People from Valls (Camp de Tarragona, Catalonia) doing ball de diables (“devils’ dance”). This dance is a Catalan tradition done during festes majors (local festivities) where people dress as devils and roam the streets to the sound of drums while jumping and throwing firecrackers from their mace.

February 3rd is Saint Blaise (Sant Blai in Catalan). In the areas of Baix Camp, Alt Camp and Conca de Barberà (Camp de Tarragona broader area, in Catalonia), it's traditional to eat these biscuits called blais or blaiets. Similar recipes exist in other parts of the Catalan Countries, like the coques de Sant Blai in Terres de l'Ebre, various Saint Blaise cookies around the Valencian Country, or the senyorets or blaiets from Menorca.
Blais are butter biscuits aromatized with vanilla or sometimes lemon. The most noticeable characteristic is that they're stamped with an imagine of Saint Blaise.
In the Christian belief, Saint Blaise is the patron saint who cures throat ache, cough and prevents getting a cold. For this reason, the tradition from this area take the blais to be blessed, so that eating them with green apples with protect from these harms.

Hatsune Miku from Aosta Valley, Italy!
I kept seeing amazing half serious half joking Mikus from around the world and NEEDED to contribute.
Here you can see her in a couple of "typical" outfits (explanation under the cut)
The upper left Miku (closeup in the third picture) is dressed in technical clothes for hiking in the Alps.
The bigger Miku has a bit more cultural detail: red flannels and brown corduroy pants are the stereotypical clothes of the "bacan", a person who's deeply tied to their Aosta Valley roots and lives for agriculture and raising cows. Cows are a very important part of valdotèn culture, and every year we have a competition, the Bataille des Reines, where cows called reines (queens) compete to select the Queen of queens (yes, I am serious).
She's also wearing a whistle, a sequined fedora and a red and black shawl with her birthyear and name embroidered in gold, typical clothing of the "coscritti": every year the 18 year olds of every village reunite on the days of the village celebration and, in a tradition left over from the times of military conscription, party and drink (making as much noise as possible, usually).
Her shirt sports an illustration of the Greundzo - a popular mascot based on local folklore. Last but not least, in her hand is a "coppa dell'amicizia", a wooden cup with multiple spouts traditionally used to drink with friends to seal and celebrate said friendship.
I put so much detail and love into this drawing, I hope y'all can appreciate it lol

Cocora Valley, Quindío, Colombia: The Cocora Valley is a valley in the Quindío Department of Colombia. It is located in the Central Cordillera of the Andean mountains. "Cocora" was the name of a Quimbayan princess, daughter of the local chief Acaime, and means "star of water" (Spanish: estrella de agua). The valley is part of the Los Nevados National Natural Park, incorporated into the existing national park by the Colombian government in 1985. Wikipedia
