Hypothetically in Tunisia :

((( If Tunisia president publicly offered immunity from prosecution to four hundreds and sixty persons accused of embezzlement, tax evasion or corruption.

If president did have evidence proving these accusations.

If Tunisia president as after revolution parties and governments claimed commitment to law and order and that Tunisia is a nation of institutions and order.

If there are only five percent of government employees actually know Constitutional Rights, Civil Rights, Liberties, Human Rights and Geneva's CAT.

If there are only one percent of Tunisia people who memorized the Quran and actually know first ten Constitutional Laws, Constitutional Rights, Liberties, Human Rights, definition of Torture and Ill-treatment.

If Tunisia people praised Bourguiba for three decades, Benali for two decades, after revolution parties for a decade and today praising Kais Said. )))

Under this hypothesis and as reminder only hypothetically speaking :

Clearly Kais Said is aware when publicly laid an offer for criminals" no body actually knows what these criminals did or financed behind doors" freedom for five billions and is aware that four hundreds criminals are bigger number than two hundreds representatives accused of corruption.

As a man of laws , I assume Kais Said is aware of Money Laundering definition and policies and the fact that there are countries offering safe haven to tax evaders, gangs, mafias and terrorists for certain benefits.

Clearly Tunisia laws geniuses, govt's revolutionaries and after revolution parties took loans and tried in fact still taking loans and trying to fix Tunisia corrupted system and make progress using " five percent " of its employees.

"I find this fact very disturbing". Clearly these geniuses are either delusional or deceiving the public.

" I believe in both cases it is a misuse of public funds".

Clearly Tunisia people claimed to be suffering from poverty, corruption, injustice, human rights violations, negligence, abuse and the embarrassing nihilism in Tunisia Institutions and also clearly these catastrophies are related to those percentages and governments awareness of such five and one percentages.

Clearly if Bourguiba or Benali or after revolution parties or its governments tried to teach the people one Constitutional Right, one Human Right, one text of Geneva's CAT and one Quran text each year , these icons wld have accomplished the Impossible within ten years.

Considering current economic failure and resources, I believe that is one of the least shld and cld have been done decisions.

"I believe It wld have ended many catastrophies including poverty".

Clearly Tunisia people either too blind to see or actually ignoring the fact that society was destroyed religiously and liberty wise and intentionally was set up to remain so.

Clearly Kais Said claims to be a man of laws and committed to Tunisia law except laws that protect Human Rights or forbid Torture, Abuse, Negligence and Discrimination.

The embarrassing part is : I believe the percentages are much less than five and one percent.

Personally, I believe its impossible to rescue a country or society using constitutional or Human Rights and Liberty illiterate institutions.

Most important of all, it ll be delusional to think : An institution that doesn't abide nor cherich human rights can respect its national laws.

MERRY CRIMAS EVERYONE!! This is an extra scenario me and panda wrote from this crimas fic

“This is gonna go so well….” Zenitsu whispered to himself excitedly, reaching into his pocket. He pulled out none other than the iconic holiday matchmaker: mistletoe.

It was a Christmas party, and Hana, Inosuke, Rin and Zenitsu were all having a good time. But..

Zenitsu giggled off to the side to himself, as he looked around for spots to hang up the green and red plant. He decided on right above the doorway between the kitchen and the living room. No one else took notice.

Speaking of the kitchen-

Rin and Inosuke were having a drinking contest; Whoever drinks the most pepsi, wins. Hana was in between them, being their judge as she cheers them on. Zenitsu enters a few minutes later, smiling and giggling to himself.  

Rin paused her chugging and looked at the blonde. “What are you giggling about?”

“Oh, nothing…” He grinned, waving away the question. 

“X” Inosuke says, putting his drink down as well. 

Rin looks at him, “Wha-”

“Press x to doubt”

“Okay po”

Hana grinned, and moved over to the doorway, leaning against it. “Inosuke, when did you start to do that?”

“All my life.” Inosuke said triumphantly, crossing his arms. Rin scowled. “I doubt that. X.”

Inosuke gasped, backing up dramatically. “How dare you doubt me like that?!?” He was now backed up under the doorway, next to Hana. “I’ll make hundreds more references than you could ever even hope to imagine, NOOB!”

The room fell silent. Rin wasn’t even angry. She was just staring above Inosuke, a smirk beginning to form on her face. Zenitsu realizes something as he stares at them in a mortified expression. 

Oh god no please.

“HAH!?! What are you, deaf? Did you not hear what I just said!?” He whipped to his side to look at Hana, who was also looking up above them, blushing furiously. He looked up.

Mistletoe.

Inosuke had no idea what it was, so he just stood there, looking at everyone in confusion. “Monitsu, help me out here- they’re both not answering me!! What’s happening?!?” 

Zenitsu stared at him, trying to hold back his anger. “It’s… It’s mistletoe. Who doesn’t know about mistletoe?!?” Zenitsu yelled, clearly upset. I wonder why. He rubbed his temples, annoyed. “You’re supposed to kiss whoever is under it with you!!!”

More silence. 

Inosuke stared at Zenitsu for a second, processing what he just heard. He turned to Hana slowly, taking in her flustered expression. He finally understood.

“.....Oooohhh….”

Hana looked at him, and gave a small smile. “If you don’t want to, that's totally fine- I don’t want you to be uncomfortable doing something you don’t wanna do!!”

Inosuke stared at her, watching her stumble over her words sheepishly. They made eye contact. His eyes drifted down to her lips.

Before Hana could react, he was holding her by the shoulders and pressing his lips against hers. Her eyes widened, before she sunk into the kiss, placing her hands on his cheeks. After a moment, they both pulled away, still processing what just happened.

More silence.

Until-

“ssssiiiipppppppppppp……. nice.”

Zenitsu looked at Rin, still in disbelief about what just happened. She barely reacted at all. 

Inosuke and Hana laughed lightly, and she gently rubbed his cheek with her thumb. Inosuke grinned. “I WANNA DO THAT AGAIN-”

“Go get a room,”

“OKAY!!” Inosuke picked up Hana bridal style, and ran off with her. Their giggles faded off as they went.

Zenitsu whined, putting his face in his hands. “That was supposed to bE USSS-” he said, his words muffled.

Rin's eyes widened, and she realized what he meant. She walked over to the doorway, dragging a chair with her. She stood on it and jumped up, grabbing the mistletoe from its spot. 

She jumped back down, and walked over to Zenitsu. Before he could say anything, she was already grabbing his collar and kissing him, dangling the mistletoe above them with her hand. 

Before he could even process what happened, she was already pulling away and grabbing her pepsi once again, leaning back against the table. She was about to take another sip when all of the sudden, she felt two hands on her cheeks.

Zenitsu pulled her back in for another kiss, hands on either side of her face. Rin was wide eyed, but didn’t pull away. He smiled into the kiss, tilting his head a bit to deepen it, closing his eyes.

They soon parted, leaving countless pants for air escaping their mouths. A matching blush adorning their features. Zenitsu smiles at her, causing her to squeak and hide from embarrassment. 

He grinned, pulling her into an embrace.

“That was more perfect than I could’ve imagined.”

“God- you’re so cringey”

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Hypothetically speaking, in Tunisia :

((( If democracy means power,reign, decision and rule of the people.

If decision of the people means only a decision " agreed upon" and " approved" by majority like elections or Laws as Capital Punishment, Homosexuality, Bearing Arm, Driving Rights, Criticism of govt system, Lashing and Stoning.

If majority decision doesn't " necessarily " mean nor " have " to be the best, the safest, the most efficient, ethical neither the most righteous.

If democracy is very susceptible to population density and social descriptions.

If most current democracies failed in breaking the gap between citizens and immigrants rights and in breaking free out of religious discrimination.

If historical and current pioneers of democracy knew that democracy is better governing system then any known system but not the "best " and only because it's the least evil, violent and oppressive and the most tolerant, pro_human_rights and understanding.

If more than a quarter of Tunisia population are younger than twenty.

If Tunisia promoters, callers and imitators of western democracy selected only certain values out of democracy and didn't copy it completely nor efficiently.

If Tunisia democracy included muslims parties who believe in the Quran " that" doesn't sever theives hands.

If Tunisia democracy fans, followers and promoters believe in democracy plus verbal and physical freedom of speech unless it reached governing systems, religion icons and dress code.

If a theorist constructed the concept of democracy more than two thousands years ago.

If Bourguiba or Benali controlled power over armed forces than Executive Authority then Legislative Authority while Judicial Authority remained nihilist for over twenty three years

If democracy failed against corruption, organized crime, poverty and " social catastrophies". )))

Under such hypothesis and as a reminder this is just a hypothesis:

Clearly people decision is actually the decision of those over eighteen " only" and not the whole people.

Clearly fathers of democracy did inform their followers that democracy has many grave flaws.Some were modest enough to admit publicly that democracy is a " good" discovered system but not " the" better, best nor perfect neither the ideal.

Logically no independent conscious logical theorist wld give up without trying to find a solution or discover a better or the best if not the ideal system.

" In fact I can't think of a reason why no theorist tried to do that. I also find it very disturbing".

Obviously Tunisia democracy promoters believed and convinced the people that there is a " moderate" democracy same way they convinced the people that there is a moderate Islam.

Obviously those promoters and people either unaware or too blind or forgot to inform each others about democracy flaws and its " incomplete" copying during their calls.

The embarrassing part : Tunisia social and politic geniuses and founders of its moderate democracy tried to imitate all secularism pioneers except the orginal father of democracy, especially following such innovator foot steps in an attempt to construct a new governing system.

" Noting, those thinkers are more advanced and have better resources and experience than a theorist died more than two thousands years ago".

Sadly in this hypothesis I assumed that :

Tunisia politic thinkers do actually believe in and are committed to what ever western democracy values they freely partially selected and that Tunisia representatives and politicians are loyal to " people and country" not parties.

Sadly in this hypothesis I didn't use true Tunisia politic personality, the lying ignorant sadist negligent corrupted personality.

" Clearly there is reason in differentiating between loyalty to country and people and loyalty to responsibility and duty".

The truth is it doesn't need a western theorist to notice that even orginal democracy didn't depend on secularism definitions of Truth and Justice.Most important, it cldnt have included biblical concepts of "Truth" and " Justice".

" I truly believe : Without the biblical concepts of truth and justice no political nor economic nor religious neither social system or reform will succeed".

Hypothetically in Tunisia :

((( If history books reported that first Mohamedian-prophecy-like caliphate succeed for a while then collapsed...and so Umawites caliphate...and so Abbassid caliphate...and...and...and... and so the Ottoman caliphate.

If history books reported that Omar, Othman and Ali were assassinated.

If there is a hadeeth stated : Each century Allah ll send to Islam nation a man who ll restore its religion and revive its sunahs.

If there is a hadeeth stated : My nation will be divided into seventy three groups, all in hell but one.

If there is a hadeeth stated : Mahdian caliphate will fill earth with justice and peace...seven years.

If there is a hadeeth stated : Mahdi... Christ ll show up...earth ll be filled by peace, goods and justice....a while... collapsing...sin ll take over... judgement day. )))

Again this is just a hypothesis :

Under such hypothesis it's clear that Prophecy-like-caliphate failed at self sustaining, at protecting its existance and its system and at protecting some people.

Clearly it's destined to fail at the end.

Logically the saved group is reformed each century eternally.

Clearly, many groups aren't aware of the fact they are making Dawah and murdering in the name of a group awaiting restoration or reforms each century.

That if I assumed that all groups are calling for the same group.

Rationally : if there is one group preserved the ideal Islamic sunahs capable of teaching and transmitting its values perfectly then there won't be a reason for divine intervention sending one man to restore Islam each century.

This is a fact concerns all muslim nations.

Obviously this man purpose is religion and not caliphate power nor land.

Also obviously if this man united the Islamic empire no foreign power can compose a threat to such man which means that the struggle and foretold danger in hadeeth awaiting this man is actually muslims's ignorance and pride.

Also obviously this man, if escaped muslims, ll be accused of blasphemy and disbelief and won't be accepted in any muslim country.

Logically and sadly this man, this Islamic nations dream or prayer, ll only survive under a governing system tolerant to criticism and opposition indiscriminately.

A system that cherichs and values truth, creativity, human rights, laws, reason, responding to logic almost like Liberalism.

Clearly this man, if survived، ll have priorities and be too busy in restoration, reviving and reforms to engage in bloodshedings, suicides, elections or even Dawah.

Clearly the seeked caliphate composes the best system among all known governing systems to muslims for some reasons.

Personally, I hope those reasons are of logics and not prejudice,racism, pride nor due to a level if knowledge and consciousness.

Obviously all current Islamic governing systems and movements are too busy either competing over which is the best groups or claiming commitment to Chareah unaware of facts either as Chareah awaiting restoration every century or as a system destined to collapse.

Clearly it takes a level of honesty, modesty, humility and awareness to realize and accept the fact that prophecy-like-caliphate is just Mohamedian's only and that doesn't mean there are no other prophecies caliphate.

Plus the possibility that one of these system can be also just, more efficient, safer and more peaceful, virtuous and righteous.

The sad part isn't inability to notice innovations nor awareness of the need to all groups to restoration neither the foretold end but accepting reality without any attempt to search for a solution nor trying to invent a new and better governing system after knowing about the foretold end in hadeeth.

Biblically speaking, the truth is I actually believe man can't change destiny but can change judgment.

Hypothetically speaking :

((( If Borguiba abused power for thirty years and Benali for twenty three.

If Both oppressed and dictated the activities of books, idealogies, political and religion messages plus selected doctrines allowed to reach Tunisia's society.

If in Tunisia many political and religion idealogies like books about Henduism, Boudhism, Cheah, Communism, Capitalism, Liberalism, Human Rights, Socialism, Revolutions, Judaism, Christianity, Radicalism and Jihadism were all restricted or banned and readers of some were persecuted during both dictatorships and current revolution parties.

If Radical Tunisia's islamists groups infidelized Muslims political parties because of not applying Islamic Chareah and infidelized Tunisia's Muslim people for their silence.

If people infidelized parties for their abuse of power and infidelized radicals for their radicalism.

If parties infidelized radicals for their violence.

If each muslim society is proud of the regional self praised perfect practiced Islamic values within it's nation.

If Tunisia's political parties are anti-semites, pro-natzism and pro-banning Israelies or jews from Tunisia.

If eighty nine percent of Tunisia's people haven't memorize the Quran nor Sunnah books after one thousand and four hundreds years since Islam birth.)))

As a reminder this is just a hypothesis:

Mathematically three quarters of books and intellectual products of the world are banned from Tunisia therefore Tunisia's society can't be the most educated nor intellectual neither opened on other cultures as it was made to believe.

This a fact concerns many countries.

Logically and because of that whatever Tunisia's society defined, perceived or recognized as Democracy or Islam is actually defining the concept of Democracy or Islam " selected, recognized, arranged, tuned and approved" by Borguiba's regime " or " Benali's " or" after revolution parties's and " allowed " it to reach society.

Obviously dictatorships and Ignorants won't allow anything can expose or compose a threat to Tyranny, Injustice, Ignorance, Pride and failure.

It's obvious , each ban or boycott is in fact bias and restriction of choices and freedom of choice and that can't be right regardless of reasons.

Clearly there is a flaw caused the failure of Islamic society in eradicating illiteracy for fourteen centuries and clearly the relation between religion and its affiliates in this case is similar to the relation between Moses's cow and Brahma's.

The sad part here is the fact that somebody decision to ban or restrict only reflects a level of ignorance, pride and blindness.

Sadly I believe there is no reason in trying to convince who can fathom the fact that Justice, Science, Restoration, Reform, Facts, Truth have no religion, race, color nor country.

Clearly if parties embraced modesty soon enough and abandoned their ego and pride they wld have eradicated ignorance by now and became aware that Islam has one concept. Then each wldn't have infidelized one another nor felt superior in practice.

The embarrassing part is Islam and Democracy do actually each have one consistent independent concept.

Except such concept won't and can't reach a society unaware of the danger of won't admit fault, pride, ego and ignorance or a society that can't see the importance of honesty, modesty and responding to logic.

Such concept won't even last long in such society even if it is Democracy or Islam birth place.
