MJler Timeline Masterlist!

I realize half of the reason I don't talk about my Onceler selfship more on here is because there's SO many alternate timelines and it would probably be incredibly confusing for any newcomers, so I've decided to make a list summarizing each of them! So letsa go! (🌳🌈) Good Ending AU "How Good Can I Be" - Timeline where MJK goes "I can fix him" and actually succeeds! MJ is Onceler's first customer and they hit it off because of their shared love of art and music. They live together in a cottage in the forest and MJK encourages Onceler to run his small business sustainably! (🏡💭) "House of Memories" - Yes it's named after the Panic at the Disco song. This time MJK goes "I can fix him" and the results are a lot more complicated. The two grew up in the same hometown and moved to Greenville together to try to make his dreams come true. The story follows the canon timeline very closely, with MJ by his side through the entire rise and fall of his business, which leads to... a lot of angst! This is the one I wanna attempt to make a full fic of one day... (🪓♻️) Enemies to Lovers - Exactly what it says on the tin. Onceler is a greedy businessman, MJK is a staunch environmentalist. The two meet because of a protest MJ organizes outside of Thneeds Inc., and he thinks their efforts are Cute. And them, but he won't admit that til later. Somehow end up kissing. (👔💰) Rich Power Couple - Both MJK's and Onceler's careers took off in different directions, Onceler being a CEO and MJ being a famous musician. The two meet on the set of a talk show and start dating in a typical celebrity "for the press" kind of way. They're both a similar degree of out of touch, until they realize there's more to the other than meets the eye, especially upon realization that no matter where they go, their respective mom-agers are always looming over their shoulders... (🎨🧶) Swap AU - Self explanatory! MJK is the CEO of their own still-yet-to-be-named art supplies company that uses the tufts of the truffula trees to make their unique bright pigments. Onceler works in Greenville as a tailor and also runs a small Etsy shop with his own sustainably-made knitwear. (📊💢) Business Rivals to Lovers - AU where BOTH Thneeds Inc. and MJK's art supplies company exist at once. Shenanigans ensue. The two constantly squabble over resources, and because neither of them are mature enough to be in charge of a major corporation in the first place, they plot to sabotage each other in increasingly cartoonish ways, leading up to an eventual dramatic televised court case. It's just a Big Time Rush episode and I love it. Aaand that's all there is so far! I'll update this list if I ever come up with new ones but for now these are what's been floating around my mind the past Forever. Expect more posts about these idiots and their various adventures soon!

I know the Truffula pigment recipe by heart to make my own paints. You also promised that I could wear whatever I wanted as soon as I could sew my own thneed towel, well that's done too. I've even been good about doing all the advertising campaigns for your company, and I've painted no less than three hundred and ninety-eight pictures for your buildings and exhibitions. I'm curious, and that's nothing new. I'm tired of wearing bells like a sheep in the family flock you created. I don't feel like having braids all the time that serve as a serial number, my hair is never tangled and you know it! I may have bad eyesight without glasses, but that's never stopped anyone from living their life alone. And don't give me the excuse that I've got wax skin ; I may be a living candle, but I won't let myself get cold and I'll prove it. So, grandfather, whether you like it or not, I'm leaving. Goodbye, circus , I'm going to enjoy myself and put on my own shows! I'm not insolent, I'm a "free spirit" as my sisters say, who at least think of others as persons and not as hidden workers with ridiculous and hastily found names. When I have my own troop, I'll come and get them back as well as my rights to the valley plots. Don't blame me, you're the one who put it in our heads to never stop getting bigger.
