CAVE OF EL CASTILLO: these handprints are from el castillo cave in spain. over 40,000 years old. they were made by blowing hand-ground pigments through a hollow reed or bone onto hands placed against the cave wall. for a long time it was assumed that most cave paintings were made by adult men. a recent effort by a group of archaeologists to digitally scan and compile these (and others in nearby cave systems) have shown that about 25% of the handprints belong to children. the process of loading and blowing the pigments was a difficult one, that would have had to be done by an adult. which means that this wall, and others like it, were entirely communal. these were places where adult prehistoric humans took the time to teach their children art. over thirty thousand years before gilgamesh was committed to written language. humans were committing their children’s handprints to stone. the way they must have valued their families, their communities, their art, to go through the process of making this art with them. and not only that, but just the sheer relatability of the action itself! if you transported 40,000 years in the past you’d have little in common on a high level with the humans you’d find. you can’t really talk about your data entry job with the hunter gatherer. but you’d still get a kick out of blowing ground ochre pigment over your hand onto a cave wall. and they’d get a kick out of helping you do it. humans have always been humans. doesn’t it just make you want to fall to your knees at walmart, how beautiful it all is?  (source for nerds who care, like me: https://news.artnet.com/art-world/children-worlds-first-artists-new-study-finds-quarter-prehistoric-spanish-hand-paintings-kids-13-2084734/amp-page) (isawken)

He was saying "we" in 2020 as well while referencing Dodger's surgery. And Alba was nowhere near him then. He does have other people around him apart from her. Lol. Always did and will continue having after she is gone.

Ok. I don't really like the royal fam but I'm looking at this in a logical plus legal stand point. Why would should Charles pay them the money back? Charles didn't force them to renovate Frogmore. Queen Liz was the landlord when they renovated so they should pay her the money back except she's dead. Plus they don't live in the house they renovated that much. Its not a walmart customer service return matter. Also demolition would result in a lawsuit as its not Harry's property to demolish.

Frogmore was going to be renovated regardless of who lived there. It had become dilapidated, and as the head of the Crown Estate, it was the Queens' responsibility to get it up to standard. Harry and Meghan paid back the $3M CE renovation cost, which included things like a new roof, pipes, electrical, etc. Then they paid out of pocket for all of the cosmetic work and their own touches (kitchen, flooring, paint, etc.) which were not included in the nearly $3M cost of the renovation. So my point is that if Charles is going to kick them out then hand the property to someone else, Harry and Meghan should be compensated for the cost of the items that they paid for themselves. The $3M they paid back to the Queen should never even have been accepted (especially since it didn't go back to the taxpayer nor did it reduce the following years budget at all) but now it's really shady to evict Harry and Meghan when they literally put all of the money into upgrading and maintaining that place.

Puis nous avons pris la direction de Natchez, toujours dans le Mississippi vu que la ville longe le fleuve.

De l'autre côté du pont, c'est la Louisiane ! Malheureusement nous n'avons pas beaucoup de temps pour visiter alors petit tour rapide et on repart (avec une pause logistique au Walmart).

Comme chaque soir depuis une semaine, nous roulons lorsque la nuit est tombée ; aucune pollution lumineuse aux alentours, on admire les étoiles. Ce soir, alors que c'était légèrement couver, j'ai regardé le ciel et vu une étoile filante 💫 🥰

Nous avons d'ailleurs vu un joli coucher de soleil 🌅

Nous dormons dans un petit hôtel au nord de Bâton Rouge (Louisiane) pour y passer rapidement demain avant de rendre la voiture à la Nouvelle-Orléans.

🇺🇸Suite 12 mai : Je me suis promené dans des magasins. J’ai d’abord été à Walmart. Immense magasin très connu ici. Puis j’ai été dans un centre commercial. Évidemment j’avais déjà été à ces endroits en 2022. La première fois j’étais tout excitée de découvrir tout ça, vous vous en souvenez ? Mais là ça m’a fait absolument rien de chez rien fait du tout.. Bref j’ai donc pu retourner à Hot Topic, une boutique qui est censé être la base du « style emo » mais ce genre de vêtement ce fait de moins en moins, même ici.. Au fait leurs centre commercial a absolument de TOUT dedans, c’est assez impressionnant, même des distributeurs en tout genre. D’ailleurs c’était la fête des mères et ici ils prennent les fêtes très aux sérieux de ce que je vois! (Déco partout, tout le monde se le fête etc..) Ensuite je suis retournée à l’hôtel et j’ai dormis.

I don't think it means anything to be honest. I have a dog and I often say "we"when talking about him despite the fact that he's my dog. Often other people are looking after him during the day. Could be the same with Dodger. We will just have to wait and see. Maybe it's his real girlfriend, lol

Imaginez harceler une femme qui fait simplement son travail. Henriette, une employée dévouée de Walmart au Québec, a calmement proposé de trouver quelqu’un pour servir cet homme parlant en anglais, et pourtant il a choisi de l’intimider et de l’humilier parce qu’elle parlait français. Ce n’était pas une question de langue. C’était une question de pouvoir et d’intimidation. Je ne peux m’empêcher de me demander ce que vos parents penseraient s’ils voyaient çe que tu fais.

Si tu as ne serait-ce qu’un peu de courage, identifie-toi. Montre ton visage. La vidéo montre d'ailleurs qu'il sait parler français, alors pourquoi s'entêter à forcer quelqu'un qui, si il semble la comprendre.
