My favorite thing about Natsuhi is that she will not back down from any position ever. Hell will freeze over before she admits that she was wrong

My favorite example of this is episode 5. She argues that Kinzo is alive just as vehemently as she argues that she loves her husband, and when she eventually does break down and confess it’s “okay fine I did the murders, is that what you want to hear??” Which she didn’t do, but she doesn’t confess to Kinzo being dead despite not really having any reason to keep it hidden?? Like the conclusion Erika draws with the assumption that Kinzo is alive is so much worse for the honor of everyone involved but Natsuhi WILL NOT BACK DOWN EVER. I’m so fucking obsessed with her

Two days ago, on September 8th, we lost Shinohara Emi.

She was a very talented voice actress, most commonly known for her role as Kino Makoto/Sailor Jupiter in the original airing of the Sailor Moon anime series. She also performed in Magic Knight Rayearth, Cardcaptor Sakura, Please Save My Earth, and many other television series and animes.

She also performed in Umineko, taking the role of Ushiromiya Natsuhi.

Rest in peace, Shinohara-san.

In a rough period of my life, your voice brought some of the characters I loved to life even if I wasn’t aware of it at the time, and became a bright light in dark times.
