Her journey through Mondstat and Liyue had come up fruitless. But with the opening of Inazuma and a few people in the ports of Liyue hearing rumor of fox people similar to her and her father’s description, she had a lead and would be heading there next.

While getting there was not so much of an issue. It was when she got there that she had a difficult time. As she was going through customs, some of the folks working with her found it awful suspicious that she only had one bag and it primarily just held a single teapot. A common question she had by many.

“As I said before.” She explained for the 10’th time to the guard working with her “I’m a simple drifter with only this teapot to my family’s name. I only come here seeking answers for myself and nothing more.” At this point, she was getting rather annoyed that they’d rather be on her for something mildly odd then use this time to actually help people.

Maybe his father had not been the best person to ask for advice in this, Eiji picking at the sleeves of his shirt slightly as he paced around the office, Albedo having given up on getting his attention for a while now. At least he was still aware enough of his surroundings that he'd move out of the way of the other alchemists that were actually engaged with the project they've been working on - but he was such a bundle of nerves that he literally could not stand still. "...perhaps a walk outside would help clear your mind?", the head alchemist speaks up as Eiji pauses before his table once more, a sigh heard before he nods, "...yeah, right...sorry". A little ashamed of how he was currently behaving, he hurried out from the building - and walked straight into the girl that had been causing his mind to be so clouded in the first place, his pale complexion burning brightly as memories of their shared kiss flashed right before his eyes. "Ah...erm...eh...he-hello..."

This time the area was Inazuma, and she had caught him in the middle of actually leaving the country. “Would you like to come with me? Although we’ll have to fly to Liyue this time around.” It was a little favor he is currently doing for a rather elderly woman.

“So how about it? Are you interested?” There’s a smile on his face as he asked the question. His feet continued to propel him forward through the village’s outskirts until he was far enough from the little village which would enable him to fly.

“You’re killing me here. It’s called a work in progress. Plus, you guys haven’t paid me yet. So if you won’t mind. I’m gonna continue bathing. In the sun. Unbothered.”

But from his point of view the woman hardly took any breaks in between her training, whenever he WOULD visit Teyvat on and off she was either training or going out defeating mobs of monsters like some Berserker in an RPG, she was just 𝚞𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚙𝚙𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎 like that. However, that only worries him all the more because he’s afraid she’s just not taking as much breaks as her body would need in order to cultivate her strength properly.

Him massage her?!? HIM?! Caelus fought EVERY fiber in his body from saying the words ‘yes goddess’ out loud even though he is anything from a professional masseuse..though he probably still could perform a decent job. “Huu-” CRAP his voice sounded too…weak..quickly the trailblazer clears his throat and adopts a rather calm posture with both his arms at his side. “I mean, that’d work if you’d really want me to.”

“I’ll be right back.” He told Sera before he takes into the sky within a burst of energy, and within not more than ten minutes he returns from the air carrying a massive pine tree over his shoulder. The tree itself was probably 20meter in length. “Here we go, if the holiday’s anything like mine then we have to decorate this tree. I figured we can do it in public and hopefully everyone will pitch in. They deserve a good holiday after that whole deal with their Shogun..I heard it wasn’t exactly pretty.”

Think about himself some more? But why? He looked a little confused but it generally seemed as though he was trying to understand what his sister was saying. If their father wasn't around, what would he be doing? It wasn't as though he didn't enjoy his studies or anything - alchemy was rather interesting, but even that was a field of study simply taken up to help with his fight against the Abyss. "...I'm trying", he finally sighed out, glancing up towards the calm skies above Mondstadt, "I really am...it may not look like that...but I also need to keep myself busy...especially these days", he laid a hand against the side of his head, "Now that I have a vision, it seems father can no longer seal away the abyss part of me...though to be honest, maybe that's a good thing in it's own way? I donno...things are changing...even I'm changing...so..." Maybe he just wanted to cling to things that he did know what to do - like fuss over everyone around him...

"Eiji.", her voice held a warning tone, her eyes narrowed as soon as she looked at him. Seriously, how much concern could one person have about another? She wished she could hit the back of his head with some large book - maybe it would bring some sense into the thick skull of his!

"You're free to worry, but you have to learn to think about yourself more. Be a bit more selfish. What do you fear if you do so? Our father who's never there anyway doing knows the abyss what?", perhaps, she should try to understand those two a tad more - after all, she didn't know what exactly they have went through. She clapped her hands together aggressively, unsure where else to let it out.

Did this man hear himself?! They were twins, how could they be that different?! Well, they had different upcomings, that surely was the main reason, "By the abyss, Eiji! I won't get her into trouble, but I ran away from them, so you're not going to take the blame on yourself. That's just fucking unnecessary.".

The moment she felt his hands firmly grasp her chest, Angel immediately let go. Though she wanted his attention, she doesn’t expect him to get this handsy.

Then again, she probably could’ve picked a better spot to grab.

With her cheeks rosy red and her expression back down to a more timid state vs the confident and needy one she had on before. She looked down, her ear drooped as well.

He wasn't one to back down from a challenge - after all it's been drilled into him from an early age that he should never back down as long as the chance of winning remains, but Archons had mercy he was about to die from the heat that was rushing to flood his cheeks currently. He tried to keep his gaze locked on the girl across from him, but his gaze instead kept drifting towards the stick - and how little remained as a barrier between them.

This was how he was going to perish - over a silly game like this, another small nibble taken, now close enough he could feel her warm breath. He wasn't going to live to see tomorrow was he?

“How else was I going to get you lot to trust..that I came in peace.” At the very least he managed to clean up the sentence quite well, making it flow naturally from his lips into the air between them all the while wearing his signature smile. The smile of a humble merchant, granted because of his strengthening bond with Sera, Roy knew more than most regarding the man ho seemed to be not of this world. 

“I just wished you didn’t hit so hard. It took me more than three barrels of wine to numb that pain.” Spoke the merchant with a rather pouty expression on his face, as though he was hurt, STILL hurting whilst it was probably just a guise to garner little pity and express little weakness and vulnerability. “I will say if we ever came to a competition in the art of fishing, then I’ll have you beat by a landslide. I might be an amateur fighter but I’m no stranger to the beasts of the sea.”

And with that he had left, careful with every step he made. ONE with the WIND as he dashes through the wilderness, the fowl he had heard just ahead of him. His katana materializes at his side and once he was near enough the sword had been grabbed, ‘removed from its sheathe’ and collides into the bird with its sharp edge. With one swing of his sword it fell onto the ground and the same had been said about another close by. Thinking about it, perhaps it was better to feast on fowl meat rather than pork, he could only imagine his petite darling feasting but on a single bird rather than an entire boar.

His hand catching a rogue leaf that glides within the wind’s pull and plays a gentle tune as he continues playing that gentle tune. It took him quite some time but finally, he had returned to camp with the birds bound together and placed over his shoulder.

The feather like touch to her head caused her to look back at Kazuha with a curious blink over him moving closer to her, eyes widen a mere inch over their foreheads touching. Green hues meeting a warmth red - clear adoration in his gaze, it left her closing her eyes with a smile and a pink tint to her cheeks at the forehead kiss.

Opening her eyes again, the magi bowed with a juicer in her left hand. "A trick maybe, but rest assured what'll do won't be done with magic." Her attention then shifted to the juicer with a small frown as she cut the bulle fruit in half as a start while it was in the air.

“Mon..what exactly?” The fontainian lingo was definitely something he had to get used to, but it seems maybe Inazuman accents were things that she needed work with too considering she wanted him to repeat his question that was spoken to her. “My bad, didn’t think they’re would’ve been miscommunication ‘tween us. The name’s Urameshi Yusuke and I was hopin’ you’d show me around town..or more specifically a place t’ eat.”

Spoke Yusuke with a smile and tuck his hands into his pockets. “So princess, help me out? I even have a few mora if ya wanna grab a little snack yerself.” Thanks to the commissions here and there, but OH he needed to handle a few more soon, but they were REALLY not keen on giving visionless adventurers any of the harder commissions.

Breathless, the bodies of many Fatuui agents litter the area around her, some frozen to fragile ice, some killed with ice daggers still inside of them, slowly melting away. They had just kept coming, why? What was it about her that had attracted that many? Were they just nearby or was she just unlucky? Either way, it had taken everything out of Mei.

Her mask glowing a feint red as it desperately tried to feed hot air into her lungs and keep her growing freezing body warm. Her skin was starting to turn a dull blue and above her head a blue halo beginning to disappear. She had used everything... Everything.

Killing was never their objective, just get in, dodge, flee. But there was no fleeing this time and as a result her body writhed and shook. Even when she felt the warm palm of Yuuki's on her she turned and struggled to keep her guard up, to strike... She realized who it was and stopped.

Mei knew what she was, a killing machine, a monster, she was made for it and here one would be able to see it fully on display. The aftermath of a warzone with ice pillars and spikes slowly melting to nothing.

When she saw the green of Yuuki's eyes, she immediately felt... Safe. That's when she hugged her, a desperate need to hold onto her friend as she tried so hard to calm down.

"T-T-They just... Wouldn't... Stop... Coming..."

“It looks like we made it just in time.” Trunks spoke under his breath to spot there were still people up ahead as the frigid winds blows. Brrr, he remembered hearing about people not liking Dragonspine and he could tell why. The perpetual winter would sure turn everyone away from this place, but that very winter could come in quite handy..like today considering Mondstadt held its annual snowman-building competition.

Something that was probably targetted mostly towards children was something that really interested Trunks as it was a pastime he’s hardly gotten the chance to indulge in. Hell the last time he remembered being around snow is when he was knocked out unconscious into it. Playing in it was definitely going to be a better experience. “I can’t wait. OH woooow the kids have already started building snow men. Haha they've got talent on their sides.”

I know what you’re probably thinkin’: ‘Yusuke hates the Raiden Shogun so he couldn’t WAIT for his revenge.’ and That didn’t happen at a-..”

His stomach roared again but this time out loud. He had one monster of a hunger, so bad that it made him slightly bedridden. Slowly he slumps back into bed feeling the newfound strength he had felt zap away from him with every rumble from his stomach. “On second thought AFTER I EAT A WHOLE HOUSE I’ll tell ya what happened. You’re the best though, make sure ya bring those lips of yours too…cause It feels like I’ve been asleep for a week so I’ll need all the dessert.”

ONCE JOGRE LEFT, Botan got to work taking care of Yusuke. She removed what was left of his shirt and used a wet cloth to clean the blood from his body. She moved slow and careful, not wanting to wake him or agitate his wounds. And while the wound was closed, it seemed further healed than what she had originally done, like his body was already mending itself. She just had to hope this was a good thing.

Jogre's words rang in her head, his instincts that Yusuke seemed dangerous. Of course she was aware of how people perceived him on the mainland but for Jogre to sense that was different. She had assured him that Yusuke was a good person, someone she trusted wholeheartedly. But she could feel the changes inside of him. It scared her, to think something awful might happen to him. She couldn't lose him, not yet.

Once Yusuke was cleaned up, she took a seat on the floor next to the futon. She was awake for a few hours, too worried to truly sleep. But eventually her own exhaustion got to her and she drifted off.

She awoke when Yusuke did, yawning and rubbing the sleep from her eyes. When she realized that she wasn't alone, she jumped up. "You're awake, oh good. How are you feeling, any pain?" She fretted. "I can make you something, we're at my house. Why don't you rest and I'll bring you something to eat."
