"But I was on my way to the travel agency where I worked, and I was laid off and needed to get my personal belongings back!" Kevin couldn’t believe what he heard.
"That travel agency has closed down. In order to protect employees' right to work, the owners specially approved the project to upgrade all employees." A robot reaches out with a glowing metal collar.
He couldn't understand why he was treated like this when he obeyed all the rules. "F**k you Masters!" He cursed and bolted from the siege.
"Attention to all units, the test target citizen Kevin Smith, ID number S198408964, has resisted and must be arrested immediately! Follow the instructions and must be unharmed."
Before Kevin could run too far, he felt a cold collar around his neck and lost consciousness.

The upgraded men inside the tubes had no metal, wiring, lights, or panels at all on their appearance, and they looked just like ordinary people. This surprised the intern.
"Have they really been upgraded?" the intern asked the senior researcher while recording the data.
"Of course! Don't you think they look perfect?"
These men have beautiful faces, well-proportioned bodies, and obvious muscle lines. In addition, the package under their underwear is fascinating.
"No, I mean, well, they don't look like robots."
"Of course, they are chosen as Master's pets. They all maintain human appearance but are completely mechanized on the inside."

The intern opened "Kevin's" tube and started the process. "I want to manually check whether his quality meets the standards." He smiled obsessively and stroked the pet's body.
"Pet bot KN-S7061 activated. Are you my exclusive owner?" the robot once named Kevin stood straight and asked.
"Yes!" intern was so excited that he decided to ignore any risks of playing Masters’ property.
"So happy to meet you, owner!" KN-S7016 hugged the young man and started licking him.
"You are crazy! Their pheromone was enhanced because Masters wanted them be more primitive. You can’t bear it…" the senior researcher put on a gas mask and hit the emergency button.
As the alarm bell blared, the sound of metal boots stamping on the floor quickly approached, but the intern didn't care at all. He was completely naked and wrestling with his pet.
"I’m not the real owner but if I could dominate…." the intern thought but he was pinned down on the floor immediately, already lost. His mind also changed. "If I could be dominated, I might be owned, too!"
KN-S7061, the Pet bot, knew the man underneath it was not the real owner from the very beginning, so it pretended and decided to give its real owner a souvenir as an embellishment for travel.
What better souvenir than a bred wild human? It was sure the owner would be glad to have a bonus free pet and proud of it!

"Soundwave is the funniest fucking character in transformers because he's literally the straight man in every situation he's in with the decepticons, because all of them are absolutely incompetent at their job due to them being too focused on infighting. When Megatron died in FOC Soundwave was the one who literally put him back together and by extension, fucked everything over for everyone else because in this specific continuity Megatron just happened to be addicted to space meth.
However it can be so easy to see Soundwave as emotionless because of his straight-man role and his monotone speaking patterns, but Soundwave has plenty of emotions that he displays throughout the years, most notably being when he's dealing with the cassettes (aka his children), and can range from being soft-spoken with them, to full-out enabling their violent tendencies and letting them go ham at beating the shit out of teammates (shout out to that one g1 clip where Soundwave tries to hold back his kids for like a single second before saying "fuck it" and letting them go for the eyes).
Even outside of the cassettes though, he's very expressive in his own way. In fact, he's the KING of pettiness and sass when he wants to be. He literally plays his own supervillain music when walking the halls, he's not above insulting the other deceptions when their arguments are bullshit to him, even when faced with the destruction of the world he was like "nah" until he saw his boyfriend getting injured and went "REAL SHIT" (there's literally memes about this it's so funny). Speaking of friends, he actually has a lot of interesting dynamics with the people around him, especially when it comes to the decepticon high command. He's described as Megatron's most trusted advisor, he's somewhat amicable with Starscream (who's his own brand of frustration), and he and Shockwave even seem to get along pretty well (to the point they have a biologically fucked up tube son together?? It's been years since I've watched Siege but I swear that was what lead to Soundblaster), and did I mention he's gay? I'm pretty sure he and Cosmos are in a relationship together in the IDW comics or at least have a mutual attraction, it's cute.
Also speaking of IDW Soundwave: he likes elephants. They're his favourite animal and he loves them to the point where after he died in the comics, his kids specifically started targeting elephant poachers because they knew Soundwave would want that.
Have I mentioned he has a cat dad in the IDW comics. Like his dad is a literal robot cat that found him when he was having a sensory overload in the middle of the streets. Have these panels from when his dad died and he wasn't even there to see it! He just knew 💖

And have I mentioned he's met Fluttershy? Because he canonically met Fluttershy and let his cassettes play with her (while DELAYING HIS MISSION. THAT'S HUGE IN SOUNDWAVE LANGUAGE.)

With the dining car to himself, Kaoru settled in. He took the time to rifle through both briefcases–and in doing so, learned some interesting facts about the dead man on the floor. According to his collection of European passports, his name was either Jeremy Delmoore, Julien Dupuis, Stephen Boucher, Jean Jensen, or Antoine Black. He had also been carrying a book hollowed out to hide a set of throwing knives, a spare change of clothes, a garotte disguised as a tube of lipstick, and an unlabeled tin of teabags that almost certainly didn’t contain any tea. 
It hadn’t crossed Kaoru’s mind that the dead man could be another international agent. This assignment was one close call after the last. At least he would probably net himself a bonus for bringing both briefcases back to Shinjuku; surely one of the analysts there would be able to figure out which, if any, of the man’s identities were real, and who he’d been working for.
Kaoru popped Hennig’s briefcase open next, and was pleased to find it only contained clothes and a few overfull file folders. No surprises there. Oikawa’s intel had been right about the one thing that mattered.
He closed the briefcase again and carefully secured the latch. After a minute of sitting around drumming his fingers, he got up to get a handful of napkins to try to wipe some of the blood off.
The dining car’s intercom buzzed to life, and a steward announced that the train would be stopping in Basel in five minutes. Kaoru stood, his drink long since finished, and took a briefcase in each hand. That was his cue to begin moving downstairs and towards the doors. Time to get off the train as fast as possible before anyone realized Hennig’s luggage was unaccounted for.
Kaoru took the stairs quietly, pausing halfway down to eavesdrop when he heard passengers unloading their luggage and bickering. He didn’t hear the Russians among them. They were likely still up at the front of the train, waiting for their chance to slip away.
Had they killed Valerie by now? They must have, right? Kaoru clenched his teeth and banished the thought. Valerie was not his problem, he reminded himself. Valerie was never going to be his problem again. Therefore, it didn’t matter if Valerie was dead or alive.
“Excuse me, coming through,” someone muttered in German as Kaoru finished descending the stairs. The throng of passengers parted to make way for two young boys toting suitcases. Everyone seemed eager to get off the train at Basel. After seeing the state of the dining car, Kaoru didn’t blame them.
The train jerked to a stop as it came into the station. Kaoru braced himself against the stairwell wall, then slipped out behind the first rush of passengers, using the briefcases to carve himself a path. He squinted as the sunlight hit his face, then began to walk at a brisk–but not too brisk–pace towards the cover of the station’s interior. It was more effort than he would have liked; his legs were wobbly from running up and down the length of the train all morning.
He was in the midst of a gaggle of civilians when the gunshot rang out. They all instinctively scattered for cover, running in a crouch as though it stood a chance of deterring any sniper who might have been aiming for center mass. Kaoru’s own instinct was to dive behind a bench, wedge both briefcases between his knees, and pat himself down to see if he’d been hit.
He hadn’t. His ears rang, and his heart was pounding like he was a step away from full cardiac arrest, but whoever had fired the shot hadn’t shot at him. It was a little hard to tell over the sudden din of passengers screaming and shouting at one another, but it didn’t sound like there had been more than one shot, either. The shooter had hit their target–or they’d only fired to cause a distraction.
Who had it been, though? The Russians? The cardinal? Someone else? Kaoru twisted and lifted his head to peer between the bench’s slats. The crowd on the platform had formed a ring around something–someone, Kaoru amended, seeing the pool of blood that was fast breaching the wall of rubberneckers. 
Someone was very injured over there, or even dead. There was no telling who it was or who had shot them, unless he risked getting close. Which would risk being noticed; worse, it meant the briefcases could be noticed by the sniper unless Kaoru stashed them somewhere first. That was a non-starter of an idea. After the hell he’d been through to get his hands on the briefcases, there was no way he was going to let them out of his sight.
“It’s none of my business,” he said under his breath, in Japanese. As he stood, briefcases once more in hand, he repeated himself with slightly more conviction. “It’s none of my business! Whatever is back there is absolutely none of my business.”
A woman rushing past–a conductor or engineer, judging by her uniform–gave him a strange look. Kaoru supposed that talking to himself several yards from where someone had just been shot would do that. He smiled in response, somewhat hysterically, and hurried inside the station.
A group of uniformed officers were flooding towards the outdoor platform’s entrance. Kaoru stepped aside and held the door for them–aside from a nod and a tip of the hat from the lead officer, none of them even acknowledged him. His heartbeat calmed, evening out from the jackrabbit pace it had been thumping at.
It occurred to him, for the first time since he’d picked up Hennig’s briefcase, that he had really done it. And not only that, but he might have been the most successful Hemisphere agent on the train. Or, at least, the only one to leave completely unscathed, in possession of useful intelligence. It was the sort of thing he could have leveraged into a hefty promotion–but, as things stood, Kaoru was probably going to leverage it into a month of vacation instead.
All of this for a bunch of blueprints. Kaoru snorted. At least now if Japan lost the election, he could still honestly say he’d given it his all. Maybe this field agent thing was easier than he’d thought.

Armored Necrogunner - CR14 Undead
Don't put TOO many holes in 'em. We need 'em for parts.

"The thing about this power armor is that it gets grafted directly onto your flesh, and seared in place as the machinery overheats. Tends to make the person wearing it really complain a lot. So we switched to horrifying undead abominations; they don't mind as much since they can't feel pain.
Also, when it dies - well, it's already dead, but you know what I mean - the whole thing explodes into a swarm of rot grubs. Usually you can see those wriggling under the skin, but the armor hides it. Genius design, really."

This is a commissioned monster. Its hit points seem low at a glance, but the rot grub swarm that spawns from its corpse has another 85 HP. It doesn't precisely follow the necrocraft building rules in Bestiary 4, which require higher challenge rating creatures to be extremely big; a CR 14 necrocraft would normally be Colossal-sized. This creature uses construction points and the giantblooded template by Green Ronin Publishing to reach CR 9, but it has bonus hit dice and unique abilities to augment that, and I altered the Metal Armor necrocraft ability to match how armor actually works in Pathfinder a little better.
Although this creature can fly (flavored as a jetpack, not magic or wings), its automatic weapon is most useful if it's on the ground, since it's generally impossible to get multiple enemies in a line from the sky.
Armored Necrogunner - CR 14
Bolted directly onto the flesh of this undead giant are numerous interconnected steel plates, cords, and tubes. What's visible of the creature underneath the armor looks like a dozen different creatures stitched together. It's carrying a massive machine gun, and using a jetpack to fly.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Gatling Gun An armored necrogunner uses a gatling gun that is permanently grafted onto its body, and cannot be removed without destroying it. It can be sundered as normal, and has 10 hardness and 10 hit points. This is a masterwork modern firearm with the automatic weapon quality, which deals 8d6 damage. When attacking with the gatling gun, the armored necrogunner rolls a single ranged touch attack roll with a -2 penalty against all targets in a 200 ft. line. The armored necrogunner can make multiple such attacks as part of a full-attack action.
An armored necrogunner's gatling gun misfires if it rolls a natural 1 on an attack roll. A misfire gives the weapon the broken condition, but further misfires do not cause it to explode.
A single attack with the gatling gun uses 10 bullets. The gatling gun has a chamber size of 160 bullets, and thus can make 16 attacks before needing to be reloaded; it's a move action for the armored necrogunner to reload the gatling gun to its maximum capacity.
Grafted Armor An armored necrogunner wears heavy armor that functions like half-plate except that it is permanently grafted onto the armored necrogunner's body, and cannot be removed without destroying it. It can be sundered as normal, and destroying it deals 5d6 damage to the armored necrogunner.
Quick Clear (Ex) An armored necrogunner can remove the broken condition from its gatling gun as a move action, if that condition was caused by a misfire.
Rot Gub Infestation (Ex) When an armored necrogunner dies, it explodes into a swarm of rot grubs. Creatures within a 10-ft. radius, and any spaces below that radius (for example, if the armored necrogunner is flying when it dies), must succeed on a DC 21 Reflex save or be infested with rot grubs.
On a failed save, the infested creature takes 1d4 points of Constitution damage per round as the rot grubs burrow through and consume its flesh—this effect continues as long as the victim remains in the swarm and continues for 1d6 rounds after it leaves the swarm. Any energy-based attack (including damage from negative energy) that deals at least 5 points of damage to the victim automatically destroys all of the rot grubs infesting it, ending the effect prematurely. Additionally, any effect that removes disease instantly ends a rot grub infestation. Immunity to disease offers no defense. The save DC is Charisma-based.
A rot grub swarm is left in the armored necrogunner's space after it dies. If the armored necrogunner dies while flying, the rot grub swarm falls to the ground and takes falling damage as normal. Swarms take normal falling damage.

Kodiak, the Bear Warframe
He is both kinds of bear. Because I know my audience. Genuinely don't think he needs any other introduction. He's a bear. The skillset I was aiming for was chonky tank with limited support capability but he ended up more versatile than originally intended. This is not a bad thing because it just makes him more of a chad.
Health: 540 (740 at rank 30) Shields: 270 (370 at rank 30) Armor: 575 (675 at Rank 30) Energy: 100 (150 at rank 30) Sprint Speed: 0.9
Passive: Kodiak has double the normal overshield cap granting him a maximum of 2,400 overshields and when Kodiak recovers from a hard landing or a knockdown he roars causing enemies within 18 meters to become terrified and flee for 7.5 seconds, ceasing their attacks and fleeing in random directions.
Ability 1: Gore, 25 energy. Kodiak grabs the enemy closest to his crosshairs within 10 meters and rakes them with his beastly claws, dealing 500+X (where X is equal to the enemy's level times 10) slash damage with a guaranteed slash status proc before throwing them away in the direction of his crosshairs as an arcing projectile with infinite punch-through against bodies. Upon hitting another enemy, both the original target and the struck victim are dealt impact damage equal to 10% the original target's max health and shields with a guaranteed impact proc for both while also knocking down the struck victim.
Ability 2: Hibernate, toggled ability, drains 5 energy per half-second. Kodiak enters a void-sleep, a quantum state that allows him to rapidly regenerate while totally invulnerable to harm but also prevents him from using any movement, attacks, or other abilities. While Hibernate is active Kodiak is immune to damage and status effects and regenerates 5% of his max health & shields every half-second. If Kodiak's health and shields are full he will begin generating overshields. If Kodiak's overshields are full he will begin generating overguard. Hibernate cannot generate overguard that exceeds a value of 10,000 points. Ending Hibernate after spending at least 5 seconds regenerating will trigger his passive ability.
Ability 3: Berserker, 75 energy. Stripping himself and his teammates of their fears and inhibitions, Kodiak and all friendly players within affinity range immediately gain +35% ability strength for the next 10 seconds. Furthermore players gain bonus armor equal to the amount of energy spent on abilities up to a maximum of 1,000 lasting until Berserker ends.
Ability 4: Mountain King, costs 25 energy to activate plus 3 energy per second. When Kodiak embraces his divine right as king of the mountain he gains an additional 200 armor and summons his exalted heavy hammer melee, the Polaris. The Polaris hammer has very high per-hit damage but slow attack speed and deals mostly cold and impact damage and lesser values of puncture and slash. Polaris has low status chance but exceptional critical chance and multiplier as well as a guaranteed cold status proc on every hit. Polaris also releases freezing cold novas on slam attacks with a wide range. Lastly, Polaris gains an extra 10% cold damage that does not combine with other elements for every tier of combo multiplier he ahcieves.
Subsumed ability: Gore.
Signature Weapon Grollier: A very special shotgun used by Kodiak, the Grollier employs a unique feed mechanism with four rotating tubes. Each tube holds five shells and once a tube is emptied the feeder rotates to the next tube. When reloading the user replaces each tube one at a time. Each tube takes 1.5 seconds to replace, meaning replacing all four tubes takes 6 seconds. Once a tube is replaced its ammunition is added to the magazine meaning the reload process can be interrupted for a partial reload. Magazine capacity mods will increase the number of shells contained in each tube but not the number of tubes. Grollier deals mostly slash damage with moderate values of impact and puncture and has a moderate balance of firing speed and per-shot damage for a semi-auto shotgun. Fires a large number of small pellets with high status chance and average critical chance at the cost of a short effective range. As Kodiak's signature weapon he will replace two tubes at once when reloading this weapon from empty with a special animation.
Closing Notes: While doing research for this I learned the term "berserk" literally translates to "bear shirt" in other words someone who wears a bear skin instead of armor. The Grollier shotgun is named after the inventor of the bear trap; Nicholas Grollier. His base stats took a few rebalancings, I ended up copying Lavos's. God, I keep forgetting how tanky Lavos is. Also I freaking love that the text box for his shotgun is bigger than any of his abilities.

Senku uses a petrol by-product plus gravel to make Asphalt concrete, allowing iron to be driven from the mine to the river by a paved road where Ryusui then sails it to the village. Under Senku and Kaseki's expertise the Minecarts are designed to make mining the iron even easier.

Beck bops Tron gently in the back of the head with an empty tube, darting out of retaliation range before crowing with delight. Of course, Tron's bemused and affronted look drops quickly into amusement, the Monitor launching himself at Beck with a playful growl, but for just a few short moments Beck tastes sweet, sweet victory.

Knowing when discretion is the better part of valor by now, Beck runs off with the boot. He doesn't return it until he has to leave, spending the remaining time perched on top of one of the cabinets and giggling with Tron swearing retaliation at him from the floor.

...Beck realises two things approximately half a picocycle before his fist impacts Zed's shoulder that he probably shouldn't have listened to his instincts. Their discussion about Lightrunners and the various sub-models thereof had devolved into something of an argument over which was better, both of them fully engrossed in it, but then Zed had raised his hand and moved towards him (probably to clap him on the shoulder, Beck realises) and-
Yeah. Beck had taken it as an invitation to roughhouse, forgetting Mechanics don't typically do that and especially not on the clock. At least Beck had been able to redirect from Zed's face.
"Hey!" Zed yelps, and Beck makes sure to look appropriately frantic.
"Sorry!" He fusses over Zed's arm, despite knowing he didn't hit hard enough to do more than sting. "Sorry Zed. Are- did I hurt you? I'm so sorry- Mara can you grab the medkit, I hit Zed-"
"Beck- I'm fine!" Zed insists (Beck knows he is, but it's nice confirmation). "What was that?" He demands, and Beck puts together an appropriate half-truth.
"I... kinda made a new friend." Beck rubs the back of his neck sheepishly. "We, uh. If we disagree we settle it... physically. Wrestling an' stuff." He pulls big soulful eyes on Zed. "Forgot I can't do that here. Sorry Zed."
"What's their name?" Able calls from the doorway of his office, peering at Beck suspiciously. Beck winces - if anyone knows Tron, it'll be Able. Tron had said as much, even if he hasn't actually said anything. It's the fondness every time Beck mentions Able that cinches it.
"Quark." Beck supplies dutifully. "His name is Quark. He's really cool. Kinda... Security-adjacent? He helps Zuse out sometimes, with the unrulier patrons." Technically true - Tron has helped Zuse out with unruly patrons before. He just... happened to be still Head of Security at the time.
Able doesn't look convinced. Zed, at least, does.
"What's he like?" Zed asks, curious, and Beck grins.
"Well, he's been mistaken for Tron a few times." Beck laughs at Zed's scoff. "I know, right? Sure, they look similar from the back, but Tron's like. A giant. And Quark's not much taller than me. He's fun, a real nice guy. A little goofy, a lot sassy - similar sense of humour to mine. Sometimes quick to violence, but..." Beck shrugs. "Security-adjacent. He's only like that if he's scared. Grumpy if he's exhausted. Passionate, enthusiastic, supportive, caring. So, so kind. Just... generally nice to be around, you know?"
"And enjoys roughhousing." Zed adds drily. "Like you."
"Yeah." Beck enthuses, warm and fond and happy. "It's great to just... wrestle. And not have to worry about breaking someone or something."
Able relaxes then. Beck's still not convinced Able's convinced, but it's better than being interrogated. Maybe he can convince others it's a Security-adjacent thing, make it out like it's not just Tron and himself with a weird grasp of social interactions.
He can only hope.
Headcanon that Tron sometimes initiates a fight with Beck in the middle of a conversation, to train him to react fast. Beck hates it at first but grudgingly admits it kind of helps.
Then he starts doing it to Tron to get revenge, and to see if he can catch him off guard. It becomes a quirk between them, either a goofball move or a way to blow off steam.
At one point Beck is back at the garage chatting with Zed or something, and punches him out of nowhere on a kind of learned social instinct, forgetting that normal people don’t start fistfights when talking about cars.
Able sees this and is immediately like ‘goddammit Tron’s recruited him. Nobody else acts like this.’

Shonen Jump Smash Bros. Lookalike Game Part 1
How is it going everyone? You’re on Frattocri’s page and today I’d like to present to you a videogame idea, indeed my very first videogame idea ever. I’ve got a question or two for you: do you like anime? Good. Do you like the Smash Bros. series? Good. Do you like crossover fighting games? Also good. And lastly, do you want to see a damn well made crossover fighting game that’s not called Jump Force?! Very well, if you’ve made this far, this might be the game idea for you, or at least those who like to see the concept of Smash Bros. platform fighting being applied to the Shonen Jump character roster. Yeah, I know the idea of seeing a Shonen Jump crossover game with the Smash Bros. formula may seem like a waste, but I think we should wait for the end of this project to give a definitive verdict. This is just the fun idea of both an anime/manga and Smash Bros. fan and the idea came from various sources like videos on You Tube, as well as many Smash movesets for multiple fictional characters here on dA, anime characters included. Among these inspirations, I wish to send the creator Tyrranux my thankings for inspiring me to give it a try for my first ever videogame idea. I decided to go far and wide for this game concept by talking about everything, such as: the characters roster, the assists, the usable items, the stages, the bosses, the game modes, the extras, etc. I obviously won’t fit all of this stuff in just one big ass document, so expect more parts of it to be made in the future. When the other parts are gonna come out depends on whether I manage to find enough good ideas to fit in this Shonen Jump Smash Bros. Lookalike Game.
But now, with this long introduction ouf of the way, I think it’s about time we start off with… the game modes.
GAME MODES:
(Or, more specifically, the many options in the menu)
SINGLE-PLAYER MODES:
-) Jump Arcade Ladder: The standard issue that every fighting game should be given at lunch. Who do you think we are? Street Fighter V at day 1?! Tsk, forget that! So yeah, you select a character from the roster, pick a color/costume, and then fight up to eight opponents before reaching the final boss, to which I want to add something that will make many passionate fighting game lovers drop their jaws: Unique Arcade Ladders! Based on what Smash Bros. Ultimate did (one of the good things it did imo) was giving each character unique themed opponents to fight in specific locations; like taking Ryu as an example, his Arcade Ladder had him face against characters resembling Street Fighter characters in a basic Battlefield stage with no Stage Hazards. Well, in this game the Arcade Ladder will work the same way for each character, which also means that every character will have a different final boss to fight (which btw are going to be eleven in total!). Depending on the character and the stage, some things may even change, like certain items will pop out more regulary or even just one item, etc. Completing the Arcade Ladder rewards the player with a certain amount of in-game currency, specifically Zenis and J-Points (the quantity obtained depends on the points accumulated and the chosen difficulty) and the winning character’s own Smash Trophy – yes, I said Trophy! It’s about damn time they return to the Smash franchise (even though this is just a fanmade Smash lookalike lol)
Difficulty Setting: Before starting the ladder, the player can choose to set the difficulty, from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 10. The higher difficulties reward the highest Zenis and J-Points.
Stage Hazards ON/OFF: The player may even choose to play the Arcade Ladder with or without Stage Hazards. The choice won’t affect the Unique Arcade Ladder structure.
Bonus Stage: After the third and seventh match, there’s a Bonus Stage where targets must be destroyed as quickly as possible. Depending on the success or less and the time remained, the player will be rewarded with a Zenis and J-Points bonus.
-) Shonen Jump Mode: The equivalent of the Spirit Mode in Smash Bros. Ultimate where the player can face different alternate versions of playable characters. These alternate versions of characters will be modified to represent other characters either from already existing franchises or other franchises with no playable representative characters; an example would be Goku Black, who is a colored swapped version of regular Goku but is  faster, his attacks have a 50% attack range bonus, and at some point during the battle, he will enter a powered up state where his attacks have a harder knockback and moves much faster. Once the enemy is defeated, you will be rewarded with its Trophy – and yes, I said TROPHY! YOU HEAR ME, SAKURAI?!?!? However, this doesn’t mean the Stickers won’t appear. In some cases, if the player does well enough, he will also be rewarded with a random Sticker as well.
Time-Limited Challenges: Some of the hardest characters will only be available for a limited amount of time before disappearing. They will then be available randomly from day to day.
Themed Events: With future updates of the game, a whole new ladder centered around a specific series will be available with no time limits, like for example a “Jujutsu Kaisen Ladder” or a “One-Punch Man Ladder”, and only characters from those specific series will be available. These themed billboards will also feature time-limited characters from time to time, so take the chance to face a mighty opponent and be rewarded with his trophy, description inlcuded!
All Fiction: Whenever you wish to change the billboard of the available alternate characters, you can use either Zenis or J-Points and ask for Misogi Kumagawa to use his powers to erase the current ones and create a whole new billboard from scratch. Pay attention because the necessary currency will increase every time you will ask Kumagawa to do the deed!
(This mode will only be available once the player either beats the Jump Arcade Ladder 20 times, or completes the Journey to the World of Jump! Adventure Mode)
-) Journey to the World of Jump!: The “Adventure Mode” of the title where the many characters from the Shonen Jump universe and beyond face off against a threat which endangers every reality. Both heroes and villains will have to cooperate if they wish to have a chance against the terrifying Anti-Spiral and his quest for universal devastation!
This mode is the equivalent of the Subspace Emissary mode from Smash Bros. Brawl  where classic Smash Bros matches, boss fights, platform sections and exploration are all mashed together into what’s like the ultimate crossover anime experience, and all enemies, from mobs to obstacles to mini-bosses are all taken from the multiple SJ series published so far, so no original characters – understood, Jump Force?!
Map: Just like in Brawl’s Subspace Emissary Mode, the player can freely choose to replay the already completed levels to find all the remaining collectables. The 100% completed levels will be marked with a small crown. Some levels may even lead to secret areas and stages. It is up to the player to find all of them!
Stickers: The player can utilize the Stickers collected both in and out of the Adventure Mode to better the characters’ attributes like meele attack potency, special moves potency, jumping skills, and so on. The Stickers have no limits usage, though each Sticker has its “size” which cannot surpass the limit available in the “Sticker Selection Screen”
Saved Sticker Set: The player can save a certain set of Stickers for easier access, sort of like the Spirit mechanic in Ultimate.
-) Challenges: A series of special modes where the players can test their skills to their limits. Among the modes available are:
Don Patch-Run Contest: The SJ edition of the Home-Run Contest, only with Don Patch as the sandbag to hit as much and as hard as you can before sending him flying as far as you can with Kaido’s Hassaikai mace! The established record can be shared in the player’s titular card during online matches.
Target Smash!: The player can freely replay the Bonus Stages from the Jump Arcade Ladder how many times they want with whatever character they want. Try to beat the hardest stages with all the characters and you’ll be rewarded with plenty of Zenis and J-Points!
100-Men Slay: An intense brawl against 100 White Zetsus and some random playable characters popping every now and then. Once the mode is completed, the player will be rewarded with plenty of Zenis and J-Points, as well as the Final Smash Trophy of the character used – did I mention how Trophies should return in the Smash Bros. series? Yeah? Ok, I’ll stop for now…
Wrath of the Dragon: The hardcore mode for hardcore players. Six level 10 difficulty adversaries to beat in a certain amount of time. Once you’ve emerged victorious, you’ll be rewarded with tons of Zenis and J-Points, as well a slight chance to unlock a highly rare Trophy!
-) Achievements: The equivalent to Smash Bros. Events window, where you can unlock a special illustration to see in the Gallery section (See further down for details) after achieving a certain goal, like for example, beating Frieza with Goku in the Arcade Ladder with a Final Smash will reward you with an illustration of Goku’s first transformation as a Super Saiyan in the Namek Saga, or more simply beating the Arcade Ladder with ten characters. Unlocking enough panels will give the player a certain reward, like a musical soundtrack, a new stage, a trophy, a sticker, and so on. There are four different Achievement windows with multiple unlockable panels, which are:
Online Window: All unlockable achievements through playing online modes.
Single-Player Window: All unlockable achievements through playing single player modes.
Journey to the World of Jump Window: All unlockable achievements through playing the game’s “Adventure Mode”.
Miscellanous Window: All unlockable achievements which don’t fall under any of the previous categories.
Once every achievement window’s panel is completed, a special illustration will be unlocked, as well as tons of Zenis and J-Points!
-) Training: The mode where you get to try the characters’ moves and whatnot, with all the modifying option regarding the CPU, item drops, yada yada yada.
ONLINE MODES:
For the record, I don’t wish to delve too much into the online modes. Let’s just say that all the standard options will be available in the game, like Ranked Matches, Friendly Matches, Matches with friends, team fights, 1V1, tournament mode, spectate, as well as all the settings that come with it, like rewatching replays, rules settings, yada yada yada. Sorry if you wanted a fully detailed section on the multiplayer modes, but as an old school videogame lover, online is not my thing really, and my main focus is on other stuff, such as characters, stages, the bosses etc.
KAMI’S LOOKOUT:
This game’s equivalent of Smash Bros.’s Vault menu where all the collectables, artworks, music tracks etc. can be examined and purchased as well! Yeah, for some unexplained, Kisuke Urahara’s shop has been brought all the way up to Kami’s Lookout and using the ingame currency, it is possible to buy certain Trophies and Stickers as well. Just make sure you’ve got enough money though, because stuff’s gonna cost a lot, but at the same time, no microtransactions or in-game purchases with real-life money are completely absent. If you want some stuff and want to have it right away, you’ll have to play the game, because that’s what games are meant for, am I right?!
Trophy Showcase: The crown jewel of any Smash Bros. game, and once again, I hope will come back for (hopefully) new installments. A humongous collection of 500+ trophies which includes fully fledged 3D and 2D models of characters, transformations, background characters, items and tools, and pretty much any kind of content you can imagine coming both from Shonen Jump series and beyond. All thropies will have their own descriptions, including the name’s series and the year they first debuted:

When he’s not busy saving the universe from unimaginable threats, he enjoys only two things: eating and training. Despite the fact his wife Chichi wishes him to become more responsible, Goku always keeps being true to himself and uses his talents and powerful techniques to protect the Earth and his friends, sometimes even at the cost of his own life…
Sticker Album: Same thing as for the Trophy Showcase, but with the Stickers. 600+ Stickers representing many characters, objects etc. from the Shonen Jump history. Whether or not these Stickers will have descriptions or not isn’t up to me, but I expect some form of effort for this kind of game to be made!
Artwork Gallery: A collection of artworks and illustrations dedicated to the various Shonen Jump series. These images can be obtained throughout the game either completing the Classic Mode, or unlocking achievements on the windows’ panels. Some images can also be obtained through the Adventure Mode by reaching secret areas.
Jukebox: This is probably one of the richest contents of the whole game. A big collection of many of the greatest soundtrack from Shonen Jump animes, inlcuding remixes of openings and endings as well. Each song can be picked and put in a personalized playlist to listen whenever you feel like, and each song comes with the author’s name and year of publication. (Don’t expect me to enlist all the songs this game will have, but think about Smash Ultimate numbers and you’ll get what I mean)

CLAW KNIFE: Auxiliary melee weapon, threat 1, 1D3+1 kinetic damage. This weapon has the thrown 5 and AP tags. The Claw Knife's blade is made for slipping between the gaps in an enemy's armor, searching for the soft, sensitive innards of humming wires and pulsing tubes. This weapon has an alternate profile which can only be used on a grappled target. DIG IN: Deals 1 AP kinetic damage to the target but also causes the enemy to become shredded and prevents them from breaking free of the grapple until the start of your next turn.

ROD & REEL: Attaches a hook and reinforced cable to thrown melee weapons. If the throwing attack misses the cable retracts, automatically retrieving the weapon and re-equipping it at the start of your next turn. If the attack hits the weapon embeds itself in the victim. The cable has a maximum length of 10, and while hooked the enemy cannot move away from you. You may retract the cable to pull the hooked enemy towards you using your movement. For every 2 spaces of your movement used the enemy is pulled 1 space closer. A hooked enemy can remove the hook with a contested hull check or by making an improvised attack against the hook.
RIPPER MACHETE: Main melee weapon, threat 2, 2D3+2 kinetic damage, reliable 3. This weapon has the thrown 6 and inaccurate tag. A brutal weapon with a blade of oscillating teeth that rip and tear. If the Ripper Machete is used to attack the same target it last attacked it gains the AP tag.

Like. Okay hear me out. Is it likely? Not at all. But lIsTeN-
Possible spoilers for EoM
We got witches in this bitch. Edge of Midnight is specifically set in a weird area where magic is polluting the land and the laylines are being specifically targeted for one reason or another - that's a LOT of magic. Add in all the artifacts being stolen, there being 13 witches in total, Caithlenn still being MIA, the fact that they had A FEY QUEEN OF SOME SORT IN AMBER, it's entirely probable to have some sort of avenue to pull things from the Feywild to act as a battery.
In the Feywild itself, Torbek is literally an organic overdose of raw magical juice in tubes and canisters. The party has grown closer, and there are bigger threats they are not hypervigilant of.
With Witchlight being essentially a magical upper, it would stand to reason that the midnight coven of witches would be at the very least Interested in it - and with one being housing a bunch of it in one singular unit, well.... that's more efficient than harvesting the components and learning to synthesize it themselves.
So they try to get their hands on Torbek.
Only there's a few mild complications -
1) the witchlight party is unexpectedly protective of one another.
2) the witchlight itself is much more dynamic than they anticipated.
3) Torbek, threatened and in a cage of amber, panics - and the witchlight in his veins and tubes responds. It's not The Other, though he certainly tries to come forward - no, Torbek, scared, trapped and now with faith in his friends, wants them. Witchlight responds to the body, to magic, and to desires. And it makes it happen, even without a concrete identity to fixate on.
The drug combs through anything and everything in Torbek's memory that he equates with "'"friend"'" and manifests them in Druskenwald.
Kremy, Gideon, Twig, Frost, Gricko and Hootsie tumble through a misty portal, slamming into hard packed earth and stone.
Marius, Briggsy, Jericho and Lethica immediately fall into defensive formation ((and maybe Farryn and Yorgrim too bc I'm happily in denial leave me alone)).
And then there's a sound like a portal twisting open, spitting smth out, and then basically a squeaky toy sound hitting many branches before falling onto the pile of newcomers. Bitsy blinks absently.
Briggsy gapes for a moment. "... Bitsy?"
"Oh hiiii, Captain! Is it Thursday again?"
Cue the absolute hot fucking mess
Bonus points, Gideon hears Chuckles again and somehow the clown manages to possess someone or something - it think it would be extra funny if he possessed a little stuffed toy and made a habit of clinging to Gideon's shoulder. Clown bear or smth idek.
There's distrust all around but once Briggsy connects the dots - the dots being, of course, that these are, in fact, the people his boyfriend talked so highly of - and once everyone realizes that they're all united on the front of a common enemy, shit gets WILD.
For one, the carnival crew is simply flabbergasted that Torbek's boyfriend is real ((K, Gi, F)) or is delighted to be meeting the guy who has made Torbek so happy ((Gr, H, T)).
Marius and Lethica are still wary of this new turn of events but are unwilling to look a gift horse in the mouth. They are on guard, but overall willing to let this be. Jericho is simply happy to make new friends.
With the revelation that Torbek has been captured and is likely being held prisoner, the carnivale crew, Briggsy and even Bitsy are suddenly very fixated on helping - the majority know his history, at least in part. Bitsy is convinced that witch prison doesn't have good snacks.
Witha goal in mind and a front now mostly united, they set out to figure out where the fuck this bugbear is being held and absolutely ANNIHILATING the ones who orchestrated all of this.
((Optional events, but perhaps the sending stones still work. Perhaps they're traveling and Briggsy goes to check his stone, reread messages in worry, finds a New One. And they have a method to communicate.
Comfort given and efforts rekindled, they're coming for their bugbear))
Imagine in the EoM campaign, Briggsy wakes up after a "dreamless" sleep in Druskenvald after the Yuletide one-shot events. He vaguely remembers bits and pieces, but it's mostly fuzzy.
Especially the memories about some cute, tall fella with eyes like topaz dipped in magenta glitter.
He also recalls something about bones, getting a date and gorillas, for some reason. Not the weirdest dream he's ever had, honestly, but still pretty out there.
Except he kind of remembers the runes that one guy gave him. It looked like a cat if you looked at it sideways.
Everyone else is still asleep when he wakes up, and he's tired, he's a pirate, and he does whatever the hell he wants.
He grabs his sendingstone, he pops in the number, and he sends a message.
