Saturn in the 5th house:

Saturn in the 5th house people don’t seem to like children.

It sounds horrible, but they are just put off by all the ruckus the children are making

Circe's Notes: Hello loves I'm back! Following the New Year, I decided it would be fun to make a solar return observation to kickstart 2025 (even though I am 12 days late but that's besides the point). Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this post as much as I did creating it!

Note: These are just my own observations, ideas, thoughts and theories. This is just for entertainment purposes. Also, please be respectful of my observations! ✿ I'm experiencing Pluto in 1st house this year in my SR chart and lemme tell you the observations about Pluto in 1st house is sooo true. I've experienced a drastic change in appearance and so many uncalled for comments about my body and look in general. But I also have moon in 1st this year so majority of the comments were made by women (mostly older woman). Also I experienced a major shift in mindset or outlook in life.

✿ When you have Jupiter in 2nd house in your SR, you may earn more money that year whereas if you have Jupiter in 10th, you might focus on finding a career instead.

Having 5th and 7th house placements that year can indicate being in a relationship and actively going on dates together.

However, having only 5th house placements that year can indicate going to many dates and not taking relationships too seriously. Prone to having more flings instead of being committed.

Uranus, chiron, or Pluto in 5th or 7th can indicate a break-up in SR.

Uranus = change in relationship status so it's 50/50. If you're currently single you could enter a relationship. If you're taken it could mean breaking up with a current partner. It can also indicate a change in your partnership dynamic.

Pluto = transformations so similar case to Uranus.

Chiron = wounds or healing in romance houses can indicate a breakup or moving on from a relationship

Uranus in Solar Return Charts

Can we please stop associating Uranus with break ups or sudden horrible news in SRC????? Like this planet represents sudden change and unexpected news, yet it doesn't necessarily means it's bad, hold your horses. I'm so pissed at seeing only bad and negative observations about Uranus in Solar Returns, I decided to explain how Uranus actually play in your life yearly with my own SRC.

Anytime I had Uranus somewhere in my SRC, it mostly represented something that changed very suddenly.

Uranus 9H= I was going on trips very suddenly, unexpectedly but had good memories. Ruler of the 9H was Aries (fast trips/ week ends) and it was in 12H (trips). Ruler also conjuncted Juno and I was mostly doing these trips with my ex.

Uranus 6H= "funny" thing is that I had this placement during COVID time, and I was still at college, so my routine was def changed suddenly when we had to learn from home 100%.

Uranus 11H= This placement was in the same house as Chiron, and I suffered from losing friends this year. It was my first year of college and I didn't have many friends. Yet, sudden change since I met my best friend this year too! Moreover, 9H Ruler was Uranus and I was entering College, which created a huge change in my relationships since I met a lot of my current friends there. I also had a specific internet friend who helped me a lot that year.

Uranus 3H= This was tricky to understand at first, yet I remember this year I moved to country side of my country and was cut from seeing my friends, etc. So I was very much online in general and I was trying to meet more friends online. I indeed met my FS online this year (3H ruler in 7H) and it was very sudden!

Uranus 12H= This one was def harsh for me. I was moving abroad, living in a completely different culture than mine and honestly, I felt very lonely there. It was a true experience to have yet I was crying often. Yet, I also learned how to be more independent and enjoyed this alone time I had, to have more freedom and I appreciated to be by myself.

Uranus 10H= This is the placement I had this year lol. People said it means being fired from your job (why so negative) but that didn't happen lmao. My Natal 10H stellium would never. Though! This placement was exactly what it meant: me leaving "normal jobs", to get into a less conventional one. I was entering a liberal job, and something being online. This idea also came in a very unexpected way.

Uranus 7H= This is the placement I have for my next SRC, which is very soon! Many people associate this with breakup and tbh why not, Uranus meaning big big changes and sudden ones can actually transform this way. Yet, I am not in a relationship. And Rulers are def something to look at. I def think it means more sudden things happening in your relationships, and unexpected change. Things can change very fast or happen very fast. Ruler of the 7H is in 10H, and being Venus, I don't think it means a break up. Rather, 7H ruler in 10H can be an official and serious relationship. So this can translate either meeting someone and being in a relationship with them quite suddenly or being in a relationship with someone quite unexpectedly.

7H Uranus in a solar return chart doesn't always mean that a romantic relationship will end. It can be a close friendship/best friend, business partner,etc.

1H Venus in solar return-putting more effort into your looks. This is considered to be a "glow up" year. This is the year where you find your signature style, makeup, scent, etc. I'd consider this to be the best dressed year. Could also change hair color or style. Cosmetic procedures happen here as well.

North Node in Pisces tend to benefit more from having an assistant or help in general. Pisces South Nodes tend to want/get too much help when they need to be more self-sufficient.

11H Liliths are HEAVLY prone to having ppl around them who hate them (esp friends) and don't realize. These are the ppl we see who usually get set up by their "friends" or someone close to them. Look to your lilith sign as well. If your Lilith is in an air sign, watch out for envy in air signs.

For my ppl with majority of their placements in the 2H & 3H tend to be "blind" to themselves. Whether it's their faults or great things about themselves, they can't seem to see it until someone else points it out and then they finally realize it.

2H Pluto/Scorpio 2H- shouldn't verbalize to anyone who much they make. Don't say whether you're doing bad or good financially either. A lot of jealousy and envy will arise from telling the wrong person which will affect your money and stability terribly.

3H Nessus- Usually experience intense trauma or bullying in elementary, with siblings and thru words. They usually write or speak about their pain that usually ends up helping other ppl tremendously. These are the type of ppl who make music or write poetry that helps other ppl get thru hard times. However, due to a lot of bullying and being spoken down to, communication ends up being one of their biggest issues and this can manifest in many different ways

When you get criticism or pushback from doing North Node things, that's how you know you're going into the right direction sometimes. For instance, a 4H NN may get told that they need to focus on their career path instead of creating a family. (Full post on this coming very soon!)

Use your moon on a bad day to help regulate your emotions. Look towards positive aspects

Solar return Observations pt. 2

Hello girliieees how are you? I thought i'd give you a new post, as i am very much procrastinating. Honestly, i dont really have much to say soo... lets just get started!

Befor i start: these are just some random things i observe from people with these placements. They might fit you but they dont have to. I wsnt to emphasize this as i tend to also talk about darker stuff, and i dont want people to get scared. Everything i'm writing could totally not apply to you, so please take everything woth a grain of salt!

Now lets go!

Venus conjunct 10th house: For some reason, people in general perceive you to be more attractive and desireable. If you also have some good placements in your sr 5th or 7th house or the ruler of your sr 7th house is taurus or libra, you might even attract more love interests than usual.

Uranus in the 7th house: I know i've talked about my Uranus conjunct Jupiter in the 7th house in relation to sudden, unexpected things happening in your love life, which it definately means, but it can also make your love life more unconventional, in whatever way this applies to your life. For me, it was finding out i'm bi and dating the same gender for the first time in my life. Of course it isn't weird or anything like that, but me finding this out was completely unexpected, because i was always someone who was very keen on saying "i'm straight, but i'm a big ally", so completely going the opposite way was unconventional for me, although it felt exactly the same as dating the opposite gender. In the end it didn't work out, but i found out something major about myself, and am still figuring shit out (i'm honestly not 100 percent sure abouz my sexuality, but its a step in the right direction letting this part of myself free).

12th house stellium: No matter why or how (you can see this through other placements in your chart), but definately a year where you might struggle with your mental health (please get yourself professional help if needed), BUT at the same time it could be a year, where you might go on a transcontinental trip, as the 12th house also relates to international travel.

Saturn in the 6th house: For some reason, your everyday work and routine might feel very harsh and restricting and you might really struggle because of it. Please, even though sometimes its just life, always try to still respect your mental health and dont drive yourself into a burnout. But generally, when you're going through this, taking into account your mental health can be a good way to balance this out.

Pluto in the 3rd house: I can only talk about my own experience, but this solar return year i've had this placement and i've definately had my struggle with friends and have already lost an entire friend group. But as Pluto also relates to tramsformation through heavier experiences, i am really hoping i lost these friends to make space for new and better friends and for myself to be a better friend through learning from those experiences. I've also been sensing that the people i am surrounded with might not necessarily be the kind of people i would want as my friends, not because they are bad people but because characterwise we are very different. So maybe it could also just change the way you see your friendships.

North node in the 6th house: If you have this in your sr, a very important thing for you this year is to get into physical fitness, whatever this means to you, and generally taking more care of your body/physical health. So if you havent started yet, i would recommend trying it! Or just more generally, getring healthier routines.

Mercury conjunct Mars in the 10th house: You might be known for speaking more harshly to others this year.

Neptune in Pisces: I know i've talked about this placement before because i dont like this placement, and i need to emphasize this. No matter where you have it, it can mean you experience some kind of hurt due to some these factors

- some kind of illusion making you to not be able to see the reality

- you or other people having mental health stuggles

- you could go into a mental health spiral because of what you experience, where you might not be able to see everything as it is

- you might even be the one putting illusions on others

In the best case it can mean having a very spiritual experience. But i truly advice you, if you are struggeling mentally in some way, please get yourself professional help. Its hard but you can get through it!

Solar Return Observations 5 : Moving & Breakups

Accuracy influenced by ENTIRE chart. I have written about 2 of these placement before but this post includes additional information.

SR ASC in 4th House + SR IC in 8th House

This is one indicator of moving from home. Home or family life changes resulting in more focus on home or family.

Natal Moon in SR 12th House

This can be another indicator of moving away from the home. This is not the biggest indicator. It would need many other indicators like Pluto in 4th, SR moon conjunct moon, etc.

This can show being emotionally isolated.

SR MC conjunct Pluto

This is a big indicator of transformation in career. You could leave a job for a new one. You could find your role at the same job changes. A positive would be promotion.

SR NN in 6th House

You can gain interest in improving your health and routine. You could begin going to the gym. You could adopt a pet changing up your routine. You could experience changes in career - however this exact scenario would likely be backed up by other indicators.

SR Mercury conjunct Mercury

You can receive important news related to the house themes. For ex: Mercury conjunct mercury in 3rd H - a siblings or cousin may have something important occur in their life.

You can make a final choice on education - switching your program/major, switching schools, going back to school, leaving school, etc.

SR ASC in 12th House

This can be a year where you feel left out/isolated. You should check for other placements in 12th and where the ruler of this house is placed. EX: 12th H leo - Sun in 3rd H - you can become distant from siblings or cousins, you can feel excluded. You may think life is moving forward without you.

A positive manifestation would be getting rest. You can intentionally be slowing down your lifestyle. You care more for deeper and meaningful experiences rather than just having tons of friends and going out all the time.

SR ASC conjunct SR Mars in Leo

You can have a lot of energy this year. This can be a comeback type of year if you channel that energy correctly. You could find yourself being more social and motivated. You could develop interest in becoming more active. You are more active physically and/or socially.

House placement and the entire chart will influence this.

SR ASC conjunct Venus in Scorpio

This is a transformative year. You can change your appearance. You can feel more attractive.

If other placements indicate it, this can be a year where your relationship goes through a transformation. EX: You break up and become focused on a post-breakup glow up. You become obsessed with finding a new partner.

House placement and the entire chart will influence this.

SR Venus conjunct Uranus

This can bring sudden and shocking developments to your relationships or/and money/possessions. For ex in the 7th H: This can be a sudden breakup - you didn't see it coming and destabilizes you.

SR Uranus conjunct SR DSC

similar to the above, this shows sudden and sometimes shocking changes to your relationships. This isn't always romantic, it can be friends and even business. EX: SR Uranus conjunct SR DSC in 10th H - Changes in partnership affect your status and reputation. You go from single to suddenly engaged or from taken to broken up suddenly.

SR Mars in First House

This brings more energy to the person. However, it can be somewhat hostile and aggressive energy. EX: You are motivated by a breakup to improve your life (Mars in this position is opposite any planets in the 7th).

Occasionally, if backed up by other indicators in 10th H and to MC, this can be a "fall from grace" type situation. I have observed this in the chart of someone who had a overall difficult year due to a breakup creating chaos in social circles.

SR Jupiter conjunct NN

This only happens every 12 years and if it is conjunct in your natal, it emphasizes this will be important. The entire chart will show if its good, bad or neutral.

Generally, this makes one want to become more connected to their religion or philosophies. You can become more educated on topics of interest - even if they aren't religion related. You simply seek the truth this year.

If in the sign of gemini, you can become more social and outgoing. You can desire new friendships/social network.

If Jupiter is in retrograde, the same may apply but there may be a connection to the past. For ex: You connect with your oldest friends more than the new/recent.

You find a mentor type of person enter your life or you could be stepping into a mentorship role for someone else. It all depends on entire chart, remember these observations aren't taking into consideration the natal which will truly determine the outcome.

SR Venus conjunct Mars

This can bring scandals, conflict and passion depending on signs and house. I think a lot of people think of this as a relationship indicator, but one thing I have noticed is if it is a new relationship its usually "scandalous" - ex: cheating/affairs.

In the 8th H, I have observed this as the person cheating and as a result breaking up.

Mars naturally is a "cutting" energy. It can show a romantic partner being cut out of your life. See where Natal Venus is placed and which houses it rules to see what could be under conflict.

Accuracy will depend on ENTIRE chart especially the natal. If it is not shown in natal, it will not occur.

SR ASC in 7th House + SR Jupiter in 7th H

This shows focus in on relationships. You are highly likely to desire a romantic partner. If you have one, you desire the next step - moving in, engagement, wedding, etc.

Jupiter is likely to attempt to expand your relationships if not harshly placed. The degree of Jupiter can show what kinds of friends you are making/meeting - ex: 9 degrees, they can be foreign, students, teachers, sag placements, etc.

SR Mars conjunct SR Uranus in 6th H

This can indicate sudden events related to health and routine. You can change jobs, you can find people are hostile in the workplace. You can get a pet. You can struggle with health issues. You could even suddenly find out your pregnant - this would require other indicators in the 5th H.

Solar Return Chart Observations v1

Now that I am nearing my solar return of 2024, I was hoping to recap and try to digest what my previous charts connected to. It was a very big year for me and I hope those with relatively similar placements may find something within it too.

SR Sun in the 12th house brought out a period of my life where my identity has been the topic of the season. I felt more illusive and there were also several external factors that brought said behavior out of me, such as questions arising out of education, career, and relationships. Everything was muddled, but crystal clear at the same time. During the beginning of the cycle, it was hard to distinguish between the two. Though 12th house energy can be heavy, by leaning into it and learning how to explore the depths and evasiveness further, I was able to genuinely discover the core of who I was. This is the perfect opportunity to discover YOU. (special mention: SR asc. within the 24°)

SR Venus in Cancer was a doozy, but one I am incredibly grateful towards. Naturally, Cancer sits within the 12th house of my natal chart, which I think amplified the emotional disturbances I have felt within the year. Ironically, romance has been fun and flirty, but the foundations of love have deeply altered me. What a home means and what it means to be loved was a huge growth aspect to overcome. Having deeper respect towards the innocence of things. (special mention: SR venus within the 24°)

SR 2nd House Ruler in Libra Moon had me spending a well-deserved, but focused attention onto self-care products and beautification of things. Compared to my natal chart and prior years, there has been a tendency for more emotionally-driven purchases, but ones that are teaching me to splurge out of love, not in lack. Watching my spending, but not naturally degrading myself for being "frivolous" ultimately strengthened my relationship with money for the better. Balance.

SR 10th House Ruler in Saturn/Uranus was quite noted throughout the year. Establishing identity has not only been a requirement, but almost chaotic and unpredictable force. My relationships with others no longer are the same, because the independence I had to adapt to greatly improved in its directness. Perception of the public was a core battle of the mind, but incredibly freeing. Others saw it too. Not everybody liked it. Potentially might be a lonelier year if this placement is within your chart, but it could remain the opposite depending on other factors. Not something to be discouraged by, since it is made for you to revel in becoming an abnormality. That, for others, can be intimidating. That does not make you wrong for it.

SR Pluto in Retrograde in the 8th House I can almost guarantee dominated every action and thought I have taken within the past year. It was an energy that not only requested, but demanded re-visiting past cycles that were considered "forbidden." I was continuously picking at wounds and other's, until I fell in love with the darkness again. Some may struggle more in this energy than others, but pulling off the bandaid over and over until there is enough breathing room to heal can prevent the resurfacing. "Until again..." typa energy. (special mention: SR pluto within the 0°)

Dua Lipa got engaged... let's check this.

First of all congratulations to her for her engagement! In my post about celebrities predictions for the year for their solar returns, I said something would happen in her love life: "Dua Lipa is also going to have more recognition this year, she can also have more success for a project, but she has a good reputation. She can also be more public about a relationship, officially going out together. There is a positive change coming. She is more focus on work this year."

Now, checking her Solar Return, it makes so much senses she got engaged:

We can see here she has Venus ruling her 7H and so Pluto rules her 1H. She was gonna live an event this year that would change her identity. Pluto rules 1H and it is in the 3H. Change of identity because of a proposal. It makes a lot of sense. Coming back to the 7H, it is indeed ruled by Venus, and the ruler is in 10H. Something official would happen in her love life this year. Something you show off, something considered important. Uranus is in the 7H, so a change will be unexpected. Indeed, she got proposed to, usually something you do not expect. This level up the relationship. Moreover, Uranus being in the 7H and the 7H ruler (Venus) trine each other. it indicates a very positive change in her love life, she is happy, perhaps surprised but not shocked. People are indeed also happy for her. Venus also conjunct Union, so perhaps this can indicate also a proposal.

Once again, proof Uranus 7H isn't necessarily a bad thing. Here Uranus did a good thing in her Solar Return!

syrinx (3360) 8H sextile moon 7H: somehow represents how I dealt with disappointment, in this case emotionally (moon). the house syrinx is in represents in which area happens. the moon house represents how emotionally I dealt with the situation and what affected me. in this case, my moon 7H represents I was affected by a friendship I thought was a friendship but in the end it was never reciprocated, 7H doesn’t necessary means lovers or enemies but also represents the shadow side of ourselves or of the person you’re referring to, is used to appear after the idealization part. in every type of relationships happens, that’s what my psychologist said🤓. I felt disappointed bc I saw the shadow side of this person, he wasn’t really my friend. sextile says I did great in managing the situation, that i cried about it and I turned the page and learned about it. syrinx 8H tells me what caused my disappointment, that was a non superficial topic at all, also that there’s a new beginning behind of all of it.

jokaste (899) retrograde square neptune 11H: jokaste means something that’s “bad but it’s true”. so I basically told someone I knew for a day I wanted to date him, I was idealizing him so much and didn’t want to admit the truth (he ghosted me and that indicates their position) but i tried so hard to maintain this idealized image of him. later, very later 😭 I finally realized (retrograde). the 11H of neptune represents my wishes and dreams. jokaste square neptune signifies it was difficult for me to accept the truth. neptune creates confusion between intuition and reality and in this case, about my wishes.

mars trine uranus: felt an impulsive emotional need to make something out of the blue for their sake, to reaffirm their way of being. I made an impulsive decision due to boredom and needed to make something. went to a festival and they pierced my ear, months later I had to remove it bc they did it bad

chiron 15° 7H trine ascendant: lunar return is more about our inner world, how are feeling, emotional focus, etc. there’s a lesson you’re learning that would affect your whole view or mood of the month. I read my brother’s moon return and the month her toxic gf broke up with him he had this aspect. house of chiron indicates where this lesson happens and the degree is how. the degree is a Gemini degree, she manifested it verbally and in a logical form, what I’ve got. he was devastated, even he had uranus opposition ascendant, evidencing he had no idea what was coming.

jupiter 1H square MC: you could find yourself feeling a little bit down or blaming every complex situation on your “bad luck” respecting your reputation or career. you could feel aspects of your identity could complicate your reputation.

sun square libby (5672): libby asteroid meaning fated connections. the main topic on that month would be connected with a fated connection. ik someone who got engaged on that time of her lunar return, I imagine she was meditating her new future life with this connection.

uranus on natal 4H: I moved out to another house, and everything was new to me, I felt nostalgic about my old home but I had the feeling it was for the better.
