Twice H Pieceman would love the Revue Starlight Movie

Ooh! Yes! It’s a little-recognized fact that her medical knowledge is actually extremely advanced in multiple incarnations.

In CCC she mentions that her spiritron hacking and expertise are highly specialized to healing people—she essentially invented a surgery that can heal trauma, and on top of that has plenty of expertise about the human body (haha, yes, but seriously). I mean, she does use her therapy software to change people’s personalities or eat their souls, and it can be highly addictive, but like. She *can* heal people fairly competently. If she wants to.

In FGO, the much more upright Kiara who is rescued from the cult and her illness by FGO-verse Twice H. Pieceman is of course also highly skilled at treating the body and mind, both at an i individual and systemic level. I’d go so far as to say she has at *least* two MDs, and possibly more advanced degrees, or the equivalent practical expertise.

I can’t find the source reference in my notes at present (part of it, IIRC, is hinted at in the EXTRA materials), but I’m also fairly certain that she is able to shift the state of the soul in order to heal the physical body as it brings itself into alignment. So it’s not out of the question that she could give you bottom surgery without even giving you surgery.

And failing that, she could probably give you traditional bottom surgery too. And she could prescribe you medication. And handle regular checkups. And help you manage your mental health and treat hangups.

Really, you could probably just leave everything to Kiara. If you wanted to.

Apparently Kiara is a psychiatrist, not a psycologist, so chances are instead she has 2 MDs and the Grail Knowledge.

...Oh my god Kiara “Sex Fiend” Sessyoin probably has some of the best medical knowledge in Chaldea, there has almost certainly been a time Kiara had to step in for medical emergencies. Jesus and they just... trust her with that?!
