Cater Diamonds - low-key relatable to me. BUT. His slang gets annoying after a while. His constant posting without peoples permission is weird too. Picture this. He's meeting your family for the first time, and you sit to have dinner. 7/10 he seems to be a pretty sweet and understanding person, just needs better ways to express himself . Also he calls your mother queenie.

Trey Clover - he’s an interesting guy. You'll typically see him as an npc, but he's much more than that. Have you seen his *tips fedora * "m'lady" stare?? Yeah there's definitely something strange going on there. He's a pretty family oriented guy tho, and he loves to bake for his s/o and to provide comfort and care.

8/10 he's probably one of the more normal ones that I would actually date. Or be friends with. Just keep one eye open when your sleeping with ur with him tho

Ace Trappola- I don't understand how someone could even like him. He's the kinda kid to push you off the swing during recess and when you tell the teacher he'll go like "NUH UH!! THEY HIT ME FIRST!!" . Plus he's canonically not a good partner lmaoooo

3/10 he’s not even a middle schooler. Too pebble brained. Don't date a gremlin like him. maybe if he finds someone like him he might maintain a steady relationship.

Deuce Spades- no thoughts head empty. He needs a little direction in life but he's got a goal in mind. He's a lil stupid but he's getting there. He's such so sweet and silly you have to love him. But he needs to mature a bit before entering a long term relationship 

6/10 not my type, I would go for his mom instead. Plus his dad is literally dr.eggman, that explains everything. but yeah he's got what It takes, be kind to him. He's fragile. Like an egg.

If you do manage to get him attached to you it'll take him a while to fully love you as much as you love him, as well as put in the same amount of effort .

7/10- I don't think he genuinely needs a partner. He's got his own issues to sort out. But when he falls, he falls hard. I wonder how hard his abs are.

Ruggie Bucchi - Rugbartholomew !!!! The scrunkly. The scrimp. It'll be so fun horsing around with this guy. Being his s/o is like being his partner in crime. It'll be fun, and you guys support each other . He really cares abt his loved ones and always tries to bring something to the table for them, literally and metaphorically. Midnight runs to seven eleven. He's working 10 jobs at a time. He's EMPLOYED. He's a boyemployee. He just needs his girlboss to complete him.

5/10 he's a bit scummy tbh. It'll take him a while to fully trust someone. He’d do some sleazy things for money. It also gives you the ick when he smells donuts and starts floating towards them.

Jack Howl- he's surprisingly normal. He's got a set sleep schedule , he's healthy, he has set routines, and healthy coping mechanisms. But that's the thing. as much as he is such a caring and gentle lover, these routines take up most of his life and time. He would be waking you up at ungodly hours for a morning jog only for you to pass out midway to Mount Kilimanjaro. .

7/10 -he dates for marriage, and he’s really serious about his future and starting a family. So he’s such a loyal and protective guy. He's just too much of a gym bro. He prefers pre-workout over partners. Also he unironically likes alpha/werewolf quotes.

Azul Ashengrotto- I love him so much. He's so me guys you don't get it (capitalism) but that aside, HES SO DAMN WEIRD LMAOOOOOO like he thinks he has rizz but he just looks like a Reddit 'nice guy'. Legitimately says m'lady. He gives off the fake dating trope to me. He'd date you to get something out of you but then actually fall hard bc he's touch starved and longs to feel emotionally vulnerable but is afraid of it. So he's an absolute mess in a relationship and needs a lot of reassurance. But yeah he's pretty bitchless 

7/10 he's gorgeous, but he sounds like that one pufferfish singing thing. I relate to him a lot so he gets points. Also since his parents are divorced he definitely has a high divorceability. I have a theory in the works that since we don't know who his biological father is, it might just be Mr. Krabbs. Like it's never said he's a full octopus (to my knowledge). Floyd Leech- he drank battery acid as a baby. Like dude you're in love with a nuclear fission bomb. If you like Floyd, you're just as fucked up as he is. It's okay tho, he's a very physically affectionate guy and may be overly possessive and obsessive but that's just his charm dw abt it. He also does thing like "if you hug me, expect a little nibbling on your earlobe 😝" and he bites off your entire ear.

2/10 his kisses taste like fish and sheet metal, and he licks short peoples heads when no one's looking. 

Jade Leech- if you saw him eat mushrooms well no you didn't because if he eated mushrooms then he would have not eating mushroom bc no . His version of love is psychological warfare . He’s a mysterious guy. Let's set a scenario for him. You're sitting in the monstro lounge. You see a tall, dark and handsome man across the bar with a mysterious aura. You catch his gaze and quickly dart your eyes away. But his never stop staring at you. He comes up to you and you guys chat naturally . He buys you a drink, your favorite actually. He knows all the ways to make you swoon. He’s so dreamy. Then he says that he put cyanide in your drink as joke. Then he lets it slip he's been stalking you for days. You find out his a wanted criminal. And end scene. Yeah that's romance with him. 

4/10 he's an attentive and observant guy, but sadly that's way before you guys are dating and he's a psych ward escapee.

Like everyone wishes to be beautiful, in some sort of way. I think in a relationship he'll need some reassurance about his looks, but also about it his partner only wants him for his looks. I don't think he actually has high standards, he would probably want someone pretty normal, but also takes good care of themselves, not just appearance-wise.

He genuinely has dabbled in many different things over the years , so he'll never run out of stories to tell. Many 3 am Minecraft dates. Those upside down  Spider-Man kisses. "i- i guess so." you managed to stutter out before heading up to the room at the end of the hallway, jiwoong's room.

you hated to admit it, especially knowing how many people swooned over your best friend's brother, but the longer time went on the more you felt yourself developing what you could only consider a crush on the boy; completely against your own will. it wouldn't have gotten this bad had you been able to avoid him, but when his younger brother is your best friend and you practically live at their house, he tends to be apart of your days more often than you know what to do with.

knocking lightly on the door you wait a moment, hearing some shuffling before the door opened. "you know," he smiled, his eyes lighting up so soon into your conversation, "i'm on the dance team, you should come watch us sometime!" you couldn't help but mirror his expression as you tried not to dwell on the way your heart sped up.

you hesitantly grabbed the box off of your bed, not having any clue what it could be. tearing through the messily strewn together paper and tape, you were met with a box, looking to matthew in curiosity only for him to urge you to continue. when you took the lid off, the sides of the box collapsed, revealing pictures of you from when you were kids up until graduation on layers of colorful paper and stickers. in the middle of it all was another, smaller box. lifting the lid off you revealed a cute charm of your favorite character attached to a keychain of a spotify code.

"it's a playlist i made for you," he couldn't contain the smile on his face at your excitement over the gift. "plus it's on a keychain so even when we are busy, you'll always have something to remind you of me with you." you couldn't help the tears pooling at your eyes, or the words threatening to spill. "god, i love you." you breathed out, your stomach doing flips at the confession.

"i love you too y/n." he smiled, a little taken aback by the confession as it wasn't something you two said lightly. you sighed, "no matthew, i love you. more than i should as your best friend." it took him a moment to realize what you were implying but once he connected the dots, it hit him like a truck, pulling you in for a hug as he picked you up off the floor.

you let out a giggle at the sudden action, not even thinking about what it could mean until he set you down and you noticed the way his cheeks had flushed a deep crimson red. "i'll say it again, i love you too y/n."

Grian looks over at his phone from where he's been painting his nails. It is 11:34 PM here on Hermitcraft, and he and Mumbo are having a guy's night. It's traditional; Mumbo being on a trip right now isn't about to stop them, now is it? That's what video calls are for.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, if I'd been in that Double Life thing, I - well, goodness, I didn't do so well at Last Life, you killed me so early, I barely got to experience the endgame, I went right after Jimmy, I mean -"

"Are you trying to make me feel bad again?" Grian asks, gesturing with the brush from his nail polish.

"No, no, I know you wouldn't apologize. You still haven't, after all," Mumbo says cheerfully.

"Mumbo, everyone had a soulmate, that's how the game worked," Grian says.

"It would have been an odd number of people," Mumbo says.

"We would have - Lizzie would have done it. Maybe she would have been your soulmate. Game wouldn't have worked if you were on your own." Grian looks back down at his nails. "It was all about - look, Mumbo, the whole thing was about keeping each other alive."

"And killing each other," Mumbo says.

"Well, yes, that too," Grian says. "And killing the others." He pauses. "Each other. And - you phrased that oddly. The point was not to kill your soulmate. The point was the opposite of that, really."

"But you did," Mumbo says with great concern.

"I - no, I didn't kill Scar, a warden killed me, which - I apologized," Grian says. "That's not - why do you think you wouldn't have a soulmate?"

"Well, uh, it will sound silly when I say it out loud," Mumbo says.

"Mumbo, we are having a guy's night. The whole point is saying things that sound silly when you say them out loud. All the things in the world you wouldn't say in front of anyone else. Mumbo, I just told you that I apologized to Scar. I wouldn't admit that to other people if I were being waterboarded."

"You know, I think you think that's charming sometimes," Mumbo says. "It's not."

"Ugh," Grian says.

"So can you!"

"Is it that obvious that I'm derailing - oh, well, uh, I suppose it is," Mumbo says.

"It's - I don't think I get attached to people quite like that, is all," Mumbo explains. "I don't think, um - well, you know, from how you all have talked about it. He pauses. Grian lets the silence linger. It is clear Mumbo is trying to figure out how to say something.

"Oh. I'm attached to you too? I think? Is that a normal thing to say? You know, I think there might also be something wrong with us, actually."

Grian cackles. "Yeah, that's about right, isn't it?"

Mumbo hums. "I mean, you did kill me," he says.

"You juiced me for my soul, don't you start -" Grian says, and the boy's night devolves back into familiar bickering. The coating on Grian's nails ends up uneven. They do not fall asleep until after one, and the next morning, Grian is exhausted and happy.

A/N: Soo I know I'm supposed to be working on Who is she? but this was just stuck in my head and I had to get the idea out. This will have multiple parts to it. Lmk if you guys want more of it. (This is kinda proofread)

Shuri and Riri were known for being very competitive. They'd see who could finish certain projects first or silly things like seeing who could finish eating first, but most of all they loved seeing who could get the girl first.

Who could fuck her before the other but in the end it always ended with both of them fucking some random and them leaving right after.

This whole thing was Shuri's idea, after losing her family she had developed a few bad habits, she'd drink, party and sleep with women, the ones who would be willing to hookup with no strings attached.

Riri saw this and although she was a bit worried she knew Shuri was a big girl and even when Riri said anything shuri would just shut it down, so the only thing Riri could do was try and be there just in case something happened.

So this is how they got in this predicament, one of their friends telling them everythig he knew about you which was. "Yeah nah thats Y/N, she bad as hell ain't she?"

Riri and shuri nodded as they observed you with your tight black dress on, hair pulled back in a ponytail showing off your black smokey eye makeup and glossed, plump, dark red colored lips, shuri wandered what they would feel like wrapped around her strap and Riri noticed how familiar you looked, like she had met you from before.

Their friend spoke up again. "I tried to get with her last semester but she was playing all hard to get and shii"

"did you ever get with her?" Riri asked. "Nah she real stuck up, acting like she better than everyone."

That's just what Shuri wanted; someone she could breakdown, a real challenge.

"How much you want to bet I could hit that?" Riri looked at Shuri offended as she let a soft scoff fall from her lips. "Nigga you couldn't bag a bitch as bad as her"

"Oh well that sounds like a challenge, two weeks, who ever sleeps with her first wins. Deal?" Shuri stuck her hand out ready to make the deal as Riri hesitantly took Shuri's hand firmly and shook it. "Deal"

Just as Riri let go of shuri's hand she got up and walked over to you who was leaning on a kitchen counter with a cup in hand.

"Hey how you doing pretty?"

"Oh hi" Riri was surprised at your voice; small, southern with a bit of sultriness to it, she would have never expected you to sound as you did. Your resting bitch face gave off the impression that your voice would sound smokey, low and honestly she thought you would be a bit bitchy, as in you would try and dismiss her for coming up to you. She didn't expect you to sound sweet like honey or for when she came over your eyes lit up as if you had been waiting for this moment.

"Oh wow, I'm sorry I just- I didn't expect you to sound like that" You giggle slightly at her words before responding. "Its fine, you would be surprised at how much people say that"

"Uh, I'm Riri, it's nice to meet you" Riri stuck her hand out and you took it, a bit taken aback at how her hands had a slight roughness to them while yours were soft and well moisturized. "I know who you are Riri." Riri furrowed her eyebrows confused at how you knew her, maybe it was just from around school. You noticed her confusion and gave her the same look with your head tilted, did she really not remember you? "We live across from each other.... we're in the same study group" You could tell when the realization hit Riri, what looked like disappointment flashed across her face. "Shit I'm sorry, I knew you looked familiar, I just forgot where"

"Its fine, I've been told I have a very forgettable face." Riri didn't laugh at first and instead looked apologetic but you were just joking of course. You knew Riri had a busy life, not only did she barely come to the study group you guys were in, you two hadn't crossed paths that many time and if you did it was a quick glance and small smile that usually occurred, never going as far as talking.

"Its ok you can laugh, its supposed to be funny" Riri's face was wiped of any uncertainty and instead you two shared the same sheepish chuckle not being able to look each other in the eye.

Its not that it was awkward or anything

you didn't know what it was, well you knew what it was for you. You were a bit nervous, you've had the biggest crush on Riri and honestly you were horrible at flirting, especially when you were put on the spot like this. If it was someone else than you would have been a bit more confident but this was Riri. Someone you were completely head over for. The whole party scene wasn't something you were used to nor was the dress and makeup, it was all a product of your friend Kourtney who had basically dragged you here, at first you were a bit upset but now you were glad you came.

"So uh... you wanna dance?" You looked up from your cup a bit surprised at Riri's question but before you could answer she grabbed your hand and led you to the center of the room where other sweaty bodies were grinding on each other to fast pace songs, that was until a slower song began to play. As the song started you look around to see people grinding on each other in sinful ways, slow dancing or for the people who didn't have anyone to dance with they sat and watch waiting for the next fast paced song to play. Riri began to slowly sway to the music as you stood awkwardly, her hand snaked around your waist pulling you close, you tensed up in response not used to something like this

Riri noticed how uncomfortable you seemed and leaned into your ear, her warm breath making you shiver. "I don't bite, you know" You lean in to hear her better. "I said I don't bite, not unless you want me to" You smile softly at her as she turns you so now your back is pressed against her front with your ass on her crotch.

You had fully went loose, slowly grinding and swaying to the music with Riri behind you, kissing on your neck setting off a fire in you, her lips on you felt so good, so right, like they were made for you.

"You wanna go upstairs ma?" You thought about her question at first, not sure if you should go but then you thought about the way she felt and her lips and their softness, you thought about how much you liked having her hands on you and how you needed them everywhere.

So your reply was obvious as you turned to face her. "I would love to"

She takes your hand, moving through the sea of bodies, as you guys go up the stairs and in one of the unoccupied rooms she sits you down on the edge of the bed with her on the other side of you. No words are passed between the two of you until Riri speaks up. "You ok? You seem a little nervous." You look up at her knowing that she was right, you were nervous. Once again this wasn't something you were used to, you had only ever been with one other person and they were the reason why you were the way you were, shy and reserved, and to some people boring and stuck up.

"Yeah I'm cool just a little nervous"

"There ain't nothing to be nervous about, I'm not gonna hurt you, just wanna make you feel good." Riri grabs your chin making you look at her. She pulls you closer until your lips are just barely touching, not wanting to wait anymore you capture your lips on hers.

They were just as you expected, soft, supple and honestly to you it appeared that she might have more than enough experience with this.

At first it started off with sweet small pecks that turned into something heated, Riri let go enough to bit your bottom lip making your mouth go ajar, she took the opportunity to slid her tongue in your mouth.

She gets a hold of your jaw making you tilt your head up to deepen the kiss, the taste of her cherry lip balm swarmed in your mouth making its way into your mind savoring the flavor, her flavor, her scent, the way her hand traveled up and down your body until it stopped to take hold of your breast with one gentle squeeze.

She was so addicting, everything else was wiped from your mind except the feeling of Riri, you wondered if you went through her mind just as she did with yours.

So when Riri pulled away you were confused, that was until you realized someone had been knocking on the door. She yelled out hoping the mystery person would leave.

"Yo its occupied." She turned back to you to resume your little makeout session but before she could a few more knocks and a voice cut it off. "It me Riri, we gotta go, some business to take care of." Riri got up clearly annoyed, she swung the door open coming face to face with Shuri who had a sly smirk on her face.

"Can't you go handle it yourself, I'm kinda in the middle of something." They both look back at you as you spoke up. "No I mean it's fine, you should go take care of your business, I should get going anyway my friends probably wondering where I went."

You got up heading toward the door but just as your about to walk out Riri grabs your arm. "Before you go let me get cha number, you know so we can finish what we started." She pulls her phone out so you can put your number in and you take it ready to do so. After you left, pushing pass Shuri and into the crowd.

"What the fuck, why would you do that?"

Shuri looks at Riri amused

"Do what?"

You see Kourtney walking up to her, she looks relieved as she grabs you by your shoulders. "God where have you been? I've been looking all over for you." You didn't reply. What would you have said, 'I was upstairs with Riri Williams about to sleep with her until Shuri Udaka, the queen on wakanda decided to interrupt'

There was to much to explain and you were not in the right mind set to explain it. "Can we just go? I don't want to be here anymore" Kourtney looked confused as you pulled her towards the door. "But what-"

"I'll explain later" You both get in the car, driving off to your apartment.

You had lived in a apartment with two of your best friends, Gina and Kourtney. They were your best friends since high school along with Ashlyn of course. You all had decided to go to MIT together which was the best decision ever made. You were here with your three best friends and it made you feel at home, they were like your sisters.

As you got back to your shared apartment, there sat Gina and Ashlyn waiting on the both of you. "Hey, how was the party?" Gina asked from the couch. "Hey, yeah it was cool" You replied as you walked into your bedroom. "Um are we gonna forget about earlier? You forgot to tell me what happened" Kourtney shouted out.

"I didn't forget I'm just- you know... coming down from it"

"Wait coming back from what? What happened?" Ashlyn asked confused just as everyone else. You walk out, now in sweatpants and a tank top. As you do you blurt out. "I almost had sex with Riri Williams"

You woke up, had forgotten about the events that occured last night. Instead you got out of bed, ate breakfast and just as you were about to get ready for the day someone knocked on the door.

Gina was the first to answer it while you began to pick out your outfit for the day.

You began to notice that you hadn't heard the door close but you had heard it open, so you walk out to see it anything had happened.

You had imagined that maybe it was the RA or an old friend so you walk out not expecting much.

But as to what was happening at the front door, it was actually something a lot different.

"Is Y/N here?"

"Um no... no she is not"

"Well do you know when she'll be home or at least where she'll be?"

Just as Gina was about to answer, you walked in

"Gigi who's at the door?" You stop in your tracks to see Shuri, sporting a black tracksuit with her signature black shades. You'd be lying if you said she didn't look good.

Both Gina and Shuri look at you and as they do the events of last night are flooded back in your mind.

"Y/N, do you mind if I talk to you?"

Shuri steps pass Gina as she closes the door. Gina walks back to her room hoping to forget all this happened.

As soon as she leaves you speak up. "Ok look if your here to like kill me or something then you should know I didn't even know you and Riri were in a relationship. If I did then I would have never-"

"You think I came here to hurt you for kissing my girlfriend?" Pure confusion was laced over Shuri's face. "Well I mean I would, or at least I'd be pretty upset, but you don't seem upset at all actually."

"Well that is because I'm not." Now instead of Shuri being confused you were.

"Ok so your not mad?"

"Not at all, in fact I'd love it if you were to join me at a party next week"

"Um I'm actually not very fond of parties"

"Well maybe we could grab a drink... at my place"

"You want to hang out at your place?" Shuri gives you a simple shake of her head. You think about it at first and there's only one clear answer.

"That sounds lovely Shuri but I'm gonna have to decline."

Shuri was filled with shock at your decline, this hadn't ever really happened before. Of course there were people who would say no for the fun of it but with you it seemed like you were completely uninterested.

"Ok well are you sure?"

"Positive, now if there isn't anything else you'd like to talk to me about then I suggest you leave."

You walk her out, closing the door as you head to get ready for your day.

While you put the final touches on your outfit and finish up your look, your phone goes off.

You look to see a unknown number but as you read the message you find out to see its Riri texting you a simple good morning text followed by 'how'd you sleep?'

You smile with the thought that Riri might have actually been thinking about you.

You text back with a good morning to start off, ending with 'I slept well, hbu?'

after that the two of you talked the whole day even when you two saw each other in a few classes. The day ended too soon and the only thing you could think about as you walked back to your dorm was how you couldn't wait to see her again.

The same thing went through Riri's head, she actually enjoyed talking to you. You weren't like the other brainless girls she normally spoke to.

She knew this would have to end soon but did it really?

Sorry for popping into your inbox so much. It’s just that I’m a beginner ceramicist and I’m fascinated and awed by your work. (It also doesn’t help that my irl teacher doesn’t know what she’s doing). I’ve got some questions about the way that you bring your adorable creechurs to life.

What is the method of layering clay and then carving out designs in the different coloured clay? I find it really interesting, tbh

Where does the process start? Do you like, start with a sketch? Or with like an “I want to make a cute creature.” Sorta vibe?

And uh, what kinds of glaze do you use? Any tips?

Hey, @drgalacticcandy! This ask (which please, never apologize for sending an ask! I love them!! Also thank you for your kind words about my work!) came at a perfect time because your first Q is answered by another ask I just responded to in great depth!

The technique where I carve out designs is called sgraffito & I just wrote a small novella about the technique here!

In terms of the creative process, it depends on the creature! Almost all of them need some sort of photo-reference at some point, especially the ones I want to look more like an actual creature that exists (eg. my bird ladies, the pod guys).

For things like the sphinxes and the ungulates, I did peek at some photo reference at the very start (looked at some cats for sphinx anatomy & lots of musk oxen & goats for the ungulates), but am now just going off of what's goopin' around in my brain. I do sometimes still do sketches for the designs I make a lot, especially when I want to do a new body shape, eg. this flying guy.

I did quite a few sketches for the Puffin BirdLady because I'd hardly even drawn puffins before, let alone sculpted one, but other birds I'm more familiar with (loons, ravens/crows) I just keep some photo ref up on my laptop in case I need to check a detail & go straight to sculpting.

Some of the simpler beasts I just go ahead and sculpt without any drawings, eg. the snats/slats (snailcats/slugcats) & the owlbears (tho I did look at a bunch of owl-face photo ref to inspire their patterns!):

I do find sketching especially useful for creatures that require some new engineering, eg. the sphinx dishes or fishbutts in new positions, as doing the drawings helps me work out how the various bits will attach together or what issues I might come up against while trying to sculpt a new pose.

And glazes...whew! I'm still SUCH a glaze newbie & really don't know anything about them yet. My usual tendency when encountering a new art adventure is to just dive in headfirst with minimal research and GO, which is mayyyyybe not the best with glazes??

And yet I still just see a pretty glaze and go OH HI I AM BUYING U NOW (with one caveat -- I always read the description and if it's described as a runny/difficult to use glaze I drop it and run because my sculptures are wee and I don't want any glaze floods in the kiln!).

I'm also lucky to have a really great kiln tech in my friend who fires my stuff who does actually know more about the chemistry of glazes, so sometimes I pass my flights of fancy by her to make sure I'm not doing anything silly. In terms of glaze brands, I love Amaco & Coyote, both of whom make plenty of beautiful glazes that are also easy to use.

For my sgraffito work, when I'm not glazing with clear glaze I put a variety of colours of celadon glaze overtop (most of mine are Coytoe brand). Celadons are translucent, so patterns will show through them - you can also do designs in underglaze and put a celadon glaze overtop & get some neat effects - below are some examples of celadons over sgraffito...

I know the glaze portion of this answer wasn't the most helpful, but there are definitely lots of forums & websites that contain loads of great info about all the alchemical intricacies of glazes! If you can befriend some potters IRL, that can also be an amazing resource for learning.

hello to both obey me fans and twisted wonderland fans with this one

Crossover fic (with kind of a Malleyuu-centric plot) where it's set in a sort of fantasy/medieval setting and it's basically "Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper" but with the mcs and there's less kidnapping and also it's a bit more silly

basically om!mc (let's call them Yuki) is this well-known "demon master" but rlly they're Just A Guy the seven brothers accidentally got attached to who also happens to be feral and op af. meanwhile twst!mc (Yuu) is a worker/assistant for Crowley or smthg idk. Anyways Yuki and Yuu meet, realise they look exactly alike and do the "I'm just like you!!" song and dance, and Yuki promises to help Yuu with their debt to Crowley.

Something Happens though, idk what, but Yuki suddenly has to leave. The problem with this is that uh oh the fae of Briar Valley are coming to visit and relations between demons and fae are going to be Fucked if Yuki, a member of Diavolo's council and one of the Most Important People Ever because of their heritage, is a no-show. So, Yuu (after being promised financial compensation of course) has to stand in and pretend to be them while the fae are there, or at least until Yuki gets back.

Anyways quick flashback to An Undetermined Amount of Time: Yuu, while trying to have some time for themself, runs into a guy in some ruins. They call him Tsunotarou because of his horns and they end up exchanging letters, meeting up more, and becoming friends. Somehow, Yuu learns everything about him except for his name.

Flash forward back to present day: Yuu undergoes the most unbearable amount of stress they have have ever felt in their life trying to convincingly pretend to be Demon Master Yuki and also not accidentally insult the fae royalty by breathing or something while they're visiting. The moment the crown prince of the fae walks in though, they accidentally blurt out "TSUNOTAROU?!"

Lucifer gets a few extra grey hairs, Diavolo bursts out laughing, and Prince Malleus is shocked but not displeased to see his friend there.

Cue Shenanigans as Malleus and Yuu unknowingly rizz each other up. Yuu freaks out because they feel bad about lying to him about being the Demon Master and also because they're falling in love with him too oh no oh fuck YUKI WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU????

y'know. i need to ramble about Cassidy and Kelsey in the Rewrite because they are Very interesting as a duo.

they describe themselves as "best friends" because they Have no other term for how to define their relationship. i'd personally describe it more as them being Platonic Soulmates. if you tried to get them to explain in simple terms what their feelings are, it'd probably be some variation of ""Friends" and even "Best Friends" feel like too light of a word, but even if they got older, they'd disagree that anything between them is even remotely romantic. they don't view each other that way at all." (and obviously neither do i. which is why i'm stressing this so hard)

i also view both of them as being aroace-spec in some form. but y'know. as with the whole thing i mentioned of them Technically not being cis either, they kinda. didn't get a chance to fully figure that out.

and. that's another big part of why Cassidy is so pissed at his dad. his dad didn't just kill him and a bunch of children he was close to. William killed Kelsey. and not only did William kill Kelsey, he killed Kel in an agonizing way (springlocking).

Cass just kinda sat there quietly for a few seconds before casually going "I could kill your dad for you, Kelly.* 🙂" Baker lost his shit because of how out of left field it was and Kel just kinda sat there in shock and went "Oh! 😃 Uh thanks Cass. 😃"

another incident was like. right before William died and Cass was leading Kel to the room, Kelsey kinda went "Hey uh. A long silence passes, before the stranger speaks up again. "The name's Cain. Can I get yours?"

Blake doesn't bother looking at him this time. "...Blake."

"Blake, eh? Pretty name." Cain muses, continuing to smile at them even with their cold demeanor. "Hey, was Ame just here?"

"She's in the other room with my sister, I think. And some girl named Victoria."

"Ohhh, so she's with someone else then. Kay~" He sighs, but his eyes fall to the Torchic on their lap, and he gives the little Fire-type a fond smile. "Who's your friend there?"

"Oh- this is Ruben." They answer, looking down at their new Pokemon like they'd only just remembered he was there. Ruben chirps, standing up on his trainer's thigh and looking over at Cain with big, curious eyes. Cain extends a finger out to the little guy, and the Torchic responds with a light nip before ruffling his neck feathers and nestling back into his trainer's coat.

"Heheh," Cain huffs with amusement and pulls his hand away. "So he's your starter, eh?"

"Uh," Blake's frown deepens a little as they scratch Ruben's head feathers. "Actually, I have other Pokemon, but uh, I'm just..."

They trail off, and there's a long pause. Cain seems confused by their silence, but then his eyes seem to soften in what appears to be understanding.

"Starting over?"

Blake finally looks up, considering his words. "I mean... sort of, I guess?"

"Mm, same here." He leaned back and folded his arms behind his head, mumbling. "Figured I'd try taking on this league instead..."

Blake quirks a brow at him, but he shakes his head as his lax smile from before returns. "Anyways, Blake, whaddya say to a battle?"

"A- huh? Right here?" They take a moment to look around, taking in the rather crowded interior of the building. "Is there a battle court nearby or something?"

"No, I don't think so?" Cain shrugs as he rises to his feet, bemused by their question. "No one cares if we fight inside, silly. Besides, this'll be a good time to see how that lil fireball of yours does in a battle."

There's blatant doubt at his words in Blake's expression, but they decide to shrug it off and stand up anyways, scooping Ruben up into their arms. "Alright, would be a good way to pass the time I guess."

"That's the spirit~." Cain hums, then steps back a few paces to give the Pokemon room to fight. "Ready when you are, pinky."

"Why is that everyone's go-to nickname for me?" Blake mutters under their breath as they stand across from him, before crouching down to let Ruben hop down from their arms. The tiny chick Pokemon stumbles across the smooth tiled floor for a moment, before catching itself and straightening up.

Cain digs out a Pokeball from under his jacket, tossing it up and down in his hand at few times. "All set? If it's your first time, I'll be gentle~."

His flirtatious comment bounces off Blake like rubber as they give him an unimpressed stare in return. "I think I'll be fine, thanks." they deadpan.

"If you say so," With a flick of his wrist, Cain tosses the capsule and sends his Pokemon out onto the field- a male Nidoran pops out, landing on the floor with a small grunt.

The fight commences rather quickly, with Ruben leading with an ember attack, and Nidoran enduring the burst of flames before countering with a swift Tackle. The two exchange blows for a couple more minutes, Ruben fumbling about a bit clumsily but doing relatively well with Blake calling out orders. Soon enough, another Ember to the side is enough to bring their opponent down. Nidoran falls to its side with a huff, declaring Ruben the victor.

For the first time since the recording began, Blake's face actually lights up a little at their win. "Hey, not bad Ruben!" they congradulate their Pokemon, crouching down to give him an affectionate rub on the head with their thumb. Ruben chirps out in triumph, flapping his tiny yellow wings excitedly.

Cain gives his Pokemon praise for trying before recalling it to its ball, then turns his eyes to Blake. "Cute and talented," he muses. tucking Nidoran's ball back into his coat. "Very well! That was pretty impressive, especially for working with a Pokemon that's less experienced. C'mon, let's go get these guys healed up."

The two make their way to the nearby counter, but are greeted by Kaita, Ame, and a girl with black hair emerging from the stairs in the back. You notice the Rowlet perched on Kaita's shoulder, and you see Blake run up to their sibling in excitement before the video ends.]

Oh well, maybe I can be honest about him for once

So, about my feelings for B*u-.... for Blue.

How this started, I'm not entirely sure myself.

I've known the character for literal years and I've always been 👍 about him—well, that was my overall opinion over the franchise. What caused this sudden deeper enthusiasm over the whole thing was pure luck.

I got sick at the start of October, and my ears kinda hurted so I couldn't be really at the computer much. To pass the time, I decided to pick any old game I had and finish it. And well… I have a lot of Pokemon games around. I got attached to the franchise while I was sick, and here we are.

I wanted more, thus I decided to try Masters. I'm not that into the battle aspect of Pokemon to be honest, but I thought it was neat that they mostly brought back characters instead of making up new ones. If I recall correctly, he is one of the characters you're given at the beginning to help you start the game.

And I know how gachas works, I just held onto the characters I had 'til I really needed to upgrade.

Which means I ended up using him so much because he was my strongest guy. I relied on Blue often, and he helped me so much, specially at the start when I didn't fully get the 3v3 battles (I still struggle if I'm honest). Perhaps… that's when it started, my perception of him changed. Something inside my chest was born, and well—the rest is history ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Truth be told, I wasn't gonna reveal my feelings for him. I felt so silly over liking him (as I said, behind the memes and jokes, I'm utterly shy and easily succumb to my own low self-esteem due to past experiences haha;;;). But I made a silly post about him, and then someone asked if I like him. When I answered very vaguely, came a few more asks so uh, I decided to be open about it💥

People liking my silly content with him still catches me so off-guard, but it is appreciated 💙👑
