People tend to give a lot of importance to their astrological sign, but we all know that what really matters is WHICH ONE of the Jellicle Cats you identify with the most 😌

→ "Henry Butash On The Making Of The Atlantic City Story With Broadway Stars Mike Faist And Jessica Hecht"
“I think where Mike’s so great is just, even when he’s not delivering dialogue, he’s just giving such a strong performance with his looks. You can always feel him thinking when you look at him—you can see him thinking. Which is sort of the mark of really good film acting, at least.”

everybody meet THE FATES
Bella Lupia Brown as Fate 1
Madeline Charlemagne as Fate 2
Allie Daniel as Fate 3
agh i’m so glad i got this done before cast change!! it took around 9 hours! it’s been such a joy to watch these 3 together (and not together) over the past year. i feel so parasocial-ly proud watching them with the OBC, absolutely killing it and i’m so glad to have that little slice of familiarity (and iconic-ness) alongside all new/old leads!
before i saw the show, i never really realised how big a part the fates were of the production and music, so they felt like entire to new characters to me. i’ll never forget allie, madeline and bella as the first 3 i ever saw! it’s been so bittersweet knowing madeline and bella will be leaving with the majority of the cast shortly, but i hope they’re all making the most of it and enjoying, what must be a really exhausting job, as much as possible! i am absolutely DYING to see allie’s hermes too but for now, i’m so glad their performances as the fates together will be captured by the proshot forever! 💜
i hope i can give them the prints i have of these next time i go! and i honestly just love that first moment when they’re introduced so much, my hands get sore from clapping haha!

Jonathan Bailey in Richard II (x)
Down, down I come, like glist’ring Phaëton, Wanting the manage of unruly jades. In the base court—base court, where kings grow base, To come at traitors’ calls and do them grace. In the base court come down—down court, down king, For nightowls shriek where mounting larks should sing.

PORTRAIT WEEK
We saw David Tennant's Macbeth performance on West End with my best friend last November. The show was absolutely brilliant and we were 1,5 m from my favourite actor!!! <3 Those awesome sound effects gave me the idea for this portrait.

Amber Gray as Persephone, Hadestown West End 2025: @callmelasagna’s master

"For a limited five-week season, the show’s original Broadway leads – André de Shields (Hermes), Eva Noblezada (Eurydice), Reeve Carney (Orpheus), Amber Gray (Persephone) and Patrick Page (Hades) – will return to the production...Further casting is to be revealed."
With Eureka Day extending, this leaves Amber Gray with a very narrow window between shows, and as this West End Hadestown stint cuts into the planned Eureka Day transfer to the Kennedy Center in March, it is unlikely she will stay with the latter production.
