Even Her Heart-Cam Will Turn On Her For Love

As I said before I love the idea of the Heart-Cam bot being romanced by Virus, I also brought up the idea that her romance with Virus could lead to her changing sides. This could happen by maybe Virus hiring BHO trio to help Heart Cam gain sentience (maybe even a full body) and realize she can go beyond just being subvertient to Heed (idea inspired by magical-feline-pal). It would probably shock Heed because Heart-Cam was made to be her absolute obedient follower who would give her praise and attention (idea by @marvalouslynerdish).

I also would love the irony of it because it would parallel how Miss Heed turned hero because of her love for Goldheart. And here Heart-Cam could turn because she gains her own sense of self and realizes she can go to do bigger things with Virus. Also again it would be kind of karma for Miss Heed having someone seemingly loyal to you turn on you because they fallen with someone on the opposite side. Also it would be a big embarrassment to PEACE that another A.I. being went rogue on them. They could at least say that Virus corrupted her into evil (which is true), but either way it's still egg on their face. But I totally could see Heart-Cam as an awesome villainess.

How would you rank the villains of Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue from Worst to Best/Least Favorite to Favorite?

I know that you love Prince Olympius, but I'm honestly curious on what your opinions on the other villains are and why they have their place in your ranking. Diabolico, Vypra, Loki, Jinxer, Queen Bansheera, and Triskull (even though he only appeared in the Lightspeed Rescue x Lost Galaxy crossover "Trakeena's Revenge" and only worked for Trakeena).

Alright then, I'm no longer part of the Power Rangers fandom anymore. (Am part of the PUF/The Paul Street Boys and Back to the Future fandoms)

But anyway, here's my opinion on all of them

Prince Olympius: I have already explained in my blog my opinion about him.

Diabolico: I love him, right after Olympius. He is smart, is loyal and well, he has good plans. He is very no-nonsense which I deeply respect. The dynamics with Olympius were interesting.

Loki: I don't really have an opinion on him. It's like he felt more like a prop than an actual character. He felt like he only had one character trait: the idiot and that's it. He isn't a very bad villain but eh.

Jinxer: Not a very bad villain, in fact, I feel like most people forget about him. He has good plans and he cares about precious Olympius. Not the best, but a good villain.

Vypra: Oh, the villain who's only there for fanservice and nothing more. She's so bland and pretty much lost any sort of personality trait after the first few episodes. She had a lot of potential but was wasted.

Queen Bansheera: Oh boy, how much I hate her guts! How dare she abuse poor Olympius! She's a terrible mom. Anyway, that's why I kinda liked her. She did a good job at being a villain you hated to your core. She didn't have much personality and didn't add much to the plot, but she's a good villain, despite me hating her guts.

Triskull: This guy is super forgettable. I don't even remember this guy. When people mention Lightspeed Rescue villains, they don't even mention this guy. That's how forgettable he is.

TTRPG creation go!

Ive been noodling with the idea for a TTRPG for a while now and while i have a bit worked up making a full fledged RPG from scratch is fairly insane, even by nerd standards. Further, I hate the d20 for anything that is supposed to represent skill(see previous mini rant).

There are many RPGs to possibly steal from that have various dice schemes. But I want to make my own and not simply copy an existing system. So the decision is obvious the base roll is a few of my favorite dice.

3d12, with the goal of hitting multiples of a set number, usually 12.

Secondly, I want to make character creation insanely easy. The first few characters should largely be randomly created in seconds. More optimized/focused characters can be made as the players get more familiar with the system. To this end I'm creating what I call the Generic 4X4 System.

The system involves four aspects of a character:

Race/Species

Class/Job

Background

Association/Guild/Organization

Each aspect gives four abilities:

Offensive, usually direct combat effects or agressive social effects.

Defensive, some way to avoid, mitigate or prevent the result of an attack.

Utility, should be a "non combat" ability that is a part of the out of combat use of the class.

Specialty, usually a keystone ability that the aspect is known for being able to do.

Miss Heed Totally Used The Brainwashing Thing To Get Back At Some High School

We all know how unpopular Miss Heed was in high school so I can imagine when she did he brainwashing plot she took glee in getting back former classmates that looked down on her with petty delight.

Seriously, given that Miss Valdoom is confirmed to be a bit older than Heed I could so see Miss Heed in high school being envious of her and hate she either bullied or didn't give her a second glance so now that she's a hero she can brainwash them into being her love slave. And again I see her holding petty grudges and making people pay as a heroine so she can live out her fantasy of forcing them to love her when they ostracized her.

❝ Go Galactic! Galaxy Yellow! ❞

Myor is a wild man from the jungle planet Mirinoi and Yellow Ranger of the Galaxy Rangers. Myor lead a peaceful life on the planet of Mirinoi. He, like many others in the village, grew up listening to the wise man, Jera, retell the legend of the Quasar Sabers, placed in the stone alter 3000 years ago. As a child, Myor attempted to pull the Red Quasar Saber from the stone to no avail. In the present day, the planet was attacked by Furio, Scorpius’ general, in an attempt to gain possession of the Sabers. An adult Myor fled from his village with the rest of his people perused by Stingwingers. He was eventually chased through a portal that lead him to Earth’s moon where he encountered Kai Chen, Kendrix Morgan, Mike and Leo Corbett, citizen of the space colony Terra Venture.

When the Stingwingers emerged from the portal, the four protected Myor from harm and though he was grateful, he chose to return to Mirinoi to save it from Furio. Alongside Mike, Kai, Kendrix & Damon, Myor was one of the original five to pull a Saber from the stone, becoming the Yellow Galaxy Ranger. Myor is an empath, highly sensitive to the world around him. His connection with nature allows him to understand everything and everyone around her, particularly the Galactabeasts (an ability he would later teach to Leo).

On top of his emphatic abilities, Myor is also a skilled fighter, fueled by an unwillingness to back down. After defeating Trakeena once, Myor joined his fellow Rangers in assisting the Lightspeed Rangers defeat Triskull & Trakeena once & for all. As the Yellow Galaxy Ranger, Myor is paired with the Wolf Galactabeast, a creature that transforms into the Wolf Galactazord.

I had the same thought about the vibe coming off as if Kendrix didn't get her deux ex machina resurrection. One of the first thoughts stemmed from me thinking Kendrix would also want to come to the trial with the others and actually wondering why she wasn't with Maya, Andros and Leo. But then I also thought maybe she and the other Galaxy Rangers were dealing with Triskull/whatever lead up to Trakeena's Revenge? Also, she doesn't really know Karone I guess?

My god, that 25th Special Anniversary. As much as I usually like Cruger, I sort of want to send him to the dog house. I do like how they mentioned Kendrix's sacrifice, it appears to me BOOM! deviated from the TV show, because let's face it; the resurrection scene was a little dumb. I guess in the comics, Kendrix stayed permanently dead. Also, speaking of telling apart white, blonde chicks; at least Kendall has glasses. Close enough?

- but yeaaaah i guess you’re right in that they’re keeping kendrix dead though, bc this is ~serious mature power rangers~ and also the whole testimony about karone taking kendrix’s place after psycho pink killed her wouldn’t have been so damning if she had shown up like “i got better tho it’s ok”

- kendall’s a dirty blonde so i don’t count her in the category of pure blondes ;p
