I finally deleted Twitter off my phone yesterday and it made me realize just how much I doom surf on there.

Like if I pick up my phone with Twitter on there I am going to do nothing but scroll until either

A:my eyes fall out

B:I see something absolutely horrible I say "oh my God why do I use this place I'm never going on here again" and then like 6 minutes later I'm back on to repeat that absolute trauma loop. It is a total waste of my time and I cannot even believe how much of my time was spent on there. Complete insanity
