— i think most people see me as kind because that’s what i continue to foster inside myself and all that i do, it’s really important to me. i also think many people see me as weak because of this, or very sensitive at least, they take my kindness as a flaw and not a strength. i think people see me as compassionate as well which is great but i also realized that some people don’t understand what compassion is and get surprised later when i have good, solid boundaries because they think compassion means forgiveness. i also think people view me as annoying sometimes because i tend to be loud and childlike about things but that being said i know some people view that as endearing and interesting.

Oh, ‘sup Rachel! Fun fact: I only saw a small preview of the ask and immediately started thinking “is it from someone I know?”, for a while I looked around and even came to the conclusion it probably wasn’t... then I read the baguette bit, lol.

1. Yes, I did make some nice baguettes haha. I kinda did the best with what I had in the house (as always, I aim to use everything we have first, instead of just throwing out stuff), so I don’t know if I did it well enough, but at least saved us a trip to the bakery, so we stayed safe for another day. (#CovidMood)

2. I’m a pretty (could leave it there, lol) resourceful guy - not just for baking baguettes, mind you, but for most stuff I get tasked to do. I may ask for guidance when it’s something I really can’t figure out, but most of the time I pull all my knowledge and technique and figure it out on my own. I know I can do it and do it well, so there’s no excuse for me (I’ll share a small secret with you though: I can’t do math for shit, it’s my biggest nightmare haha shh.)

3. It might sound random, but I can appreciate the value in doing things on my own that make me happy. This is mostly because I was discussing a lot about relationships that rely too much on the “we” side of activities, to the detriment of individual space and happiness. I’ve seen many couples completely falling apart this year because of that, and it got me chatting and reflecting with my best friend on how valuable is to be at peace with yourself first and foremost. It’s easier said than done, I’m plenty aware of that, but it’s something I’m constantly trying to improve on, especially after coming from a couple of very depressing months.

4. I guess my imagination is w i l d. I’m a big advocate for those late night chats that end up being like a trip around the whole universe, and even here you can find a reblog train or two that got wild very quickly. I can’t show any chats that may have sparked some of my best fanfic posts, but hey, I’m prety proud of my Master Emerald Travel Advisor idea (I’ll do another one soon, I wanted it to be a regular series, haha. I already started working on the next one, welp, my imagination shifted into overdrive today.)

5. I do consider myself a fun guy. I mean, last time I said I always carry my favorite pop culture references, but I do dumb shit that ends up making everyone either laugh or cringe a lot all the time.
