I started HRT and it's gone really well, with better development than I could have asked for. I came out to my family and they were all accepting. I finally got a job in the career I've been trying to to break into since 2019. I was able to fully socially transition (even as I'm struggling with some bureaucracy). I made multiple kinds of friend groups, completely on my own. After getting my heart broken in May, I bounced back, and now I'm in a very happy polyamorous relationship that is much healthier and meets my needs better than before. My sister got married to a guy I'm really happy to have as a new brother. I'm starting to get treatment for the various maladies that have been present in my life since.... Ever.

That doesn't mean there aren't accompanying dark points. I've become an absolute bundle of nerves who needs to be cared for rather than a strong, independent woman. But I made a support network to help me through that.

hey honest question, did anybody have GOOD stuff happen to them in 2024? cause it was really bad for me and for most people i know, so it would be nice to hear about anything that's been going WELL for any of you. even if it's small stuff. just to know there's light out there.
