case isn't keeping this particular firm's lights on, so I have no reason to care if you call them or not. Except I care about you and fellow bikers.
Anyway.
What personal injury attorneys can do for you:
Talk to the other driver, insurance company, etc, on your behalf so you don't have to deal with it
Determine how much your injuries are worth according to precedent and something called an injury multiplier (basically more serious injuries get more money)
Consider your future medical needs, time off work to recover, how much to repair or replace your bike, etc
Ensure the insurance company doesn't lowball you (which they will if you don't have an attorney)
Help you file paperwork
Get access to surveillance footage and other resources the average person cannot find
Hunt down and contact eyewitnesses for their testimony
Review medical reports to prove how the accident happened
Consult with experts in bike accidents who can support your argument
Add in non-economic damages like pain and suffering or emotional distress
Negotiate with insurance to get more than you could get on your own
Advise you on what is a fair settlement
File a lawsuit and represent you in court if necessary (not always necessary, many cases are settled out of court)
Again, you lose nothing but some time by contacting a lawyer. If you're not sure, check the firm's site to see if they work on a contingency fee basis, which means their payment is contingent on you winning. They deduct their fees from your settlement so you pay nothing out of pocket.
Also, personal injury settlements are usually tax free, so you won't even be hit with a huge tax bill at the end of the year, either. There is very little risk to talking to an attorney except maybe being hounded by dozens of lawyers you gave your contact information to.
Insurance companies are scummy and will do everything in their power to prevent you from getting a dime. You need someone to advocate for you, especially when you're scared, overwhelmed, and vulnerable from an injury.
Stay safe out there!

The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog (My Thoughts)
Tumblr media
Before I start with anything, I just have to let this out: I ADORE THIS GAME!!! It has no right to be so good and I genuinely want more of these kinds of games where we get to interact with more of the Sonic cast. All of them were written so well, with their own little quirks and the game is just pure fun. Honestly, I could probably go on and on about this, but I’ll just do a quick summary of some of my favorite character interactions before moving on to one character I had been anticipating the most. Spoilers are ahead!
Tumblr media
The player character, whose name is apparently Barry the Quokka, is really fun and I adore his cave-loving and trash-searching quirks. Not to mention the ways of him dealing with “this group’s unhinged way of thinking”, trying to just go along with all the weirdness and fanboying over Sonic.
Tumblr media
I also love his dynamic with Tails, who is the most adorable detective I’ve ever seen. Honestly, this whole thing gave me a lot of Ace Attorney vibes and I’m living for it.
...
Well, most adorable next to another of my favorite detectives:
Tumblr media
If you never watched Detective Conan, I strongly suggest you do.
Tumblr media
I gotta say, Tails’ reaction to Sonic being “murdered” is kind of raw...
Tumblr media
...and then it crosses the line with Amy being excited that someone “murdered” Sonic.
Tumblr media
Next, another character who really looks good in his outfit - Knuckles! I love that they gave him the cowboy hat, even if it’s not the same as the Sonic OVA (progress guys, progress) and he actually commits to the bit of a sheriff, at least for Amy, only to just drop it when Tails and Barry arrive. Oh, and him and Vector for the high score at the arcade game and Knuckles just punching it in frustration when Vector beat him. Honestly, who wouldn’t do that?
Tumblr media
Following up, Espio and Vector. I loved how committed Espio was to his role as the poet, even if his poetry wasn’t exactly... the best (not to mention his outfit looks so fitting!). He really has this “He’s a bit confused, but he’s got the spirit!” vibe going on. Then there were other bits like the fact that Espio actually speed read through a book just to spoil the ending for Knuckles.
Tumblr media
Then there’s Vector just defending Espio when he gets accused. Let’s be real here, Vector is Espio’s Dad and no one can change my mind.
Tumblr media
Next are Blaze and Rouge, and I found it so hilarious that Rouge managed to rope Blaze, Tails and Barry into her heist of stealing the Fabergé Chao Egg and Blaze just goes along with it because it’s part of her character lore card.
Tumblr media
Not to mention the whole bit with them thinking the egg is a bomb and trying to figure out what to do with it (spoilers!: it’s not a bomb). Superb comedy!
Tumblr media
Next, we move on to Shadow, and I had been really anticipating how he’d be written in this story. My thoughts? Goddamn, this was the kind of character writing I’ve been begging for ages!
In the story, Shadow is quite suspicious due to locking all the doors in the train, with Amy, Tails and Barry interrogating him and Amy believing he “murdered” Sonic. Well, as it turns out, the reason he was locking the doors was because he was trying to keep Amy out of the Lounge Car (while also handing out keys to everyone else). Why?
Tumblr media
He was just trying to use the computer and buy Amy concert tickets of her favorite band, Hot Honey, for her birthday. Like, how adorable is THAT?!
Tumblr media
Shadow then admits that he had trouble with it, printing out the Hot Honey website on accident and that he isn’t the best with computers. He then proceeds to explain:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So to recap, Shadow really cares about Amy and he put effort into trying to get her a nice birthday present, even if he didn’t succeed. Not only that, but he had also agreed to come to Amy’s birthday party (dressed as a Starbucks Barista; yeah, we all know the joke) and even helped out Knuckles and Vector with the arcade game they had trouble figuring out (also signing his high score with “Ultim”).
Now tell me, with the way he had been written in the Sonic IDW comics...
Tumblr media
...and the whole SEGA mandates thing going on, do you really think Shadow would act like that? Honestly, I don’t think so, which makes me believe that, even if it’s for a spin-off game, maybe they’re finally loosening up on Shadow’s character. Evan Stanley did mention that they want Shadow to be written more closer to his game counterpart and if they’re fine with him being characterized as he is in this spin-off game, then I’m all for it!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also, seeing Shadow being flustered over being invited to the concert is frigging adorable... and maybe a reference to the Twitter Takeover? I mean, both are apparently Taylor Swift fans. Oh, and speaking of references:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I rest my case. I also had to screenshot this because... com’n!
Tumblr media
I said it once and I’m saying it again, Shadow is so cute in this game!
Anyways, Shadow tags along with Tails, Amy and Barry to the Conductor Car, where they solve the mystery, calling everyone to hear what happened, but when they go to get Sonic, they realize that something is wrong.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
When Sonic doesn’t respond, Shadow and Espio are the first to jump in to help him. Once again, this is the kind of writing I really wanted to see when it comes to Shadow’s character. He really cares about his friends.
Speaking of friends...
Tumblr media
Yeah... I wouldn’t want to be Amy’s target when she’s in this kind of mood.
Tumblr media
Speaking of target, it looks like Espio isn’t the only one who’s about to commit “murder”. Yes, spoilers for those who hadn’t played the game, Espio was the one who “murdered” Sonic, albeit by using a blowdart and drugging him. However, there is a twist to this mystery.
Tumblr media
Yeah, as it turns out, not only is the train a Badnik, but everyone is en route to be delivered to Dr. Eggman.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Honestly, this is getting rather creepy, especially with the train holding everyone hostage like this.
Tumblr media
The train then locks everything up, throwing Sonic and Barry into the Dining Car, with Eggman calling in and explaining this was all part of his plan. He promised that he would reward any Badnik who could deliver him Sonic and his friends, and the train Badnik took it upon itself to fulfill that.
Okay, can we just talk for a moment how Eggman has managed to make a train Badnik without anyone noticing? This is disturbing.
After Eggman turns the call off, Barry starts blaming himself for not telling anyone how he noticed that Sonic was genuinely injured, because if he did, this whole story could’ve been avoided.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sonic cheers him up, pointing out how it is easy to question the decisions that got you to the end of a road, but you should let those negative thoughts pass and keep living. Honestly, it’s the kind of advice everyone needs.
He and Barry then blast through each train car, eventually reaching the Badnik and the conductor.
Tumblr media
The train Badnik then reveals how it just wanted to be forever friends with the conductor and was enraged when it realized that the conductor “abandoned” it, so it decided to deliver Sonic and co. to Eggman to get its reward - being forever together with the conductor.
Damn, this game makes me actually feel bad for a train.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sonic has none of it, calling the train selfish for doing this at the expense of everyone, and with the help of his friends, he manages to hit the train, allowing for Espio to grab the Flicky and Amy to smash the train.
Tumblr media
Once things calm down and everyone’s outside the train, Sonic reveals the cake he had bought, with everyone wishing Amy Happy Birthday.
Tumblr media
As for Eggman, he figures out that his plans have been foiled once again, but more importantly - SAGE CAMEO!!! And she and Metal Sonic are wearing “Let’s Go Dad!” T-shirts, that’s so adorable! (I suppose this also means this story takes place after Sonic Frontiers.)
So, yeah, this was The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog, and it’s amazing! My only complaint here is that Silver is missing, but otherwise, I love it. Like I said before, we really need more games where we get to interact with Sonic’s friends.

Note
It was horrible enough what they did to The Queen but then the interview with Oprah just after PP died and then HMTLQs death and how they again made it about them and then accidently on purpose exposing Kate and Charles as the "royal racist" its Al so incredibly viscious and for what? A merch cheque? I'll never understand why she went out of her way to break up and bully a family who did everything they could and more to make her feel welcome.
There's a recent rumor/leak that MM enjoys the negative publicity as much as the positive. That she actually likes the comparison to Wallis Simpson. Being notorious still gets your name in the history books. She probably leans into the villainess characterizations, like the first pap pic of her smiling in the car after the health issues of two of her in-laws. Don't know if it's true, but it makes a lot of sense because it kind of follows the projection stuff.
So what from I have read and come to understand is she has a Google alert set on her phone for when any article about her, or mentions her, is published.
It is said on their AUS 2018 tour that she and Harry were constantly on their phones reading not only the articles, but all of the comments about them.
I think this is why they went after Daily Mail so much. DM comment section was brutal towards her. I think their goal was to try and get the comment section filtered for only good comments.
As for her liking even the bad press, I can see that to an extent because it does get her name in the press and if the article is disparaging enough she can issue a denial or threaten the publisher with a letter from her attorney, which will then garnish another letter.
With the Wallis comparison, yeah I am not sure about this.
Meghan's goal was to be Diana 2.0, not another Wallis, who basically died forgotten and broke.

Prettier When You're Mine
Andrew Barber x Reader
Summary: One year into working with a young, bright and beautiful junior prosecutor, Y/n, who bears an almost uncanny resemblance to Andy’s late wife, Laurie, he finds himself developing feelings for her. Though, when she brushes off his advances, Andy proves that he’ll do whatever it takes to recreate his family. Disclaimer: 18+ This work contains dark themes, including stalking, dub-con, infidelity and manipulation. Read at your own discretion. Masterlist Playlist Chapter 2
Chapter 3
A revelation from Y/n forces Andy to put another plan into action. Warnings- Possessive behavior, violence, stalking, references to SMUT.
One month later  Having been a loner all his life, Andy had never been the type to grab drinks with colleagues after work. He even skipped office holiday parties and only ever interacted with coworkers on a larger scale during meetings. As long as the event didn't have any direct relation to work, he'd be more inclined to spent the evening in the comfort of his home, where the liquor was free and the burden of socializing was resting on his tired shoulders. But that night was different.
That night, Andy didn’t care about the huge case that their office had just won, or the serial home invader that would be facing a the harshest sentence possible by the end of the weekend, all he cared about was the conversation he’d overheard in the elevator about who was going to be at the office's casual celebration at pub that night
Y/n.
She hadn’t told him she’d be there and Andy had certainly not been invited- he was still facing a brutal shunning from everyone that still believed his son was a murderer, and the ones that said that Jacob must have gotten it from somewhere. Nonetheless, Andy had never been one to let the whispers from the shadows propel him into a cowering stance, and he certainly wasn’t going to let a few odd stares stop him from spending some time with Y/n.
More and more, he was beginning to believe that she was his second chance; she didn’t treat him the way everyone else did. To her, he wasn’t the father of a murderer, or an outcast that the powers at be had only kept around for his stellar conviction rate- like a rabid fight dog too useful to be put down. She didn’t flinch when they stood in the elevator together- she got into his car. She didn’t whisper to her friends when he walked by- Andy could tell that she saw him as more than anything the papers had made him- and his family- out to be.
In that way, she was not like Laurie.
Laurie, who was stunning, intelligent and empathic; Laurie, who weak and had let herself be so poisoned against their own son that she’d killed them both.
Murder-Suicide, that's what they'd called the accident and part of him hated her for it. But all of him still loved her.
But that night wasn’t about Laurie and her fatal flaws, it was about his future. The woman across the room, standing at a tall, round table with a group of, all laughing widely and nursing the kind of drinks that would give someone his age a hangover for a week. From where he was standing, it was easy to recognize most of her friends, most- except for one. A couple attorneys that had arrived at the office when she had, a legal clerk, a researcher a littler older than the rest of them. He knew them all from work, all except the man standing at her left, arm thoughtlessly slung around her shoulders. Andy was sure that he’d never seen him around.
“Bold of you to show up.”
Rolling his eyes, Andy huffed, irritated that he was being forced into splitting his attention. “Fuck off Neal.”
Neal chuckled dryly, “I’m just saying,” through his periphery, Andy noted the masked venom that was being cast his way, “Its one thing to get your job back, its another to come here and act like you’re still wanted.”
“What the hell is your problem, huh?” Finally granting him the fury he’d intended to provoke, Andy glared at Neal, “Still twisted up about me getting that job that you thought you deserved? Newsflash, you’re only good because I made you good.”
“And the great Andy Barber can never let me live that down,” he huffed a chortle, rolling his eyes, “It was your job to teach me. Just like its your job to teach her,” Neal nudged towards Y/n, “What are you gonna do, try to screw her over too?”
As a fit of blind rage rushed through his veins, like a lit match on a line of kerosene, Andy slammed his glass down on the worn bar behind him and lunged for Neal’s collar, grabbing the lapels harshly.
How dare that asshole assume he'd ever hurt Y/n?
“I didn’t screw you over, you jealous son of a bitch,” he gritted through a clenched jaw, shoving his further down so Neal's back was bent awkwardly, the back of his head was almost touch the bar and his beer had fallen over, glass shattering noisily and liquor spilling at their feel. “You screwed me over.”
Neal’s hands were gripping his wrists tightly and while there was evident fear in his eyes, it was clear he’d gotten the reaction he’d been seeking. And he would have gotten more if it wasn’t for a hand flattened urgently on the back of his shoulder, jerking him back to his senses. “Andy,” she sounded far away at first, but by the second time Y/n had called out to him, it was like emerging from the bottom of a pool; suddenly everything was clear again. “Come on,” she encouraged and as he let Neal’s collar go, he chanced a look around and found that half the pub’s attention was on him.
“Two beers,” he heard Y/n tell the bartender as his breathing evened, and in the background, Andy also caught Neal mumbling something about how he’d always been a hot head, a comment wasn't entirely untrue, but didn't do much for his bruised ego and simmering anger either. “Let’s go outside,” Y/n suggested when she got the pair of amber tinted bottles.
As they stepped through the front entrance of the quaint establishment, Y/n offered him one of the drinks, “Its not craft, but it’ll do the job,” she joked.
“Thanks,” Andy took a swing of the beer, wincing appreciatively. He rarely drank cheap beer, but every time he did, he was reminded that it actually wasn’t as bad as he remembered. “Not just for this,” he gestured with the bottle, “But for back there too.” Much too ashamed of his behavior he didn’t dare look at Y/n; he didn't want her to think that everything everyone was saying was true. That he was angry and volatile. That he had a chip on his shoulder.
That he was nothing more than the son of a cold blood killer who’d managed to pass on a few of those bad genes.
Y/n shrugged, “Its no problem. I noticed things getting heated and didn’t want you to make a decision you’d regret.”
“I’ve made a lot of decisions I regret,” he courted gruffly, still avoiding looking at her directly. Though, when a few seconds of awkward silence befell them, he added, in a far softer tone, “But I’m grateful that you didn’t let me add one more to the list.”
She nodded subtly, “For what its worth, Neal’s a piece of work, so he probably deserved it.”
She's still on his side, the realization made Andy smile.
“You mean a complete jackass,” he corrected and she chuckled softly.
“I do,” she glanced at him, smile still lingering.
Briefly, his face fell, and Andy glanced down at the damp sidewalk, “Yeah well,” he took a swing of the bottle, “Whatever he is…..I’m a hundred times worse.”
Reaching out, she laid a hand on his bicep and Andy’s breath caught. “No,” as he raised his head, their eyes met, the dimness of dusk only hampering his ability to match her gaze slightly. “You’re not. Andy, you’re not defined by any….of that,” she exhaled shakily, “Look, I don’t know your life, not really. But I know what I see in front of me; a good man.”
“A broken man,” he argued husky, not even wanting to admit it but trusting her enough to do it anyway.
She frowned, “He’s trying,” she elicited softly, giving his arm a squeeze. Turning completely to face her, Andy took a step closer, leaving only about five inches between them. She must have been about a foot shorter than he was and he found that he liked how small she was in comparison.
He could protect her;
Command her.
Y/n’s delicate hand slid down his firm, bulging bicep to his forearm, lingering there while his arms stayed limp. He wanted to reach out and touch her, but she’d pushed him away more than once and and he was too scared to take the risk again.
“How do you know?” He knitted his brows, using the light of the street lamp nearby to aid in searching her eyes. He wasn’t sure what he was looking for, but Andy thought he’d know when he found it.
Y/n flashed him a faint, wistful smile, “I just do.”
He was going to lean down, just kiss her like he'd wanted to for so long, but something in the back of Andy’s mind- perhaps the guilt that came with the fact that he still wore his wedding ring- made him hesitate.
Suddenly, she wasn't Laurie's understudy anymore; she was another person. One who was so absolutely remarkable that it made him feel like he didn't deserve her. She was too beautiful, too good.
But he wanted to deserve her- he needed to.
Laurie's space needed filling.
“Hey,” an unfamiliar baritone interrupted their moment as a figure he’d seen for the first time that night stepped out of the pub. A tall, lanky frame with broad shoulders and a shock of tousled, dark hair.
Upon seeing him in the doorway, Y/n immediately pulled away, though not in a fashion that suggested the action was born from guilt. Instead, it was so she could reach for him in what seemed to be an instinctive fashion. “James,” she grinned widely- wider than she ever had with him- and as the man fell into step beside her, his arm went around her waist, “This is my boss Andy.”
James offered his hand, which Andy reluctantly took, though only to keep up a polite appearance, “Andy, this is my fiancé, James.”
Fiancé?
What?
Stuttering, Andy cleared his throat and as he shook James’ hand, he searched for Y/n’s, only to realize that she’d placed it on the man’s back. She never wore a ring though, he would remember that. He was certain that he would remember. “Fiancé, huh,” their shake ended firmly and James slipped his hand into the pocket of his slacks, “I didn’t know.”
“Its the no ring, right?” Right, because what kind of engaged woman didn't wear a fucking ring? James laughed, glancing over at Y/n who was still beaming proudly, “I told you people would notice,” he teased.
“So what?” She giggled, finally turning her face back to address Andy, “We sent his mother’s ring to be resized and then the bridge broke.”
“I wanted to get her something temporary,” James chimed in, still gazing down lovingly at his betrothed.
“But I thought the money would be put to better use as part of a down payment for a house.”
“Cause she’s the smart one,” James joked leaning down to peck the side of Y/n’s head, and as the pair- couple- carried on with their lighthearted banter, Andy could feel himself sinking deep into a potent combination of jealously, rage and heartbreak.
After a few minutes, it was almost as if they'd forgotten that he was there, preferring to keep each other occupied in easy conversation. It didn’t matter though, in a way, Andy had already left. He was too consumed by the uproar inside, the collection of feelings that he had just realized came complete with a neat little term; betrayal. Y/n had betrayed him; led him on, introduced him to this silly little fantasy that she could save him from his demons, made him fall for her, only to pull the rug out from under his feet at the very last second.
What kind of person doesn’t mention that they’re engaged?
Their words, coupled with the environmental noises surrounding them faded away, ushering in the distinct sound of water in his ears. Andy felt like he couldn’t breathe and the crushing feeling of losing something special was like a sucker punch to the gut.
He couldn’t believe she would do that to him. He couldn’t believe he trusted her, after everything he’d put into her.
They’d worked together for a year, shared countless little moments. She’d been so outright with her flirtations; the way she’d touch his hand and let him take hers, their lingering hugs after he’d walk her out the building before heading to his car, that coy smile she’d flash him when he helped her into her coat and the way she bit her lower lip while he spoke.
She loved him, she had to. Andy could see it in her eyes.
It was so obvious, she was such a fucking tease.
With a mumbled excuse, Andy left, though it wasn't to head back into the bar. Turning away, he trudged down the sidewalk, fist clenched around the neck of the half empty bottle and jaw taunt with fury. With one hand slipped into his pocket, he dragged himself towards his car, parked at the end of the block, and as he did, one though rose above the ashes in his mind;
He was going to get his wife back, and nothing was going to stand in his way.
Tumblr media
Two weeks later “I would invite you up, but its so late.”
“.......I know what I see in front of me; a good man.”
“This is my fiancé, James.”
As his head rose the waters above the water’s surface, he drew in a deep breath and tugged his swimming goggles off, dumping them on the ledge of the pool. Still breathing heavily, Andy folded his arms on the rough surface, lingering in the barren pool for a while longer. His swim was supposed to clear his head, giving something else to focus on for a while, but all it had done was given him an opportunity to ruminate on Y/n’s words.
“Fuck,” he muttered, pressing his forehead to his arm as his breathing slowly evened. It was like he couldn’t escape her, the lies she told him, the way she made him feel before dropping that bomb on him.
How could she be engaged?
What did James have that he didn’t?
Licking his chlorine stained lips, Andy pulled himself out of the pool. Collecting his goggles off the ground, he strutted over to a bench, where he’d left his towel earlier, slinging it around his neck before heading over to the locker room. It was still early, so with the exception of a couple janitors and security guards, the place was empty and because it was a weekday, it would be for another couple hours- not many went swimming at five am on Wednesday mornings. He preferred when it was like that; hollow enough for even the softest echos to remain unhampered but more importantly private. That hour in the pool, with his head under the water and only the sound of practiced strokes filling his ear, was his and Andy wasn't particularly fond of sharing.
Stepping into the shower, Andy turned on the hot water, the warmth raining down on his back a stark contrast to the bone deep chill that the unheated pool had carried. For a moment, he leaned forward, flattening his palms against the white, tiled wall. As the spray beat down on him, reddening his skin, Andy cast his head down and let his eyes slide shut.
He wasn’t sure how long he stayed like that, it must have been a while because eventually, the sound and sting of the water helped him empty his mind. He could have likened the sensation of falling asleep; slow and then all at once, and for the first time in a while, he was at peace. He wasn't angry at Laurie, Y/n or the world by extension, he wasn’t hurt that she’d led him on. He was just breathing; in, out, in, out…..
The subtle patter of footfalls in the water was so soft that Andy was almost positive that it was just something his mind had conjured up, but then, the pair of hands settling on his waist and slipping forward to lock in front of his stomach was not. He could feel the warmth- more gentle than that of the water- behind him. Soft breasts pressed to the center of his back and soft skin flush against his.
In.
“What are you doing in here?” He rasped, swallowing thickly.
Her lips on his spine electrified his nerve. “What do you think I’m doing here?” He could feel her breath on his skin, and the rhythmic beat of her heart was slower than the erratic pace of his.
“I don’t understand,” Andy managed despite his mouthing excitement, “How’d you know I’d be here?”
Y/n chuckled, the sound quiet and sultry, “You ask so many questions,” she taunted, kissing his back again, “I know everything about you, Andy.”
Flattered, he huffed. Removing one of his hands from the wall, he reached past himself for her thigh, pads of his fingers pressing into her flesh. “What about James?” He peered as one of Y/n’s hands crept down the toned plane of his stomach, inching towards his crotch.
“Stop talking,” she breathed, circling her lithe fingers around his semi-hard shaft, “Just enjoy the moment.”
She hadn’t started pumping yet, and desperate to lay his hungry gaze on her, Andy’s eyes snapped open and he turned around hastily. “What the fuck,” he elicited in a harsh breath upon discovering that Y/n was gone- or perhaps more accurately, had never been there. “Shit,” he hissed, swallowing thickly and running his hands through his soaked hair. Andy didn’t think his imagination had ever been that vivid, not even when he was an embarrassingly hormonal teenager that kept a stash of magazines tucked away under his bed.
Frustrated with himself, and a little embarrassed, Andy switched to cold water and finished up his shower, eager to get out as quickly as possible. When he was through, he wrapped his towel around his waist, collected his things and hurried towards his locker, eager to get dressed and get out;
He needed to do something about his…dilemma before it drove him to insanity.
Hurriedly, he dried off, pulled on a clean, dry pair of boxers and then pants. He was just reaching into his gym bag for his dress shirt when, before he could lay his hand on it upon reaching into his bag, his phone went off and realizing that he hadn’t checked it since dumping it into his bag about two hours earlier, Andy snatched it up.
Unlocking the screen, he ignored all of the other notifications- most of them work related- in favor of an email from an ordinarily unassuming address. One of the gray area detectives at the local precinct, the sleazy kind that was willing to use his connections at a cost.
It paid to have people in the right places, and sometimes, if you paid those people life was a little easier.
Tapping the notification, he opened the email and because there wasn’t any body text, he went straight into the attached file. At first, most of its contents were made of of things he’d been able to find out on his own;
A NYU educated software engineer from Washington. Came from good parents, a teacher and a dental hygienist and he had a sister who was a yoga instructor. He and Y/n had met at grad school and they’d been engaged as of three months ago.
A few screen capped social media posts that Andy had already skimmed though an account he’d made specifically for the purpose were included and there were also copies of academic certificates that  he had absolutely no interest in. Andy was about to count his three grand as wasted, there didn’t seem to be anything that he could weaponize to get Y/n away from James in there. The man was the squeaky clean poster child for the kind of guy every parent wanted for their daughter. Just as he was about to close the file though, he managed to scroll far enough to discover something that would have never been able to get on his own, at least not without using more…..legitimate and traceable channels.
Temporarily forgetting his former task of getting dressed, Andy sank down next to his bag on the long bench that populated the area between the rows of lockers. Gnawing on his lower lip, with one elbow pressed into his thigh as he leaned forward, he allowed himself a little more than just a quick scan of the pages and as he did, the first inklings of a silly little idea bloomed in his mind;
Maybe it wasn’t about what James had that he didn’t; maybe it was about what he could give Y/n that James couldn’t.

Boboiboy: So Ali how come you don't use I.R.I.S. anymore?
Ali, sheepish: Well *proceeds to explain the VERY traumatising events of Ejen Ali The Movie: Misi Nero*
Ali: And then I kinda saw my mom -
Bbb, horrified *hysterical whisper shouting*: Oh my god do I call Malaysian CPS, should I call Malaysian CPS?!
Yaya, Ying, Gopal, Fang, horrified as well and maybe going into medical shock: YES, YOU SHOULD!
Bbb: Should I call my MOM!!?
Ali, who seriously believes that M.A.T.A won't stand a chance against the righteous rage of Karin Hannah binti Muhammad Hussain AKA Most Terrifying Attorney In South East Asea AKA Auntie Kar: Wait abang, just take a deep breath and -
Bbb: STOP. DOES YOUR DAD KNOW YOUR MOM DIED LIKE THAT?! MY PARENTS TOLD ME SHE DIED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. DOES YOUR DAD KNOW ANYTHING????!!!?
Ali, desperately trying to stop a civil war between his family and M.A.T.A: NO, but please don't tell them. Have mercy abang M.A.T.A won't survive them!
BBB, scared, shocked and angry: I don't want them to survive!
Bbb: *Starts screaming in Koncho*
Ali: *Tries to calm BBB in Koncho.
Meanwhile the young agents are kinda watching the ordeal like Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Alicia wonders if her father will loose his job because of this.
Meanwhile the Mentor -Bakar, because Bbb makes a good point. Know who Auntie Karin is and are preparing to be sued.
What do you think?
*laughing my ass off*
Bbb bouta get M.A.T.A shut down XD
But his reaction is reasonable, M.A.T.A is dead fr
I imagine the M.A.T.A agents didn't know who bbb's mom(is the name you mentioned her canon name or am i missing something? Sorry) was so they got confused then Uncle Bakar later came in and quietly explained to them who she was(god I'm dying from laughter rereading this conversation)
Edit: bbb's friends also likely don't know who his mom is(cuz i've never seen him talk about his mom in the series that much) so imagine their surprise when they find out who his mom is
