Last year I asked Duong to draw 4 tarot cards for Suoh-Nagisa, Akira-Utako according to their stories, I will tell you later.

On the first day of the year, I asked Duong to edit those tarot card frames into round frames and color them as a gift for my 2 friends in my Clamp school fandom. I will also post it here to give to the fans who have followed Clamp school to this blog of mine and waited for my fanfic until now.

Utako is another of my favorites (it seems I’ve only posted ladies at the moment). Her “strong” personality is what makes me love her so much; I have more favorite characters from CLAMP’s early works than their newer stuff, and the songs she sings like SHINING STAR - Watashi Dake no Ryuusei are some of my all-time CLAMP favorites. 

It’s one of the few works where CLAMP doesn’t make us suffer like we’re so used to.

Utako es otra de mis favoritas (curiosamente he puesto sólo mujeres hasta el momento). Su carácter “fuerte” es lo que me hace quererla tanto, de los primeros trabajos de CLAMP donde tengo más personajes favoritos que en los más nuevos, las canciones que interpreta como SHINING STAR -Watashi Dake no Ryuusei son mis favoritas de todo CLAMP. 

Uno de los pocos trabajos donde siento que CLAMP no nos hizo sufrir como ya nos tiene acostumbrados.

CLAMP SCHOOL DETECTIVES NOVEL VOLUME 2 (Ep 11,12 Chap 1)

11.

Autumn was short.

Just a little while ago, there were days when short sleeves were still okay, but now the students had to worry about coats.

Nokoru, who was about to head to the classroom after completing his work in the student council room, was momentarily shivered by the cold north wind that blew too hard.

At that moment, Nokoru stopped when he saw something in the trash can next to him. It was the five paper planes he had seen before.

A strange male student crushed one in front of Nokoru and threw it in the trash can. The scene flashed back to Nokoru's mind.

The indescribable melancholy of that time came back to him, and he wanted to leave the place as soon as possible.

However, Nokoru wondered if this paper plane was the same as that time. The other four paper planes landed next to Nokoru, but he thought the owners might come looking for them, so he evacuated them to a corner so they wouldn't get trampled.

Did that mean they were crushed again and thrown in the trash can...?

Cleaning was done every day at CLAMP School, and garbage was always put away on the same day.

In other words, someone else made five paper planes, and either he or someone else crushed them and threw them away.

(Who on earth?)

Nokoru instinctively picked up a paper plane and carefully smooths out the wrinkles to restore it to its original shape.

(Are there any clubs or classes that are experimenting with paper airplanes?) Nokoru was thinking about reason for the appearance of paper airplanes.

Bump!

A shock hit his back, and Nokoru lost his balance and staggered.

"Excuse me!"

Apparently a passing male student bumped into Nokoru.

The student stepped on the paper plane that Nokoru dropped as a result of the momentum. Nokoru could only answer "It's fine" to his back.

Unexpectedly, he was shaken by the incident.

“Utako-san, are you coming today as well?”

The bell for the end of class rang, and on the way to the entrance, Nagisa looked into Utako's face. She asked if they would stop by the sweet shop "Kasugano" on their way home from school.

The two of them used to go here almost every day.

They even bought an anmitsu coupon that said, "Ten stamps are a great deal for one cup. There are still coupon tickets... But my skirt is getting a little tight. I might have to go on a diet..."

"In that case, next time..."

"Ah... I should have used Tokoroten coupons for something like this..."

While saying that, Utako took Nagisa's hand and headed under the usual wisteria trellis.

When the wisteria trellis was right in front of them, the two of them suddenly started walking in a hurry. Then, they sat down on the bench to catch their breath and opened the seal at the same time as if by arrangement.

"Oh, it's from Ijyuin-sama."

"As for me... Takamura-sama..."

Even with the person they usually see face to face, their heart throbbed strangely when they received a letter.

At that time, the two of them were also soaring. Utako immediately read the text.

"'When I took the average of the birthdays of the four of us I found that it was today.' It writes that here."

Nagisa brightened her cheeks,

Here was the continuation of the letter:

After reading to the end, the two looked at each other happily.

Even as Utako said it, her voice unintentionally became powerful.

Nagisa also smiled.

However, when Utako thought about it calmly, the meeting at 8:00 p.m. was too late. "Why at this hour? Do you think we can go...?"

Nagisa also muttered, "Yes..." and was lost in thought.
