Personally, when I have days where I can’t even move around without causing myself excruciating pain, it can be really hard to feel spiritual/magickal, let alone keep up with my usual daily practices. There are a few things I’ve found that help me out on those days, so I thought I’d share them here! 

First one’s obvious, but you can always ask your deities, angels, and guides for healing and strength! Even if it’s just a small, silent prayer, they will come to your aid and help you in your recovery.

If I don’t have the energy for my usual morning meditation, I’ll use a guided meditation from YouTube instead. I find it easier to focus if I have someone else guiding me. Grounding/centering meditations can be especially helpful for bad days, or you could use one specifically for healing.

If you’re into energy healing, you can find distance Reiki sessions on YouTube. I looooove these kinds of videos, and you can find them for just about any intention. (Right now I really like the channel “The Lune INNATE” -- she’s a certified Reiki master who combines ASMR with energy healing and her videos are super relaxing.) 

You can totally read tarot cards, runes, or your favorite divination tool in bed, but if you’re not up to that you can use an online virtual tarot deck like this one.
