At around 1.30 AM in the night in Lucknow, the Apple company's area manager was returning home with a colleague with his car. When the police asked him to stop the car ,Vivek did not stop the car, then the police shoted him.

After that he was died in the hospital.Post-mortem report evealed that Vivek has got a shot in the head.

Vivek's wife has questioned the law and order of the police and the state government ,that the police had no rights to killed vivek tiwari.

According to accused shooter police constable Prashant , vivek tiwari was trying to reverse the car .

Prashant said that,he was on petrol duty. At around 1:30 Am of the night, he saw a suspicious car ,whose light was off.

He went near the car. As soon as he went near, the person sitting in the car started the car.We stopped our car in front of vivek's car.The car hit our bike.

We asked him to stop.Then He did the reverse  the car and again The car hit our bike.We were saying him to come out. But he also reverse the car for the third time and rammed the bike with full force. 

I fell on the ground. After that he picked up and scared him by removing the pistol.He wanted to crush me, so I had to shoot in self defense.

In this case Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that , investigation is underway.

If any innocent person is killed by police, then investigation will be done.Whoever will be found guilty in this investigation, they will be prosecuted.Apple Field Manager case will try to hearing by the fast track court.

It is being told that the police killed Vivek because he refused to stop his SUV car during checking. The incident happened at 1.30 Am in Gomti Nagar extension area of ​​Lucknow.

Police say that Vivek Tiwari was driving an SUV car with a female partner. Two policemen present on patrol pointed him and stopped the car.

The police said that, Tiwari tried to flee from there allegedly, before that in the first, he first collided with the police patroling bike and then the wall also later.The news is that the police has detained the woman friend of Vivek in her house.

After the police was shot, he was taken to the hospital, where he died. Dead Vivek was the Area Manager of Apple Company.

However, now the accused has been registered against both the policemen and they have been sacked. SIT has been constituted under the supervision of SP Crime.

In the Vivek Tiwari murder case, UP's ADG law and order Anand Kumar said that, it is a tragedy. This is a murder case and both of the soldiers have been arrested.

A case of murder has been registered against both of them under section 302 of IPC.

At the same time, SSP Kalanidhi Nathani of Lucknow said that ,SIT has been constituted under SP crime in the murder case of Apple's manager of the Police in Lucknow.

I have personally demanded a magistrate inquiry from the District Magistrate.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that, it was not an encounter. This incident will be investigated. If necessary, the CBI inquiry orders will also be given.

However, it has not been clear yet, why Lucknow police constable Prashant Kumar was shot dead, Lucknow police say that the constable had fired for self-defense.

Police say that the constable thought that ,there might be criminals within the car.

It has been found in the post-mortem that the team of Apple company's officer Vivek Tiwari got a shot and it became clear that death due to Vivek was shot.

The deceased Vivek's wife says that "Apple was a party from the company. My husband had said that he would first return home by sending one of his friends to his house.

It was about 1.30 am. After 2 o'clock I called them many times, but once the phone was not picked up.

Then around 3 o'clock somebody called me and said that he was speaking from Lohia Hospital and my husband died in an accident.

Kalpana says, "The police was saying that my husband was found in the offending state. So I say why you did not catch them. Is not a crime to stop the car? I want to ask the Chief Minister what kind of law and order is this.

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Oct 6 (ANI): Sarvesh Chaudhary, a constable in Etah district who was suspended for posting a video criticising people opposing his juniors who were allegedly involved in the death of Apple executive Vivek Tiwari, has stepped down from his post. In a letter, Chaudhary stated that he is willingly resigning from the post as he is not able to adjust with the system. In the video posted on Facebook, Chaudhary on Thursday while sympathising with Tiwari's family said people need to stop calling policemen "goons" or "murderers." He also attacked the media and politicians for not supporting policemen. “If it does not stop, our silence may result in serious consequences,” he said in the video. After the video surfaced on social media, Chaudhary was suspended on grounds of indiscipline. On October 2, the postmortem report of Tiwari, who was allegedly shot by a patrolling constable for refusing to stop his car, revealed that he died due to a gunshot injury on the left side of his chin. During the preliminary investigation, the cop who allegedly shot the Apple executive claimed that he fired at the latter's car in self-defence as it tried to run over his motorbike. (ANI)
