Prototype number 9: White chimera

Mixed with horse, caterpillar and slug and attribute of hope. The little being is blind and since he was born he had to learn to see the world in a different way. Volhutt told me that even though he doesn't have eyes that won't limit him in this world, and that her is very beautiful. Generally acts more like a human horse, is very calm. The prototype demonstrated the ability to have omnikinesis at a high level and matter manipulation at a medium state. She is very sociable and friendly, her physical structure is stable, she passed her tests successfully in 3 days, very effectively maybe she is smarter than I thought. Mass production will be carried out as soon as possible. The creature usually sleeps a lot as she gets tired very frequently, ironically I have no idea if she is asleep or awake as she sleeps standing up, a rather strange habit, she usually does not open her eyes, she only opens them when she is using her powers. Without a doubt a fascinating specimen!

Prototype number 10: Black chimera

Mixed with wild cats, an octopus and a worm and the attribute of hate. The small being has a unique physical structure is intangible and tangible at the same time at will. He also has a fanaticism about consuming darkness and shadows of food, he normally acts more like a human octopus, but still retaining his wild side and dexterity of a human wildcat is very restless and somewhat absent-minded for some reason. The prototype demonstrated the ability to copy the powers of its rivals at an almost perfect level and move through the shadows of living beings or objects. To my surprise, it is very friendly and adapts quickly to its environment, ironically the creature does not have any shadow and its physical structure is stable, it passed its tests successfully in an about 3 weeks, it took a little longer than I expected since the prototype did not I understood the emotions of living beings for the most part. My youngest son had to help me on many occasions with this specimen to make it as sociable as possible, at first it didn't go very well so to speak. But, over time the prototype 10 became opened with my son and formed a bond of trust and loyalty. To the point that they became as close and sticky as gum, they ate together, played together and slept together, they even went to the bathroom together, for the love of science damn! who does that!!! Mass production will be carried out as soon as possible. My son told me this morning that he wanted to adopt the prototype, there is no problem on my part but I gave him only one condition if he wanted to keep the creature. Never ever! I should let the prototype try to eat my precious shadow again, one can't work in peace these days!

Prototype number 11: Silver chimera

Mixed with seahorses, a dove and a hummingbird and the attribute of Honesty. The little being is quite happy and direct, but he has a defect, he becomes obsessed with the order of the most complex or simple objects that surround him. He usually behaves more like a human pigeon, he demonstrated the ability to shrink his own body and that of his rivals without any limit, apparently luckily it is temporary and does not last long according to my calculations the effect of his ability lasts about 12 hours. To my surprise, the prototype can reverse it at will. Besides the fact that he likes very sweet food, a lot of fruits have been disappearing from my refrigerator lately, especially pineapples! I might have to put more cameras in my kitchen. He is very sociable and friendly, his physical structure is stable, he passed his tests successfully in 7 days, although he organized my documents almost all the time in each test, something that was a bit annoying. Mass production will be carried out as soon as possible! One day I went to the palace of the monarchs to look for more information about the weapons of antiquity and I found an extremely giant spider maid monster carrying an ancient car, I was scared shitless! Luckily the young woman saw me and recognized me immediately after leaving the car in another place, she headed in my direction and began to shrink to a normal height, she said her name was Muffet and that she planned to visit me in my laboratory. I was quite intrigued by his ability, when her finished his exhausting work she explained to me that he was looking for me to create an object that would help him carry out and facilitate his daily life to make his work more bearable. I automatically said yes and the next day I showed him the prototype in my laboratory, at first she wasn't entirely convinced and told me that maybe it was a joke or something. I told her that he would not regret his decision and that adopt the prototype 11! Since both are similar to each other in many aspects, for some reason the problem of missing fruits was solved the next day!

Prototype number 12: Red chimera

Mixed with lizards, a chihuahua dog and a mosquito and the attribute of determination. The little being is happy and curious about his environment, he really likes helping others, he demonstrated abilities to climb walls, create quite resistant force fields, suck blood to increase his physical strength and not to mention that he can fly without the need for wings. He was created based on prototype 1 to help and cure him, he is practically like his younger brother. It has more similarities with a human domestic dog, but its behavior is more of a human mosquito, it is very sociable and friendly, its physical structure is stable. He passed his tests successfully in 2 days, he is very efficient and fast, perhaps the determination in his being has something to do with it. Prototype 1 was taken out of its suspension chamber and put in contact with prototype 12 and surprisingly they like each other quite a bit. The creatures spend almost all their time playing in the laboratory and prototype 1 has not eaten anything suspicious at the moment, apparently every food that I give to prototype 1 is automatically given to prototype 12 even though it clearly shows symptoms of wanting to eat, he puts up with it. A rather negative behavior that I have noticed since he puts his brother as a priority before himself. Despite this it will be under observation and I will subject it to more tests, I have discovered so far that the blood of prototype 12 can neutralize and repair the physical structure of prototype 1. For now it is a great advance! the only problem now would be the mind and abnormal gluttony that the creature suffers from. Today a second, quite particular human arrived in the land of monsters. He has a light blue sweater with violet stripes, and his appearance is similar to Asgore's adopted son. What's the worst that can happen!

Just realised the CT Wierd Route sets up a kinda depressing but interesting scenario. Chara is dead (by their own volition), and Asriel likely would have to leave QC's with their body (parallels). I can see Asriel getting a *kinda* similar arc to Flowey after this, alongside maybe Kris becoming pretty jaded. After all, the price for their freedom was a human soul. Snowgrave is stopped, but Berdly never gets better, Noelle and Kris are still scared of each other, the class still feels a little emptier each day. And, when they graduate and prepare to move for Uni or apprenticeships, the class photo just seems like someone is missing.

Damn, that is one hell of a hard pill to swallow. THE PARALLELS THOUGH.

Chara was really hoping you'd leave on your own accord, but when you didn't... their soul just couldn't handle it and it shattered :(. And the parallel of Asriel having to carry out Chara- gosh dang thats so sad. He'd probably spiral into himself after having yet another one of his friends die (Dess and Chara), feeling it was his fault again. And Kris would have to live with the guilt of knowing they inadvertently killed Asriel's friend and the one person to know what they were going through.

And Frisk...they got the news the day after.

What will I write?

Simple, I'll write almost anything. I focus mainly on darker fics because that's what I'm good at, which means smut and yandere themes are totally on the table. HOWEVER. The last chapters were really sad to read, poor Chara, their depression and their past seems to resurface as sin, and Frisk, seeing him with no emotion, just seeming to be tired, it's sad to see him like that, they Both of them will surely take time to recover mentally after what happened with Alphys, and their relationship with Alphys has surely deteriorated to its lowest point. I Hope you are too ok mentally right now.

(Okay, I am very sorry, there is a looot of questions rolled into one here, and you don't have to answer all of them or even any of them, it's just...that since I heard you also like the headcanon, I wondered if you had any specifics? or....well, wanted to think of some? so I kinda made a list of things to just...think about? if you hadn't already?) (I am also aware that college Friskriel may carry more novelty for me, who normally thinks of flowey and frisk in their pre-teen and early teen stages, than you who made two whole fanfics with them as older teens and young adults)

who are Frisk's parents/guardians here? are they currently happy with their family situation?

how (and when) did they meet? (since Az's coming back for Christmas (it's probs autumn right now cause orange leaves) for the first time since leaving, that means he's spent one term at college so far)

It's absolutely fine, no need to apologize, I'm honestly kind of impressed? If AU surveys exist, I would classify this as one!

I have one issue that I'm very guilty of, I have only played chapter 1 of Deltarune, once, and right after it was released, I was in the middle of writing the Growing Pains series when both chapters came out and I was concerned it would throw off my focus, and many other silly reasons, so, I never got into Deltarune- BUT, I am interested in some of the characters.

(I also don't ship Asriel/Flowey with anyone else but Frisk (I've gotten too comfortable with my own AU's and my brain just won't let me think of him being with anyone else at this point, I think it's broken, lol) so I have no idea what Dessriel is.)

Because I still like the idea of the AU, and because Growing Pains 2 had a short college arc, I already have something I can work with, I'm happy to say I can answer a good chunk of your questions.

I'll start simple!

Asriel is studying to become a doctor, but really wants to be an astronomer, he goes to a co-ed college, his roommate ends up being a three eyed, purple slime monster named Grreth (but prefers to go by J.J.) (if you've read Growing Pains 2, you already know who he is, I just couldn't help but add him in because him and Flowey becomes such good friends :p)

Frisk is also studying to become a doctor, they really love to help people, but quickly discover that it's a bit difficult for them and they're considering leaving to switch to something more art-based, maybe they'll become an art teacher instead? But after meeting Asriel and discovering that he's actually their dorm neighbor, and are guilt-tripped by their aunt, they decide to stick to it.

They have a roommate who's a human, who's name is Alice, Frisk has a crush on her at first- until Alice reveals that she's already dating someone and then is rarely seen much after that due to becoming busy with classes and other things, leaving Frisk to have the dorm room all to themselves, it's pretty lonely until they become good friends with both Asriel and J.J.

My Frisk's story is that they're nonbinary (AFAB), Filipino, and lost their parents in a car accident at the age of nine, so they were raised by their aunt (Ligaya) and cousin (Andres) (who is like an older brother to them).

Fortunately, their family is okay with monsters, but kind of clueless about them due to the fact that they live in an all-human neighborhood, so when Frisk goes to college and meets Asriel and all these other monsters, they're very starstruck and amazed, and by the looks of it, Kris seems to be the only human Asriel knows, so he's also starstruck and amazed by Frisk as well, they hit things off very fast.

Frisk's family isn't as well off as Asriel's is, so they work two jobs to help pay off their college debt; one at an adorable bakery (which Asriel comes by often as an excuse to see them, usually bringing J.J. along at first and then later, alone) Frisk's second job is at the college's library, which, Asriel also loves to visit them at, they steal loving glances at each other while he's trying to study.

After they start dating, Asriel starts stressing out because he runs out of allowance money because he keeps wanting to buy Frisk's gifts and take them to nice places on their dates, so he takes up a job as a florist, and because both of his parents are gardeners and he has an eye for making things look good-he's ends up being very good at his job.

Because Frisk's family is cool with monsters in my AU, I can't see any reason why they would keep the relationship secret... although, they'd probably be apprehensive about voicing the relationship or showing any PDA in the beginning because there are groups on both sides that very highly disapprove/hate monster/human relationships, and Asriel and Frisk don't want either to get hurt.

-Fun stuff!-

Asriel admits his feelings first by writing a love letter and sticking it under Frisk's dorm room door, they get it immediately and write him one back and stick it under his door, he then urgently runs out of his dorm to theirs and they practically tackle each other with an embrace, a week after that they have their first kiss.

After getting deeper into their romantic relationship, Frisk thinks Asriel is gorgeous and likes to jokingly flirt about practicing their art by drawing/painting him in the nude (insert Titanic joke here), he always blushes and laughs and the moment goes on, but one day he goes "but who will be the nude one, me or you?"

They go to a few parties, both as a couple and as a trio with J.J., most of them go well, but there are few instances where Asriel nearly gets in a fight with a guy who is coming on too strong toward Frisk, and nearly gets another fight when J.J. gets bullied- and if things go wrong, the three of them leave to go have their own fun.

One day J.J. comes back to the dorm room with pot brownies and shares them with Asriel and Frisk, it ensues a very funny adventure between the three of them, and after that, they use pot brownies to celebrate big accomplishments instead of alcohol after Asriel suffers from the worst hangover ever that ended with him hospitalized.

Things get a little awkward when J.J. admits that he has a bit of a crush on both Asriel and Frisk, but they both let him down gently and they manage to continue being best friends, however, by the end of that month, J.J. meets a dorky cute trans girl and they slowly fall in love.

Asriel and Frisk are both very supportive of each other and help each other with school work, they're even supportive of each other's wishes and desires to do other things, even if it means they'd end up going to different colleges in the future... but they also like the idea of opening up a small health clinic together as a married couple, treating and healing both humans and monsters alike.

-Bringing Frisk to his home-

Asriel brings Frisk home, first introducing them as his best friend but realizes how serious he feels for them and quickly reintroduces them as his romantic partner.

Kris is jealous in the beginning, because here they were waiting all this time to spend time with their older brother, but nooo, he has no time for them due to practically being attached to Frisk at the hip- but being the good brother he is, he catches this before it's too late and makes time for them and Frisk ends up bonding with Toriel and Asgore, they remind them of their parents.

When Frisk finds out that Kris was jealous, and as a person with an older brother figure, they understand and make a point to hang out with them, telling them if they had met earlier before they started dating Asriel, they would have asked for Kris's blessing first- it's a funny thing to say, but Frisk is so serious and sincere about it that Kris can't help but start to like them.

Once they warm up to Frisk and the idea of the relationship, Kris definitely begins teasing them about everything, it embarrasses Asriel but Frisk finds a lot of funny and takes most of the teasing in stride.

Asriel then introduces Frisk to his neighborhood friends and takes them on a few dates around town in the process, it doesn't take long for Frisk to fit into the family and town.

Frisk becomes like an older sibling to Kris, and even if Kris wants to be a monster, they find comfort in bonding with them over human-related things.

-Bringing Asriel to Frisk's home-

Frisk's aunt Ligaya is very charmed by Asriel and treats him like a son, however Andres, who is protective over Frisk, grills Asriel with a hundred questions, by the end of it, Andres is annoyed that he's charmed by Asriel too.

Asriel gets introduced to Filipino food! He ends up really liking it, and on a much later visit, he helps Ligaya cook and sneakily learns how to cook Frisk's favorite foods.

Ligaya doesn't let them sleep in the same bed at her house until they're much later married (she doesn't care if they've tangoed or not, it's not happening!) So, he sleeps in Andre's room (he has a bunk bed), where he is further grilled by Andres, Asriel comically does not sleep well.

KRIS (they/he) two years prior to susie and kris discovering the first dark fountain, kris is actually controlled by the player basically completely! in this time kris doesn’t even have control of their tone of voice, basically just watching everything from the third person perspective. its only when susie and kris jump into the dark world that kris finally has control of their body again! after this is established, we find that kris only has control of their body inside the dark world. strangely, the player is not aware of this and believes that they pass out whenever they enter the dark world

SUSIE susie is pretty much a completely different person due to a different upbringing. she’s a transfer student from out of town, and she grew up as the “weird kid” but mastered the art of friendly extrovertism, making her seem less scary when her rbf isn’t shining through. she and the player become fast friends, and she recognizes that the kris in the light world and the dark world are two completely different people, but she doesn’t often shine light on this until its at lancer’s expense. she’s also very smitten towards noelle once she joins in on the dark world adventures

RALSEI for convenience purposes he has an official origin. ralsei is kris��� childhood goatsona that manifested itself into a cheeky little shit. ralsei is pretty much completely aloof and indifferent to everything including the prophecy and everyone’s responsibilities. he basically acts as a storyteller at the beginning until he sees that kris and susie don’t know what tf they’re doing and act as their occasional guide. he doesn’t like getting told what to do and will do the opposite of whatever kris and susie command

NOELLE she has a falling out with “kris” (the player) in which they completely ignore her for two years. paired with the disappearance of december holiday, this breaks her and she doesn’t get out of her very deep depression until berdly essentially pulls her out by the leg and they become 4lifers bffs. because of this she becomes more brash and blunt and overall just more confident! in chapter 2 when kris encounters her again, it takes almost the whole chapter for her to believe him when they say that they were being possessed by a freak for two years. also suselle is real

BERDLY this little fuck basically does not change. the biggest thing he got going for him is that he’s just getting his attention euphoria from being the class clown, paired with noelle being his confidante and best friend. to this extent he gets really self conscious when she and kris become friends again and thinks hes getting left behind also he gets a crush on literally everyone. he just happens to land on kris by the latter half of the story! noelle for the two years before the story, susie when oh shit yeah susie gets kidnapped by the queen instead of noelle, ralsei when he makes a reference to some hit mobile game…and kris for being kris. kris is thoroughly amused and goes along with it because it pisses off the player but eventually grows fond of berdly and gags a little sometimes but its ok

asriel dreemurr is majoring in code. he actually didn’t know what to do with himself and went through a huge slump until meeting chara and they became best friends. he talks about kris like hes dead sometimes because the player stopped calling asriel nightly. he longs for a meetcute coffee shop romance but is also drowning in the aroace agenda

chara undertale (they/he) kind of just picked up asriel one day. they have matching heart lockets. they major in law, specifically interspecies relations, and suffer from extreme cases of ocd but they cope because they have to take care of their younger sibling, frisk undertale (they/them) who has to be homeschooled after getting expelled for successfully liberating their middle school. they hang out in the dorm room and sometimes get babysat by papyrus or clover...also frisk makes the player uncomfortable.

w.d. papyrus is the best! he absolutely loves being in the culinary course and loves his older brother even more. he curses a lot but not to the point where its obnoxious, still obsessed with being liked so he drags his friends to every party ever and makes them dress up in slutty outfits. they’re adults so its ok

clover ketsukane (he/they) does not drive the plot at all actually they’re actually just there for chara’s gay extremities. chara loves their girlfriend. clover is the campus gardener and lives on his parents, ceroba and starlo’s, ranch and is super friendly and thats kind of all they do.

other random facts!

after being declared Not Missing, december holiday hangs out with the college gang, roomies with paps, convinced asriel not to snitch until they came home for break. actively the roaring knight. any other further details are hereby unclear until further notice

umm ok nothing i get hyperfixated on escapes the "what if" au shenanigans. everyone's story changes just a little bit

ralsei is much more aloof about the prophecy and responsibility. his role in chapter 1 is akin to a prophet rather than a guide, and he only tags along because kris and susie don't look like they know what they're doing and he felt bad

spamton becomes very attached to noelle in chapter 2

berdly gains a crush on literally everyone. he just happens to land on kris at the latter half of the story

sean just kind of hoards all the minibosses (jevil, spamton) in his shop. noelle doesn't like sean

susie doesn't hide her tail after being encouraged by queen, who chooses susie to kidnap during chapter 2

lancer develops world peace within the dark world and is elected king of the not-so-empty kingdom

the player is the one constantly drinking the milk alphys puts out

mad/mew and asgore real. trust. no really look at this

there was this guy named frisk (yes like undertale) at my uni who i used to be in the same largeish circle with before it came out that he was a rapist. from what i heard he spent most of the last semester having sex with ugly white men (and not cleaning up, you could smell it from the hallway) so he's dropping out. lol
