A trippelgänger, a shapeshifter that only impersonates doppelgängers.

Kuo-toa have heard of the party’s accomplishments, but they think the party is one entity. Their twisted worship has spawned a deity of sorts that is a parody of the party.

A sentient, animated trench coat with at least two creatures wearing it when encountered. Sometimes it’s two halflings, sometimes it’s four kobolds.

A monster hunter who, due to some confusion, is now hunting the party.

This guy, he’s um... hm, I don’t actually remember. That’s odd.
