Who am I?:

I am a 15-16 (my 16th bday is in a few months) y/o artist that is looking to make some spare money on Cashapp! I’m gonna start small by making teensy adopts for 5 dollars with ftu bases (I’ll be sure to credit!).

What are my goals?:

Not much besides making a bit of money doing what I love. Drawing dragons~!

Who are Tulip and Spade?:

Tulip and Spade are my two mascots for this blog! Tulip being my sona! Here’s a small reference of Tulip for ya~!

(Note!: My art style is VERY LIGHTLY inspired by @heartspark's style! I'm sure to maintain my own style and the only real reference was wing style. since I hadn't drawn dragons in a while before this idea came to mind. I used multiple different references, Spark just so happened to be one of them. and that's only really with the wing anatomy because i liked the idea of it [and also Sandwing tail anatomy which you'll see when spades ref comes]. so, saying all of this. PLEASE don't harass me because my art style looks A LITTLE a like to theirs! They're an amazing artist btw and i highly suggest you check them out! (using they/them bc pronouns weren't provided so I'm playing it safe))

Do you only use bases?:

Short answer: no. Long answer, I am currently still working on learning to draw digitally. Along with hoping to get an iPad and apple pen for my birthday (or Christmas). So most adopts will be on bases with proper credits either in the post or on the art! But art involving my actual OCs or more expensive (max price 20$ maybe) adopts will be drawn digitally via IBISPaintX!

How to buy my adopts!

As of now, I only accept Cashapp! I have no access to any other money platforms atm, but I do plan on changing that! If you see an adopt you like, please message me to see if it's still available first either via comments or messages! If i say it is then you may buy it! (I will send you my Cashapp through messages and you'll send the money through, and I'll send a transparent image of the adopt by itself!)

I was trying to figure out a sona that felt more like me and I conjured this fella up! An ancient seawing animus? Something old from the sea floor trying to understand silly dragon drama? a piece of the ocean come to life? Who knows! They like pineapple and coconut though.

Finished Acrea’s ref, I got her from @goosehadfood! I changed her design quite a bit to fit my style,, I hope that’s okay :,33

Her backstory is under the cut! (s/h warning)

Acrea was born into a small, secluded village of fugitive Silkwings who abandoned the Hives. In her childhood, Acrea trained under her mother, Webworm, to become a skilled fighter. She was an incredibly talented stealth attacker, preferring ambush over melee. She was instilled with a deep contempt for the Hivewing ruling class from a young age, and holds that contempt to this day. A few days before Acrea was meant to enter metamorphosis, her village was found and attacked by a Hivewing patrol. Acrea’s mother and the community she had known her whole life were murdered in front of her. She snapped and attacked the Hivewings in a blind rage, getting badly injured but managing to kill them all. She burnt down the remnants of the village and wandered aimlessly into the nearby woods. When her metamorphosis finally happened, she was malnourished and traumatized, which resulted in her wings barely developing past the bud stage. When she exited her cocoon and realized what had happened, she clawed her underdeveloped wings off, leaving only scarred stumps. I’m not sure where I’m going to take her story from this point forward, but I know that she is a solitary, unstable, and very insecure dragon who is prone to violence and fits of anger. I’ll update y’all if I get a concrete idea for where her story is headed!

Shiver is an upper-circle Icewing that doesn't know a day of hard work...ever. She is vapid and empty-headed and most dragons assume that she is mean before even talking to her. But she doesn't have a mean bone in her body! She would never hurt someone on purpose and the prospect that some dragons might will make her cry.

Sheltered, she is bad at picking up social cues and she doesn't quite understand the history between the tribes. too bad she was chosen to go to Jade Mountain Academy but her obliviousness is a double-edged sword. She doesn't usually notice if other dragons don't like her. However with tension still high after the last disaster, being so clueless is a little dangerous.

This is Jericho!! I think I’ve posted him before a long time ago but i finally made him a pretty solid ref.

Jericho is a desert dwelling Mudwing that is ferocious and will attack first and ask questions later. He was forced out of the better regions of Mudwing territory for his aggressive nature and lives on the wetter outskirts of the Sandwing desert. He has a tattoo of the Devouring Sun, which is an old legend about when a dragon born of the sun devours life and intelligence with its heat. Because of the age of the legend, no one knows if it's something that happened in the past or something that will happen.

Jericho lives with a mildly amnesiac Mudwing named Tortoise who rambles on the legend frequently.

And speaking of Tortoise, this is the old man himself!!

He’s honestly a lot less developed than Jericho for now, my only description for him is that he is “Old and ROUMD” but what more do you really need to know?
