I understand it might be scary to talk about, and maybe you don't want to press charges (which is your decision and you should do whatever you think is best for yourself) but honey you need to talk to someone. tell your parents, or siblings, a friend, just anyone you trust and who knows you personally. your cousins abused your trust, and just because they are your family does not mean that they can get away with it. if you don't trust anyone in your family or close friend circle, talk to a counsellor, a teacher, or call the government helpline number for sexual assault and talk to them. Just let someone know of what happened because if your cousins are allowed to get away with what they did this time, they'll do it again. Maybe to you, maybe to somebody else, and that is a chance you should not take. They need to learn and face the repercussions of their actions. You should also seek medical attention as soon as you can. Please please talk to someone who can you can trust. 

Regardless of if it was "technically" rape or not, the fact of the matter is what they did was illegal, immoral, wrong and they can (and should) be criminally charged and prosecuted for it. 

Again, I am so so so sorry that you had to go through that love. My heart goes out to you, but know that it was not your fault. If there's even a tiny part of your brain telling you that it was somehow your fault, believe me when I say that it's not. Do not let anyone convince you of otherwise.
