I daresay that green tiles lend the room a somewhat aquatic atmosphere which befits her given where Aretuza is located.

2. Vintage Furniture

These furniture pieces are heirlooms or sourced second-hand. And yes, I reckon that Tissaia can play the piano.

3. Bedroom

Tissaia's bedroom, though comforting, is kept simple. The decor is minimal because this place's purpose is relaxation and sleep, not to keep her mind engaged. The frames hold signed first editions of research papers, art important to Tissaia and her life, and the rare photograph of people close to Tissaia.

4. Personal Library and Greenhouse

Tissaia surrounds herself with books and flowers, both of which offer life and a refuge from life, and something for Tissaia to do should she find herself bored. Though she is wealthy, she doesn't like to show off, so her library and greenhosue are kept on the smaller side.

5. Bits and Bobs

Tissaia pays plenty attention to details, even to the smallest of things. Her favourite flowers serve as lighting fixtures, her keys are symbolic to how important her home is to her, door knobs were gifted or inherited and she sourced her socket covers at a flea market.

6. Kitchen

Light floods her kitchen , not only to help her plants and herbs grow, but also because she prefers to drink her morning coffee with sun on her face.

As you can see, Tissaia's home is a mixture of different styles: vintage meets art nouveau meets cottagecore meets modern, which is a symbol of her long canon-life in which she saw styles come and go. I'd also like to add that, even though these pictures are heavy on green, I think that she uses deep red and blue tones as well, similar to her in-universe wardrobe.

Happy Dia de Muertos ! Here I made a Catrina with Myanna Buring‘s face. I don‘t know if you can see it because the make-up covers much. That‘s why the pre-drawing is below. For my handmade drawing I used a picture of Myanna‘s face and a Catrina picture for the make up as references and mixed them - which was not so easy. Well, it‘s not perfect but also not too bad 😁

“No!” she refused, scrambling through her panic and the rising nausea to grip Yennefer's dress tighter so she couldn't push her away.

“Alzur's thunder, Tissaia. You have to let it go. You need to sever the connection before it kills you,” Yennefer urged, bringing her attention to the continued and sporadic bolts of lightning devastating the forest around them. Her concentration was slipping, her energy – both magical and physical – was fading rapidly, but she nodded in understanding. She tightened her grip on Yennefer and screwed her eyes shut in an attempt to summon the strength and control to stop the attack. Seconds passed, then minutes with only her nausea and dizziness growing. “Tissaia, you need to sto-”

“I… I can't,” she grit out as her muscles seized up. Just before the convulsions took her control completely, she pushed out of Yennefer's hold and threw herself sideways as the bile she'd been choking back finally forced its way out.

I half watched final episode of season 1 of the witcher for the first time

Multitasked more like it so I will go back and record thoughts but

Can I say when I saw yen doing the fire thing without context the first time as a couple of gifs on here like:

And like my no context thoughts just to the thought of fire and all was just fall out boys phoenix playing and applying it to tissaia and yen

But I also I know what's gonna happen at the end of season 3 cause accidental spoilers which I don't care

But knowing what WILL happen and as well as this scene

Just the first line with what I know is gonna happen with yennefer and tissaia I'm just like oh this could apply to them when I had no context cause haha...times running out till that third season

But also idk, we had the whole tissaia tries to teach yen in season one before the ascending thing but idk if it can apply to later dynamics but it's just a thought I had to this song fire and the ticking down till that scene in season 3

I had a dream last night that was bonkers. The funniest part by far, though, is that Tissaia and Yennefer had sex and then I said to them the next morning that it was a big win for all the Yennaia shippers. I did not get scorched into a grease spot or turned into a frog so lucky me?

(Also Jaskier was on his Redanian king fucking bullshit and was decked out in a bright red and gold outfit. I kissed him on the mouth. Good times.)
