hello hello!! It’s been a while and I’ll bet you’ve all missed events as much as I have!!

That’s why this summer, we’re having a Beach Bonanza!

Week 1 - Show up and show off your beachwear! Meet up with everyone else who’s shown up!

Week 2 - Mingle! Play beach volleyball. Barbecue. Have fun in the sun.

Week 3 - sunset time. Play with sparklers, watch some fireworks. Get cozy with friends….or someone special?

Week 4 - beach bonfire! Roast marshmallows, play guitar and sing along, and close out the month of play

The event starts on July 1st and ends on the 31st!

(Vocal synth and Utau askblogs main, but the tradition stands that OC askblogs are free to join too if they wish)

Since it’s been so long, let’s keep this light and loose! Come and go from the event as you please, and don’t feel any obligation to post through the whole thing if it’s tiring for you.

Hey,I don’t have an askblog,per say,but I would love to contribute some art to Vocasummer 2024! I just made this blog dedicated to Vocaloid content to help contain and organize art or asks for any future events or asks/posts submitted to other askblogs! I hope this is not breaking any rules or anything! I just wanna draw some art and send a few asks! Not looking to or expecting to receive any asks,but I will accept them if they come!

And little drabble as a final note for Vocasummer24 event:

The warmth of the setting sun painted the horizon with a breathtaking palette of oranges and pinks as Meiko, Kaito, and Megurine Luka made their way back to the city from their tranquil beachside retreat. They began to settle down all their stuff that they brought from the beach - kids brought beautiful sea shells. Kaito started to help Meiko and Luka with children to bring together to their sweet home.

Megurine smiled very gently, and went to the balcony, feeling how ray of lights tickle her face. Feeling of warm sunset was wonderful. Her gentle swell a testament to the new life blossoming within her. Despite pinkette's initial feelings of inadequacy, the sight of the vibrant sunset began to soothe her soul. She took a deep breath, it was soothing, a silent reassurance.

The soft whispers of the evening breeze played with the strings of her light dress, fluttering around her ankles as she made her way to the balcony. Her hand naturally found its way to her midriff, her fingertips tracing slow, loving circles over the firm bump. The baby inside responded with a soft kick, as if sharing in her awe of the beauty before them. Luka's eyes, mirroring the colors of the sunset, grew misty as she felt the miracle of life stirring within her. Her inhibitions momentarily forgotten, she leaned over the railing, her gaze lost in the horizon. The gentle pressure from the inside her served as a reminder of the love that had brought her to this moment.

Meiko, noticing her contemplative state, approached her from and wrapped her arms around in a gentle embrace. Brunette's warmth enveloped her, providing a comfort that only a loving partner could offer. "You're beautiful, my Luka. I am so lucky to have you by my side."

Their eyes met, and in that moment, Luka felt the weight of her insecurities lifted. The love reflected in Meiko's gaze was all she needed to realize that the beauty of the sunset was not merely an external spectacle but a reflection of the profound love they shared.

With Meiko's arms around her, Luka watched as the fiery sphere of the sun kissed the horizon, leaving a trail of light that danced upon the waves. The children's laughter and the distant cries of seagulls melded with the whispering wind, creating a symphony that seemed to resonate with the rhythm of their hearts.

Pink-haired woman turned to Meiko, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears, and whispered, "Thank you, my love, for making me feel loved, for being there for us." As she said it, she realized that no needs to the validation of her physical appearance to feel beautiful and loved. The love that surrounded her, the life growing inside her, and the happiness of their family were the true meanings of beauty.
