Hellou there bud! Whew only 8? That's gonna be a bit tough but I'll manage. :D Okay, I won't rank them but I'll give you a quick description of each of them, cause they are all very good. Okay this is gonna be a long one, be prepared and grab your headphones, let's go!

You See Big Girl /T:T from attack on titan

Ever since I've watched that series I have been hooked by it, and the soundtrack is defenitely one of the main reasons. Since this is a variation of "Vogel im Käfig/Bird in a cage" that is even more dramatic, I really love it!

2. From the depths from Teophany/ Remix of brinstar depths from metroid

The metroid series has one very specific but also very nice soundtrack. And Teophany's remixes are just sooo damn good and epic.

3. Adira's spirit dive from Kena: Bridge of Spirits

The official soundtrack of this game is finally on spotifiy and it's Theophany and Rozens work, one of my favourite OST arrangers. This one is even more epic, if you have played the game. It just conveys the emotions of the scenes so damn good. And hearing 05:20 the first time while watching the cutscene killed me back then.

4. A beautiful Song from Nier Automata

I think I have send you this song as a recommendation in a previous ask but it just slaps so it's earned it's playe here. Combined with the boss fight and the story behind it...man....the feels! Oh also go and look up the live version of it, it is even better! :o

5. Mordremoth from Guild Wars 2

Also a boss battle theme that got stuck in my head end ever since I have found it again, I really felt the need to download GW2 again. Very good memories with this game.

6. Gerudo Valley from The legend of Zelda

Ever since I have played ocarina of time on my 3ds back in 2010...I guess I got sucked into the "the legend of zelda" games. Their soudntrack is what got me playing the piano.

7. Moonquake / Ceadeus from monster hunter 3 ultimate

Epic...just epic. Imagine an underwater boss battle with a gigantic horned Dragon that fires waterlasers at you! The first time my online group got me into that boss arena and the song set in I was frozen from how cool it was. :D

8. Oath to Order from TloZ Majoras Mask but the arrangement of Teophany

Teophany really needs to be included in more game soundtracks! Their arrangements are just so damn atmospheric, epic and emotional....this one has to be one of my favourites even though it is kinda sad. :)

Good Dentists Offer Good Advice And Great Treatment Options

Children are taught about dental care when they are young as the first step towards making them understand that the role that good, healthy teeth play in our lives should never be underestimated or downplayed.

Without healthy teeth a lot can go wrong: firstly, eating may become an issue, even if we talk about chewing only. Good teeth help ensure that food is broken down so that the rest of the processes in the body is off to a good start.

Of course teeth are often the first thing people notice about us when we smile, laugh or speak. Without a good, healthy set of teeth many people often feel intimidated around their peers and other people, and understandably so since we all know that appearance matters to those that we come in contact with. So if your teeth look unattractive, chances are that you may suffer from self-esteem issues. And, of course, teeth in bad condition can lead to various health issues if left for too long.

Unfortunately there are no guarantees in life, also not with regard to dental problems and even severe situations developing. One such issue, if left untreated for too long, refers to gum recession, a problem that occurs when the gums and roots of one’s teeth start to separate, in other words when the gums start to pull away from the roots of one’s teeth. This becomes apparent when a person opens their mouth and the recession is plain for all to see, especially if this was not a problem for the person in the past.

It is important to see the dentist the moment one becomes aware of this issue because, if one waits too long, real damage to the gums and teeth may result as bacteria find their way into the teeth and the tissue surrounding the place where teeth and gums meet, and possibly leading to the loss of a tooth or teeth.  

Recession of the gums is, unlike sudden toothache for example, a condition that develops gradually until one knows it is not natural to see more of one’s teeth and less of one’s gums than before. It is often accompanied by teeth sensitivity, which may be a first sign of this problem.

See a dentist immediately to ensure he/she comes up with the appropriate treatment so that it does not lead to more serious issues such as advanced gum problems which may manifest itself as ongoing, extended inflammation of the area where teeth and gums meet, or even bone demineralisation: in these cases the situation may not be reversible as the person has waited too long to seek advice and treatment.

However, if one seeks treatment from the dentist in time, it is possible to reverse this situation by making sure plaque and tartar are removed through a thorough process and to check if, after a few days, swelling goes down. In some cases antibiotics may be given to the patient to help speed up healing.

If not, the dentist may have to consider more advanced treatments that include surgery such as so-called pocket depth reduction procedures that involve having to fold back the affected gums to clean out affected areas and then make sure the gum tissue is secured over the tooth root once more.

Of course individual cases will often differ, but gum disease should always be treated by a professional such as the family dentist. What is important to know is that at the first sign of gum disease the patient should book an appointment.

Dentists offer different services in addition to the mentioned gum recession treatment. What is important is to make sure we get to know our dentist and the professionals that work at his/her practice; that way we are assured of ongoing dental health for as long as possible.
