“Though the Upper and Lower Ranks seldom interact, I met Upper Two during a meeting of the Twelve Kizuki. It was the first and only time in my memory that the Lower Ranks had been called to the Infinity Castle at all, so I was very confused when I arrived.

I couldn’t help but notice a group of six people standing all the way on the other side of the room, talking amongst themselves. I could tell they were the Upper Ranks by their presence alone. I would have almost preferred if they were rude to us instead of ignoring our existence entirely. All but one, that is.

Upper Two definitely stood out from the rest considering he actually came over and spoke to me. He must have noticed I looked lost, which was a bit embarrassing. He was surprisingly helpful and let me know that Master Muzan called us here but usually showed up a couple minutes late for these occasions because of how busy he was.

He had an unusual personality, never seemed to take anything too seriously but his smile never reached his eyes. We just spoke casually for a while and he even congratulated me on working my way up through the Lower Ranks as far as I did. Evidently that kind of ambition is unusual for a Lower Moon. I couldn’t help but wonder if he was trying to mock me, but that didn’t seem likely either.

As jealous and suspicious as I was, I enjoyed having the opportunity to speak with him. We didn’t have long, though, for Master Muzan arrived soon after. I got the strangest feeling he didn’t want us speaking to each other at all. I haven’t seen Upper Two since then, but the encounter certainly stuck in my mind. Definitely an interesting man.”

I know i suck at backgrounds, but i really wanted to add hyacinths and daffodils, because they stand for hope and new beginnings...And i think they look pretty. Also i think i kinda messed up his clothes because they are originally described as ''a casual travel kimono''... I don't think gold embroidery is casual, but oh well, he looks handsome in it.
