The rabbit toons' eyes were blown wide. And with her dark brown eyes, it almost looked like a night sky with how starstruck she had become. Her expression remained still and in awe for a few seconds before a big grin pulled at her lips and an excited squeal left her lips. She had tried to cover her mouth with her paw before the sound left her, but it was too late. Even if she had caught herself in time, her ears flickering happily would have been a dead giveaway, "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh! They're so beautiful!!"

And just like that, the floodgates had been burst open, as she embraced her toony self; her words pouring from her mouth at the speed of light as she comically dashed to and fro between the three pictures, "There are purple and pibk tarantulas!? I had no idea! She looks just like Shiny! Such a beautiful predator! You said she's a Purple Pinktoe, right? Oh, but the Blue Cobalt!! He's like a walking saphire!! Look at all those gorgeous shades! And the Emerald Skelaton Tarantula!?! Look at those eyes! Those pedipalps!! So adorable! he looks like he got a splash of paint on his abdomen. So artistic! And-"

Yeah, Twyla better be ready to stand there for hours. This is the most excited Poppy has been since Phantom of the Opera was adapted into a stage play! XD

Meet the hybrid twins Gunslinger Tom and Twisted Twyla Toonz 🔫 🖤

Tom is the big brother and leader of the Twisted Toon Gang, a vengeful pack of vigilantes from modern-century Chicago. With his rugged looks, Chicago grit and Smith & Wesson revolvers, Tom is no stranger to the street life. Or the gangster life, either. He's also FEROCIOUSLY protective of his pack, especially his sister, something that he and Kitty have in common.

Speaking of Kitty, please tell her not to squish Twyla's face off 🤣

And this is Twisted Twyla, Tom's baby twin sister. Isn't she pretty? 🥺 She's really shy and doesn't say much at first, but she can be very sweet once you get to know her. But she also tends to get bullied a lot by humans AND Toons due to her social awkwardness and status as a hybrid Toon, so she only sticks to those who she's close to and trusts. Don't worry, I told her you and Kitty are good humans, so you guys are cool!

But don't be deceived. There's a reason why her name is Twisted Twyla, and she is a Twisted Toon to the core. She wears daggers for heels (Yes, those are real-life dagger heel boots 🗡) collects skulls as a hobby (which may or may not be human 😅), and she uses blood instead of red paint for her art 🎨. She has a Blackhawk pistol, for God's sake!

Other than that, she's just too scary cute! ^^

Tooned Out is going story mode!

I really do not know, for the life of me, WHY I never bothered to share these projects on this blog!

Better late than never! Anyway, come check out Tooned Out on Wattpad, AND Ao3! That's right, I'm finally writing this baby! I decided to upload on both websites because I knew not everyone had one or the other.

I recently updated them with a new chapter! It's only 3 chapters in both works, but I think I'm going off on the right foot. Hope y'all like this, been writing the really rough script for a couple of months now. :)

(There might be subtle differences with them in format, but I'm trying to keep them the same 100%- don't worry, you won't miss anything if you read on either Wattpad or Ao3. I don't really do author notes, and likely won't, unless it's important for trigger/content warnings, which I will add if requested.)
