To be perfectly fair Wenclair started getting a fandom all because of this clip in the very first teaser(which came out exactly a year ago whoa)

We didn't know anything about Enid or her relationship with Wednesday or she'd even get a decent amount of screentime but we all went "They should be girlfriends"

We were all pleasantly surprised too when the show aired and realized dang we may not be completely delusional

So I was able to watch the RWBY Volume 9 epilogue shown at this year RTX, they weren't able to make it for V9 because production stuff happened and it will probably be shown in V10 with some changes according to how V9 actually changed.

First I'd like to say that (SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT) this epilogue is everything ♥ The message of hope and kindness is just there, it's fully there and I'm just so happy to see it on screen. Winter feeling guilty for everyone's death and Penny's death, Qrow being optimistic and changing his perspective, the Schnees helping how they can, the end with the memorial and the reunion..... I just can't I'm freaking crying sdfgdfgf

Just, please be kind, even if life is shitty and complex, kindness is everything and so precious, kindness and love are just so special and I hope everyone can be inspired by that. RWBY might not be perfect, there are a lot of things that could be done in a better way, but I still love this show and story for how much it grows and changes and evolves with the people who're making it and the community watching it.

Also, of course I have to add my little not so delusional Penny moment for this krkrk--

In the epilogue, Winter mentions Penny twice, when she says it should have been her to die, not team RWBY, Jaune, Penny and everyone else. She's feeling guilty she got to survive when Penny's (and team RWBY) the one who believed in people and had hope. Winter mentions Penny again right after by saying "Because of me, Penny's gone, forever", IS IT JUST ME or is that kinda odd there's so much insistence around Penny's death since V9 and again like that ?

I wrote whole threads about it already for why I can see her coming back, but stuff just keep piling up and I might starting to just be sure she'll come back later. Most of the time, when a character is mentioned to be "gone, forever", it just feels like it's strange and this might not be the case. Especially after what we learned in Volume 9, I just think there's something cooking but I'M NOT CRWBY I CAN'T BE SURE BUT THERE'S SOMETHING I CAN FEEL IT----

I talked about it with the friend who made me discover RWBY tonight btw, they haven't even seen V9 yet (only 2 chapters that we started together) but they also think that scenaristically it can totally make sense and they can see Penny coming back, the 3rd time finally being the good time and for it to be permanent and confirmed. And I agree, in a larger view I just think that it is logical, the whole thing about Penny is that everything feels odd and weird and strange and ANYWAY it feels like they're really cooking something

But yeah this "Penny's gone, forever", it's just so strange omg. I know that Winter is feeling guilty, but you know, it's still something they REALLY insist on and they make the viewer know about that, almost as if they wanted to say "SEE, that's what everyone think, everyone think she's gone forever but SURPRISE NOPE SHE'S NOT-"--

ANYWAY I'll stop rambling, I love RWBY omg. I love Ruby and Penny for their hope and kindness, for the perfect ship vibes they share together, I just need them to be reunited whoooaaAAAAH

You got it together, King! Mu Sheng I shouldn't have doubted you babes 🥹🥹🥹😭. A (major) lapse of judgement can't keep you down!

My poor Yao. I knew she was gonna do some suicide mission stuff and try to cut off everyone so it would hurt less. Oh my poor girl.

Fuyi telling her about his master took me by surprise. I didn't think he'd bite the bullet like this, but I'm glad we aren't drawing it out at the same time. That's one of the facets of betrayal that won't happen now, and I love it. Good for him.

Shout out to Mu Sheng and Fuyi for drinking together. I want them to be friends so bad. The look Ziqi gave Miaomiao when she found him at the tavern and he woke up was so unbearably fond and lovestruck I rewound it 3 times!

I feel so sad. Everything sucks. They're all parting ways and poor Cuicui is being left on his lonesome and that stupid wooden bracelet is pissing me off.

Plus Things are just getting worse for this marriage. Nothing is stopping this train from running off the track and I hate it bc poor Ruoshi is gonna be heart broken

I really like Fuyi in this episode and I lovw how he's handling this Princess situation. She may be delusional but she still a young woman in love and I love how he's treating her with respect and care.

Hearing Fuyi say that Yao is the love of his life literally made me squeal, I wanted to explode. I swear I wasn't talking shit, I do enjoy Fuyi and Yao's relationship they weren't given much to do but now they're given everything g to do and I can't control myself. I love them.

I loved hearing his story of how he fell in love with her. It's about vulnerability ppl! She is an absolute badass but she is still also a young woman with so much on her plate, that kind of strength of character so so amazing and I don't blame Fuyi one bit for loving her. She's great

I was right about Ruoshi this shit hurts. Like he's so unserious and cries like a baby, which is hilarious, but oh I feel so bad for him poor thing.

When that bracelet came off I was like "the first thing she's gonna say is ziqi lol" AND THEN SHE DID IT, I SCREAMED

Seeing Miaomiao run in that wedding dress was so pretty omg 😲. What a moment. And that leading to her seeing the grand gesture that Ziqi made for her days ago literally made me gasp like hand to mouth gasp. I wanted to cry 😢😢😢

This is genuinely the best episode of a drama ever. Dynamic, Groundbreaking, Never Before Seen, Brought actual tears to my eyes.

Seeing the band comeback together after Yao basically says "Aye Yo I'm about to doe but peace to all my homies" made me want to cry again

They have some ACTORS in the building, okay? Give the casting director and award bc Everyone brought their A-Game and acted fabulously against each other

PS Oh snap i forgot in all my happiness that apparently Ziqi was an attempted murderer as a child. That's crazy 🤪

PPS Don't think I didn't notice how shit started hitting the fan when Miaomiao wasn't there to regulate the situation. She wasn't there to help Yao talk through her problems or give advice, therefore potentially helping her with Fuyi and she wasn't there to accept Mu Shengs confession.

Kurt gasped as he was shoved up against the greenroom wall.  He and Blaine were scheduled to be called to set for their segment at any minute.

And they both knew Jimmy Fallon was not a patient man.

“Admit it.  My cookbook deal was better than yours.” Blaine murmured as his lips grazed that sensitive area just behind Kurt’s left ear. 

Kurt tried to stifle a moan as he felt teeth graze his skin.  Somehow, Blaine’s was all over him, and as much as Kurt despised the other well-known chef, he didn’t want it to stop.  It felt like his skin was on fire.

“Never,” Kurt gasped as he felt Blaine hard against his thigh.

“And my restaurant opening far surpassed yours with numbers in its first week.” Blaine punctuated that last statement with a roll of his hips.

“You’re delusional.”  Kurt bit his lips as he fought hard not to cry out as his traitor hips began to thrust against Blaine of their own accord.

“I’m right.  I’m always right, sweetheart.  So just admit it.” Blaine pulled back to look at Kurt, his eyes dark with want and an insufferable smirk plastered on his face.  Kurt both wanted to slap and kiss it senselessly off at the same time.  “Admit it,” Blaine told him as his hands wound around Kurt's body to squeeze his ass.

“I think I would rather eat expired spam.” Kurt growled between gritted teeth.

“You wound me and all my Filipino and Hawaiian relatives.” The insufferable smirk turned quickly into a playful pout.

 And fuck it, Kurt wanted to kiss that off Blaine’s face as well.

OK - in case there are folks who weren't sure - so what we had above was Kurt and Blaine - two rival celebrity chefs, finally letting all their animosity out in the greenroom of The Tonight Show ( US talk show ).

And now I think it would be fun writing more of this - 😂

first of all, yes, i am utterly delusional

but

if fyodor dies now, then he wasn't really a well-written character. i mean, come on guys, we literally knew nothing about him, except that he's very very evil. if he really did die, then he had no actual purpose other than being the villain. bsd is way too complex to just have such a shallow antagonist.

so here are the reasons why i think he's alive or he'll have an important role in the future:

- what's up with the V thing? we still don't know what's going on with that. what happened to it? how is this organization even connected to him?

- what's up with nikolai? he doesn't really have a purpose anymore, but he's still alive. what is he going to do now? it's pretty obvious that he's still conflicted and not really happy with the results of these events, and he's still not freed from his emotions. is he going turn on the ada or dazai? is he going to try to find a new cage of a purpose?

- his death was so anticlimactic and he had no character development. we knew nothing about him and his "goals" weren't very well-defined. he probably wouldn't have a redemption arc anyway, but he had so much potential to be a really interesting character. for example how did he get to his theological conclusions? why was he such a control freak?

- he was incredibly intelligent, but for what then? i feel like it's very unlikely that the only one who could challenge dazai would be written out of the story so easily.

- what's up with sigma??? he passed out from all the information he got from fyodor. then fyodor can't be THAT simple of a character, on the contrary, he's probably very complex.

- also when someone dies in this story, my immediate thought is always "ok but the book can manipulate reality, it can also bring them back to life"... (sooooo maybe nikolai's new purpose is to bring fyodor back? omg fyolai? probably not, but LET ME BE DELUSIONAL)

but still,,, it's very much possible that he's simply dead and i'm just trying to find a reason why he isn't, because i like him. but then i am very much disappointed

After the After Party - James Hetfield fan fiction (part 1)

Pairing: 90s!James Hetfield × any gender!reader

When your band was asked to open for Metallica on their tour in 1991, you and your band mates were in pure disbelief. The first words out of anyone's mouth was "Omg we're going big time!" which came from your Dummer and best friend Ayden.

You were quite nervous at the thought of opening for such a big and well-known band. It was a hard expectation to live up to, but nonetheless, you were very excited to finally meet the people who got you into Metal in the first place. You were scheduled to meet the Metallica members just a few days before the tour kicked off as they invited you to rehearse with them.

On the day of rehearsal you were already in a stressful panick. Your other band members were taking their sweet time getting ready and you had been ready since the moment you woke up.

"guys seriously hurry up. They are going to think we are assholes if we are late." You ushered them all along.

"Calm down, we'll make it." Stig your Guitarist protested throwing on jeans and a t-shirt. At last, everyone was ready, and you headed off to rehearsal. The members used to tease you constantly about how your celebrity crush has always been James Hetfield, and today was no different. They were relentless, constantly bringing it up in the car, saying you might pass out just at the sight of him. You tried your best to ignore them, but it was the truth. You did have a bit of an obsession for him.

You arrived at rehearsal and were immediately greeted by Kirk at the door.

"Hey guys, I'm so glad you made it." He said, shaking hands one by one. Touching Kirk's hand was enough to get your heart rate spiking. As Kirk showed you into the studio and brought yous down to the rehearsal room, Stig couldn't help but fan girl over everything.

Kirk brought you straight into the rehearsal room, and as you walked into the doorway, your eyes met with James Hetfield.

"Hello guys," he said with his deep, toned voice. He gave you a slight awkward smile, and you smiled back politely. Without another word, you got straight to rehearsal, Metallica watched your band rehearsal first. James surprisingly was following your every move and even backed you up when you corrected Stig's wrong chord play. This just made you fawn more for him. You weren't even dating, and he was already backing up your every argument.

James's eyes were following you, he smiled at your natural confidence and even clapped at the end of every song. He noticed you blushing when you noticed his eyes on you, this just made him more focused on you. You thought you were delusional, you thought to yourself "I'm way too young and not a groupie. I'm imaging things". But you were far from the truth. James took a quick liking to you and it didn't go unnoticed by everyone else.

Mid rehearsal Lars stopped your performance. "I forgot to say. We are having a sort of party tonight to kick off the tour. You guys are more than welcome to come along. I'll get our manager to send your manager the details. " A party with Metallica, the thought of trying to keep up with their drinking already had you calling for a time out. But like the nice kind person you are, you thanked them for the invitation and couldn't wait to attend, especially if James was going to be keeping his eyes on you all night as well.
