Stone femmes I love you, there is nothing wrong with having a sexual boundary ♡
Stone butches I love you, there is nothing wrong with having a sexual boundary ♡
The way you have sex is beautiful, the way you love is beautiful, you should never feel pressured to engage in a sexual relationship outside of those boundaries.
No one else's pleasure is worth breaking your boundary

the way some people romanticize “touch-me-nots” and stone butches as if our discomfort and sexual trauma makes us “more masculine” or better lovers is super weird behavior

not loving the "turning my touch-me-not masc girlfriend into a bottom" trend that is doing numbers online right now.
speaking as someone who previously identified as stone, if my partner was to brag about "turning me" it would be a serious problem.
my evolution as a person entailed learning how to navigate the gender dysphoria that previously made (and still sometimes does make) me uncomfortable with certain sexual acts. while this is the case for me and other people who evolve for different reasons, it is not the case for everyone.
many people remain in their stone identities because they are enduringly authentic to who they are. by insinuating that all stone tops/touch-me-nots are in the early stages of lesbianism which they will eventually have to grow out of, certain lesbians are using the exact same rhetoric that is used against us by cisheteronormative folks.
i see parallels between the anti-lesbian "haven't slept with the right man" rhetoric and the anti-stone discourse that is being viewed as lightheartedly harmless in certain lesbian spaces.
if we allow such notions of "turning" someone away from stoneness to continue to permeate within our communities, i fear for stone folks who may have their boundaries and identities undermined by those who believe these ideas to be true.

Wonderful news
There’s a creek down my backyard with a big muddy area by it
Anyway, for the previous few years it’s been absolutely overtaken by nasty invasive lesser celandine, but this year there’s an enormous amount of jewel weed that sprung up instead.
Hopefully this will get rid of it
Native plant win!
Also, the steep slopes that go down to the creek usually are covered with garlic mustard sprouts. There’s still some, but this year there’s a whole ton of Virginia creeper there too that covered it up
Just some things I noticed
