Drank… in Eindhoven on Sunday, a Tropicana Punch beer brewed by Underwood Brewery, photographed at Van Abbemuseum, and purchased at Bierwinkel Reeshof. Advertised as “(Міцний подвійний IPA з потрійним сухим охмеленням, на кріо-хмелях, та ще й хейзі. Тут є все, що потрібне справжньому хопхеду, і навіть більше. Назву можна перекласти двома способами: як тропічний пунш або як тропічний удар. Тут вже як вам більше подобається і наскільки ви підготовлені тою кількістю охмеленого пива, що спробували раніше. Цей IPA має в собі чотири хмелі у традиційному виконанні – Polaris, Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, а також два кріо – Citra та Simcoe. Il museo di notte è sempre bello, ma il Van Abbe particolarmente, perchè tra Fontana e Malevic puoi sentire un synth o una batteria, e al piano di sopra c’è qualcuno che disegna mentre stai per entrare nella sala cinese.  Questa cosa mi piace, perchè il museo non è un mausoleo, ma un luogo vitale dove le opere respirano, trovano luce nuova, e comunicano in maniera tangibile e biunivoca con l’atmosfera intorno.  Credo che questo sia il modo migliore di diffondere l’arte, che è fatta di cose vicine a noi.
