#We need a movie

The reason I think Carlisle and Esme work so well in the Twilight films is because Elizabeth Reaser and Peter Facinelli have such genuine care and respect for each other. They're friendship is so obvious it their interviews together that it truly feels like they were ships passing through the night.

The rest of the cast seemed like they just wanted to get through the movies and bring home all the money, but the two most underutilized characters had the most spark between them and they deserved better.

I want their movie! I want E and P the Twilight version. I want long walks in the woods talking shit on Edward's whiney ass. Give me a camping trip where they compete to see who can take down their prey the fastest. I want Esme to vent to her husband about how creepy Edward's kid is... 'we love her, but damn I wish they were better parents.'

Esme and Carlisle/ Elizabeth and Peter deserve better.

In the books, Smeyer gave us little morsels of their affection for each other, but they never even had a conversation.

We seriously need a Bran Mak Morn movie.

Preferably based off the one story he time nabs Kull of Atlantis to lead Nordic mercs alongside his Picts to defeat a Roman legion.

One of the things I loved about The Wild Robot from a writing/world-building perspective was that it was clearly set in a post-apocalyptic world, but the details were very vague, and you don't even know until about an hour in:

"Beautiful shot," you think, and then it hits you that the whales are swimming over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Abandoned, crumbling satellites and a sunken city. And then when we do see the human city, they freak out at the sight of geese:

Animal-derived plague? Global warming? We don't know. We only know that something has happened. But like the general theme, whatever bad has occurred, the natural world is thriving. An unexpected positive from a history of tragedy.

IT WAS ERIC AFTER ALL!!!! I'm so glad we got to meet him (before Vil snaps him away with those Infinity Gauntlets) (can't wait to see what happens when we get the matching Infinity Tiara to go with them, there will be no survivors)

First is Ballister kneeling in front of the Queen, as she says "Congratulations, Sir Boldheart." Cap says, "OK!! Calling it right now! Queen's gonna die & they're gonna think he did it." Glasses says, "You think?" Cap continues, "Yup! Said in the summary that he's accused of a tragedy. They're gonna find her stabbed w/ his sword by the morning. Maybe during a party or smth." The second image shows just the two on the couch, washed in green light from the screen as the Queen dies. They look at the screen in gaping shock, then at each other.

The next screenshot is of Ballister clutching at his shoulder with a grunt of pain. Both people lean forward in focus. Glasses says, "Wait- did he cut off his whole arm-?" Cap says, "No! Nah, he just knocked the sword out of his hand, I think. Maybe his shoulder got hurt & he's holding his arm back?" Glasses says, "Dude I don't think-"

The final screenshot is a continuation of the previous shot, the camera zooming out to show Ballister clutching his shoulder, and his severed arm laying in the foreground. Both characters silently watch the screen in shock. Glasses gasps and covers their mouth with their hand. /end ID]
